March 6, 2026 – Kevin Chor, Chief Executive Officer of AXA Tianping Property Insurance Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as “AXA Tianping”), was invited for CCTV Two Sessions special interview. Speaking as a a key foreign-funded financial institution representative in China, Kevin shared his insights on the opportunities in the Chinese market and the company’s unwavering commitment with a focus on the freshly released 2026 Government Work Report (hereinafter referred to as the “Report”). The interview highlighted AXA’s outstanding achievements and far-reaching influence in China.

During the interview, Kevin first shared his views on the economic growth target of 4.5% to 5% set out in the Report. He noted that this target is both proactive and pragmatic, fully reflecting the strong resilience and steady pace of the Chinese economy. It leaves ample room for structural adjustment, risk prevention, and reform, embodying the wisdom of “seeking progress while maintaining stability.” AXA is optimistic about China’s long-term economic prospects and strongly agrees with the Report’s emphasis on “further expanding high-standard opening up,” believing this will provide foreign-funded enterprises, including AXA, with a stable, transparent, and predictable business environment. As patient capital, AXA will continue to deepen its presence in the Chinese market, growing and developing alongside the Chinese economy.

When asked about his observations and understanding of the key priorities outlined in the Report, Kevin offered his insights based on AXA Tianping’s operational practices:

  • On “Building a Strong Domestic Market”: AXA noted with particular interest that the Report mentions commercial health insurance for the first time, emphasizing the need to promote the development of innovative drugs and medical devices to meet diverse health needs. He pointed out that this opens up new development opportunities for the insurance industry, encouraging market participants like AXA to accelerate innovation in health insurance products and services, actively participate in building a multi-tiered healthcare security system, and better safeguard the people’s well-being.
  • On “Further Expanding High-Standard Opening Up”: As one of the largest wholly foreign-owned property insurance companies in China, AXA Tianping has personally witnessed the process of opening up in China’s financial market. The Report’s statement on “steadily expanding institutional opening up” further strengthens AXA’s confidence in rooting itself in China for the long term, providing a fair competitive platform and broad cooperation opportunities for foreign-funded enterprises.
  • On “Cultivating and Strengthening New Drivers of Growth” and “Expanding and Upgrading Services for Quality Growth”: Leveraging its role as a hub connecting its parent group’s global resources to serve Chinese enterprises going global, AXA Tianping has established a risk protection network spanning from Hong Kong and Southeast Asia to Latin America. Utilizing its AXA New Energy Vehicle Insurance Center of Excellence based in China as a platform, the company provides customized insurance solutions for overseas markets.

Looking ahead, Kevin outlined three key areas for deepening development:

First, accelerate the development of commercial health insurance. By incorporating innovative drugs and medical devices, providing access to high-quality medical resources, and offering comprehensive lifecycle health management, AXA aims to work in synergy with basic medical insurance to safeguard public health.

Second, strengthen operations rooted in the Lingang Special Area to serve China. Actively promote the Shanghai International Reinsurance Registration and Trading Center both domestically and internationally, enhancing Shanghai’s influence and competitiveness in the global reinsurance market. Substantially improve AXA’s comprehensive capabilities in technology application development, big data services, and AI applications, facilitating the export of insurtech services.

Third, seize the historic opportunity presented by the Hainan Free Trade Port’s independent operations. Proactively study the local market potential and protection needs to better serve major national strategies.

历经半年的探索实践,在总公司车险、人力资源部及各机构的共同推进下,车险委派核保人轮岗培养第一期试点项目于近日顺利完成各项轮岗任务,圆满收官。

2月8日至11日,由总公司殷兆男总带队,车险条线及人力资源部相关负责人组成的项目组,专程赴广东、河北、陕西三家机构,与当地机构班子及员工共同举行了轮岗结项仪式,现场见证三位轮岗人员的成长与收获。

在各地的结项仪式上,三位轮岗人员——欧阳俏(广西轮入广东)、陈晨(陕西轮入河北)、张翌辰(山东轮入陕西)分别进行了全面、详实的轮岗总结汇报,分享了轮岗期间的工作成果、心得体会和自我发展沉淀。作为首批轮岗人员,他们不仅是 “输送者”,将原机构优秀经验和实践融入新团队,为当地车险业务注入了新思路与新活力,不同程度地推动当地机构车险管理的标准化与体系化建设;同时也是团队成长的“催化剂”,通过日常的协作、交流,积极带动团队同事共同进步。与此同时,他们秉持开放共赢的思维,在新岗位上积极开拓视野,淬炼专业能力,充分展现了敢于突破、勇于探索的安盛价值观。总部及各机构领导、员工都对轮岗同志的贡献和成长给予了高度的评价。

