6月3日,中国电子信息行业联合会正式公布DCMM评估结果,安盛天平成功取得数据管理能力成熟度四级(量化管理级)认证,成为国内第二家获此资质的财险企业、外资险企数字化标杆,数据治理能力获国家级权威认证。

DCMM是我国数据管理领域首个国家标准,四级为行业高阶认证,要求企业实现数据全流程标准化、可量化、精细化运营,国内仅有少数企业达标。这份认证印证,安盛天平已搭建覆盖数据战略、治理、质量、标准的完整量化管理体系,完成从被动治理到数据主动赋能的转型,为经营决策、风险防控、客户服务筑牢数智底座。

自2020年起,安盛天平将数据确立为核心战略资产,稳步推进数据体系建设:成立数据管理委员会统筹顶层规划,持续迭代OneData一体化数据平台,打通全域数据;引入AI技术落地智能问数、自动质检,推动数据治理人机协同;常态化举办数据开放日、月度工作组会议,全员培育数据文化。多维度长效建设,最终收获国家级权威认可。

On June 3, the China Electronics Information Industry Federation officially released the DCMM assessment results. AXA Tianping Property & Casualty Insurance Co., Ltd. has successfully obtained the Level 4 (Quantitative Management Level) certification of the Data Management Capability Maturity Model, making it the second property insurance company in China to earn this qualification and a benchmark for digital transformation among foreign-invested insurance enterprises. Its data governance capabilities have received authoritative national certification.

DCMM (Data Management Capability Maturity Model) is China’s first national standard in the field of data management. Level 4 represents a high-tier industry certification that requires enterprises to realize standardized, quantifiable and refined operation of full-cycle data. Only a small number of domestic enterprises have met this benchmark to date. This certification validates that AXA Tianping has built a comprehensive quantitative management system covering data strategy, governance, quality and standards, completing the transformation from passive governance to active data empowerment, and laying a solid digital and intelligent foundation for business decision-making, risk prevention & control and customer service.

Since 2020, AXA Tianping has identified data as a core strategic asset and steadily advanced the development of its data system: it established a Data Management Committee to coordinate top-level planning, continuously upgraded the integrated OneData platform to connect full-domain data across the enterprise, adopted AI technologies to launch intelligent data query and automatic quality inspection tools for human-machine collaborative data governance, and regularly held Data Open Days and monthly working group meetings to foster a company-wide data-driven culture. Long-term multi-dimensional development efforts have ultimately earned the company this authoritative national recognition.

Mr. Kevin Chor, Chief Executive Officer of AXA Tianping, stated that data constitutes the company’s core strategic asset, and this certification marks a brand-new starting point.