作为公司深化专业人才培养、推动机构协同发展的重要探索,本次车险委派核保的轮岗项目旨在通过不同的业务场景,拓宽员工视野和能力提升,同时促进优秀经验在不同机构的流动与融合,推动车险专业人才梯队能力建设与车险业务的长期发展。

After six months of exploration and practice, with the joint efforts of the Headquarters Motor Insurance Division, Human Resources Department, and various branches, the first pilot phase of the Motor Insurance Delegated Underwriter Rotation Training Program has recently completed all rotation tasks and achieved a successful conclusion.

From February 8th to 11th, a project team led by Mr. Scott Yin from the headquarters, along with relevant leaders from the Motor and Human Resources, conducted visits to Guangdong, Hebei, and Shaanxi branches. Together with local branch leadership and staff, they held rotation completion ceremonies to recognize the growth and achievements of the three rotation participants.

At the completion ceremonies in each location, the three rotation participants—Ouyang Qiao (rotated from Guangxi to Guangdong), Chen Chen (rotated from Shaanxi to Hebei), and Zhang Yichen (rotated from Shandong to Shaanxi)—respectively presented comprehensive and detailed rotation summary reports. They shared their work accomplishments, insights, and personal development experiences during the rotation period. As the first batch of rotation participants, they served not only as “knowledge connectors,” integrating the excellent experiences and practices from their original branches into new teams, injecting fresh ideas and vitality into local motor insurance operations, and promoting the standardization and systematic construction of local branch motor insurance management to varying degrees; but also as “catalysts for team growth,” actively driving colleagues’ collective progress through daily collaboration and communication. Meanwhile, adhering to an open and win-win mindset, they actively broadened their horizons and honed their professional skills in their new positions, fully demonstrating the AXA values of daring to break through and courageously exploring. Both Headquarters and branches highly commended the contributions and growth of the rotation colleagues.

The smooth progress of the rotation program benefited from the high attention and strong support of relevant branches. Leaders from both sending and receiving branches—including Mr. Wu Bo, Mr. Liang Youren, Mr. Liu Deran, Ms. Dong Mingming, Mr. Yin Shunzhi, Ms. Wang Yulan, and Ms. Wang Hongwei—personally provided guidance and mentorship through words and deeds. They created an open and inclusive platform for rapid growth and in-depth exchange for rotation colleagues, empowering employee development with practical actions. Under their leadership, rotation employees quickly integrated into teams, achieving significant rotation outcomes.

During the completion ceremonies, the farewell activities spontaneously organized by branches were sincere and heartfelt, with a warm atmosphere. Heartwarming messages such as “Deep friendship between Guangdong and Guangxi, journeying together across mountains and seas,” “Farewell in Hebei, best wishes from afar to Shaanxi,” and “Harmony between Shaanxi and Shandong, marching forward together” carried the profound camaraderie of rotation exchanges and affirmation of the program. Everyone unanimously agreed that this rotation was a new attempt at cross-branch deep exchange. Leveraging the opportunity and platform of rotation, branches will continue to deepen exchanges and cooperation, jointly contributing to company development and talent cultivation. To commend the outstanding performance of rotation colleagues, the Headquarters specially awarded the three rotation employees the “2025 Motor Insurance Underwriting Professionalization Construction Outstanding Contribution Award” personally signed by leaders from the headquarters. Each participant gained a strong sense of achievement and belonging.

As an important exploration in deepening professional talent cultivation and promoting inter-branch collaborative development, this Motor Insurance Delegated Underwriter Rotation Program aims to broaden employee perspectives and enhance capabilities through different business scenarios. Simultaneously, it promotes the flow and integration of excellent experiences across different branches, advancing the capacity building of auto insurance professional talent echelons and the long-term development of motor insurance business.

The success of the first phase has laid a solid foundation for the continuous optimization and expansion of delegated rotation, accumulating valuable experience for company talent cultivation. 在新能源汽车渗透率突破40%的行业背景下,理赔工作正面临风险复杂化与技术门槛提升的双重挑战。为积极应对变革、夯实专业能力,理赔管理部于2025年12月17日至19日在成都举办“技术赋能·精准理赔”新能源理赔技能提升专项培训。本次培训采用“理论精讲+实操沉浸”双轨模式,为全国各机构新能源理赔专家提供了一场系统深入的学习之旅。

培训内容紧密围绕理赔实战核心难点展开,涵盖CTP灌胶电池维修工艺、新能源水淹车判定、高价值配件定损、高压安全操作、BMS数据解析及电池定损证据链构建等关键课题,旨在推动理赔作业从“传统经验”向“数据与标准”转型。

理论课程聚焦技术前沿与风险防控,深入解析灌胶工艺对电池安全的影响,并结合真实案例拆解欺诈识别要点。实操环节则注重动手能力与场景应用,学员通过拆解电池包、使用专业工具检测高压部件、模拟水淹车判定等训练,全面提升对复杂案件的技术研判与现场处理能力。

培训全程贯穿高强度实操与考核,学员在互动演练中展现出高度的专注与钻研精神,实现了学习成果的有效转化。公司首席理赔与客服官阳勇在总结中强调,理赔团队必须保持危机感、持续学习,夯实技术根基,推动作业流程向数据化、标准化、专业化发展。他勉励全体学员以培训为新起点,将所学转化为实战能力,成为理赔技术专家与公司新能源战略落地的坚实支撑,以专业服务赢得客户与市场的长期信赖。

Amid the industry landscape where the penetration rate of new energy vehicles surpassed 40%, claims handling is facing dual challenges of increasing risk complexity and rising technical demands. To proactively adapt to changes and solidify professional capabilities, the Claims Management Department held the “Technology Empowerment · Precision Claims” New Energy Vehicle Claims Skills Enhancement Special Training in Chengdu from December 17th to 19th, 2025. This training adopted a dual-track model of “theoretical lectures + hands-on immersion,” providing a systematic and in-depth learning journey for new energy claims specialists from branches nationwide.

The training content closely focused on core practical challenges in claims handling. It covered key topics such as CTP Potting Process Repair Techniques, Water Ingress Judgment for New Energy Vehicles, High-Value Component Loss Assessment, High-Voltage Safety Operations, BMS Data Analysis, and Evidence Chain Construction for Battery Loss Assessment. The aim is to drive the transformation of claims operations from relying on “traditional experience” to being guided by “data and standards.”

Through exercises such as disassembling battery packs, using professional tools to test high-voltage components, and simulating water ingress judgment, participants comprehensively enhanced their technical judgment and on-site handling capabilities for complex cases.

The training was designed with a strong emphasis on hads-on practice and outcome evaluation. Participants demonstrated high level of focus and rigorous engagement during interactive drills, effectively translating learning into outcomes. In his concluding remarks, Mr. Yang Yong, the company’s Chief Claims and Customer Service Officer, emphasized that the claims team must sustain a sense of urgency, commit to continuous learning, solidify its technical foundation, and drive the development of operational processes towards being more data-driven, standardized, and professional. He encouraged all participants to use this training as a new starting point, transforming their acquired knowledge into practical capabilities, becoming technical claims experts and a solid pillar supporting the implementation of the company’s new energy strategy, ultimately winning the long-term trust of customers and the market through professional service.

为强化党建引领、促进政企协同,推动区域金融高质量发展,12月10日上午,在中共上海市虹口区服务业发展办公室机关支部委员会的指导下,安盛天平财产保险有限公司携手工银安盛人寿、中国工商银行虹口支行联合举办“党建引领聚合力 携手共建谱新篇”党建共建活动。虹口区委书记李谦会见了安盛天平首席执行官左伟豪、工银安盛人寿董事长王都富、工商银行虹口支行行长王本弘等主要嘉宾,双方围绕加强政企协作、推动资源共享等议题进行了深入交流。虹口区服务业发展办公室党组书记、主任李骥,安盛天平首席市场营销官戴思远等陪同会见。

此次联合党建活动选址在具有重大历史意义的中共四大纪念馆,在专业讲解员的带领下,来自安盛天平、工银安盛和工商银行的60多名党员代表参观了纪检主题展览,重温党的奋斗历程,汲取奋进力量。

随后,在“初心讲堂”举行的座谈会上,工银安盛人寿党委书记、董事长王都富,安盛天平首席执行官左伟豪,虹口区服务业发展办公室党组书记、主任李骥分别发言。左伟豪表示,此次联合党建是安盛天平深化合作的重要实践,也是协同共赢的桥梁。安盛天平将依托虹口区优质的营商平台,进一步深化合作层次,助力区域产业结构优化与金融服务能级提升。李骥指出,虹口区正全力推进金融创新与产业集聚,希望安盛天平充分发挥专业优势,积极参与区域经济建设,共创共赢新局面。

活动的高潮环节为战略合作签约仪式。在李骥、左伟豪、王都富的共同见证下,虹口区服务业发展办公室副主任曹洁与安盛天平财产保险有限公司首席市场营销官戴思远分别代表双方签署战略合作协议,标志着双方合作进入新阶段,更成为安盛扎根中国、持续深耕的又一重要里程碑。

To strengthen Party building leadership, promote government-enterprise coordination, and drive high-quality development of regional finance, on the morning of December 10th, under the guidance of the Party Branch Committee of the Shanghai Hongkou District Office for the Development of the Service Industry, AXA Tianping Property & Casualty Insurance Co., Ltd., together with ICBC-AXA Life Insurance Co., Ltd., and the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) Hongkou Sub-branch, jointly organized a Party building (joint Party building) activity themed “Party Building Gathers Strength, Joint Efforts Write a New Chapter”. Qian Li, Secretary of the Hongkou District Party Committee, met with key guests including Kevin CHOR, CEO of AXA Tianping; Dufu Wang, Chairman of ICBC-AXA Life, and Benhong Wang, President of ICBC Hongkou Sub-branch. The two sides held in-depth discussions on strengthening government-enterprise collaboration and promoting resource sharing. Ji Li, Party Secretary and Director of the Hongkou District Office for the Development of the Service Industry, and Dai Siyuan, Chief Marketing Officer of AXA Tianping, among others, attended the meeting.

This joint Party building activity was held at the historically significant Fourth National Congress of the Communist Party of China Memorial Hall. Led by a professional docent, over 60 Party member representatives from AXA Tianping, ICBC-AXA, and ICBC visited a disciplinary inspection-themed exhibition, revisited the Party’s struggle history, and drew inspiration for forging ahead.

Subsequently, at a symposium held in the “Hall of Initial Aspiration”, Dufu Wang, Party Secretary and Chairman of ICBC-AXA Life, Kevin CHOR, CEO of AXA Tianping, and Ji Li, Party Secretary and Director of the Hongkou District Office for the Development of the Service Industry, delivered speeches respectively. Kevin stated that this joint Party building activity is an important practice for AXA Tianping to deepen cooperation and a bridge for collaborative success. AXA Tianping will leverage the high-quality business environment platform of Hongkou District to further deepen cooperation, contributing to the optimization of the regional industrial structure and the enhancement of financial service capabilities. Ji Li pointed out that Hongkou District is fully advancing financial innovation and industrial clustering. He expressed the hope that AXA Tianping would fully utilize its professional advantages to actively participate in regional economic development, jointly creating a new win-win situation.

The highlight of the event was the strategic cooperation signing ceremony. Witnessed by Ji Li, Kevin Chor, and Dufu Wang, Jie Cao, Deputy Director of the Hongkou District Office for the Development of the Service Industry, and Siyuan Dai, Chief Marketing Officer of AXA Tianping Property & Casualty Insurance Co., Ltd., signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of their respective parties. This marks a new stage in the cooperation between the two sides and represents another significant milestone in AXA’s commitment to and continuous deep cultivation in China.

This activity used Party building as a bond to effectively gather consensus among multiple parties and enhance organizational synergy. It is an important practice for AXA Tianping in implementing “Finance for Good” and promoting the integration of Party building with business operations. It further demonstrates the company’s firm determination to lead development through Party building and create value through cooperation. 2025年11月19日,在由《中国银行保险报》主办的“2025金诺·金融文化与品牌建设大会”上,安盛天平财产保险有限公司的“凉山净水公益项目”从众多参选项目中脱颖而出,荣膺2025金诺·金融品牌年度社会公益项目。

本次大会在深圳举办,主题围绕“筑牢文化基石 建设金融强国”展开,旨在展示金融业在服务国家战略,践行社会责任方面的优秀实践。安盛天平此次获奖,体现了业界对公司持续投身社会公益、践行企业责任的充分肯定。

爱心起源:关注水健康,回应真实需求

“凉山净水公益项目”源于安盛集团年度员工志愿者盛事——“安盛筑爱在行动”。2024年,安盛天平将目光投向四川省凉山彝族自治州乃拖镇中心校,该校当时有17个教学班712名学生。

学校所处地区卫生条件较差,全校师生日常用水为未经处理的自来水,长期饮用对身体健康可能造成不良影响。面对这一现实问题,安盛天平决定携手公益伙伴爱佑慈善基金会,以涓滴爱心汇流成海,用公益脚步跨越千里,为凉山学子送去洁净水源。

创新公益:捐步转化爱心,员工广泛参与

2024年6月3日至7日,安盛天平创新性地通过安盛安美”平台发起“微信捐步挑战赛”,将员工爱心捐步转化为公司配捐的爱心善款。在短短五天时间内,包括员工在内累计有5223人次积极参与活动,捐赠的爱心步数高达3141万步。所筹善款全部用于为乃拖镇中心校安装反渗透纯净水设备。

这一创新公益模式不仅解决了学校的实际困难也让每位员工都能通过日常行动参与公益,真正体现了“人人皆可公益”的理念。

项目深化:从净水设备到全面关怀

2024年6月18日,反渗透纯净水设备完成安装。次日,全校师生便开始饮用处理后的纯净水源。这不仅是一台设备的安装,更是一整套健康饮水保障体系的建立。

除了安装净水设备,安盛天平还依托爱佑慈善基金会在当地设立的儿童之家,定期为孩子们开展科学用水主题科普教育,并配备了健康用水相关物资包,如烧水壶、保温杯、洗手液等,进一步培养孩子们的健康意识和卫生习惯。

2024年10月,安盛天平志愿者团队重返凉山进行回访。志愿者们为孩子们带来了生动的水健康知识讲座,并走访了当地学生家庭,深入了解孩子们的生活学习情况。

荣誉背后:公益基因的传承与创新

“凉山净水公益项目”的成功并非偶然。安盛天平已连续六年参与“安盛筑爱在行动”志愿者活动,并在全国25家分公司同步推动本地化公益行动。

2025年,安盛天平更携手兄弟公司工银安盛,共同奔赴凉山越西县开展联合公益行动,通过项目融合开创企业联合公益的新模式,共同践行安盛“守护生命之本,践行人类进步”的使命与承诺。

此次荣获金诺奖,不仅是对单一项目的肯定,更是对安盛天平长期坚持公益理念的认可。这一荣誉也体现了公司在将全球公益理念与本土实践相结合方面取得的成功。

On November 19, 2025, at the “2025 Golden Commitment · Financial Culture and Brand Building Conference” hosted by China Banking & Insurance News, the ” Sanitary Water for Liangshan Project” by AXA Tianping Property & Casualty Insurance Co., Ltd. stood out among numerous submissions and was honored with the 2025 Golden Commitment Award for Financial Brand Annual Social Welfare Project.

Held in Shenzhen, the conference revolved around the theme of “Building a Cultural Foundation, developing a Financial Power,” aiming to showcase outstanding practices within the financial industry in serving national strategies and fulfilling social responsibilities. This award for AXA Tianping reflects the industry’s full recognition of the company’s sustained commitment to public welfare and corporate responsibility.

Origin of the Initiative: Focusing on Water Health, Responding to Real Needs

The project was inspired by AXA Group’s annual employee volunteering campaign – “AXA Hearts in Action.” In 2024, AXA Tianping turned its attention to the Naituo Town Central School in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. At that time, the school had 17 classes with 712 students.

The sanitary conditions in the school’s area were substandard, with all teachers and students relying on untreated tap water for their daily needs. Prolonged consumption of such water posed potential health risks. Confronted with this reality, AXA Tianping collaborated with its charity partner, the Ayou Charity Foundation, to take action. Faced with this reality, AXA Tianping decided to join hands with its charity  partner, the Aiyou Charity Foundation to deliver sanitary water to the students in Liangshan.

Innovative approach: Converting Steps into Donations, Extensive Employee Participation

From June 3 to 7, 2024, AXA Tianping innovatively launched a “WeChat Step Donation Challenge” through the “Emma by AXA” platform, converting employees’ donated steps into corporate matching funds. Within just five days, a cumulative total of 5,223 participants, including employees, actively joined the event, donating an impressive 31.41 million steps. All funds raised were used to install a reverse osmosis water purification system for the Naituo Town Central School.

This innovative public welfare model not only addressed the school’s practical difficulties but also enabled every employee to participate in philanthropy through their daily actions, truly embodying the concept that everyone can be engaged.

On June 18, 2024, the reverse osmosis water purification system was installed. The following day, all teachers and students began drinking the treated purified water. Beyond installing the purification system, leveraging the “Children’s Home” established locally by the Aiyou Charity Foundation, AXA Tianping regularly conducts science-themed educational sessions on water usage for the children. They also provided health and water-related supply kits, including kettles, thermal cups, and hand soap, further cultivating the children’s health awareness and hygiene habits.

In October 2024, an AXA Tianping volunteers teamed up to return to Liangshan for a follow-up visit. The volunteers delivered engaging lectures on water health knowledge to the children and visited local students’ families to gain a deeper understanding of their lives and learning conditions.
