安盛天平财产保险有限公司(以下简称”安盛天平”)积极响应安盛集团”AXA Hearts in Action — 安盛筑爱在行动”全球员工志愿者活动周号召,成功举办2026年度”安盛筑爱·益启成长”公益行动。本次活动创新采用”线上捐步 + 线下探访”双轨联动模式,联合大童保险服务、明亚保险经纪、永达理保险经纪、国寿年丰等核心渠道合作伙伴,深入北京密云山区,聚焦困境青少年群体的情感陪伴需求,以实际行动诠释保险行业“保护”的真谛。

关注”隐形缺口”:从物质帮扶到心灵呵护

本次行动的受助对象主要为偏远地区以隔代照料为主、监护缺失的青少年。由父母缺位导致的心理孤寂与情感支持断层,是这一群体面临更严峻的“隐形缺口”。孩子们往往因缺乏有效的沟通引导而性格内向,甚至产生手机依赖。

基于此,安盛天平携手爱佑慈善基金会将公益资源聚焦于“情感陪伴”。正如北京家业如心一线社工所言:”对这些孩子而言,哪怕只是志愿者数小时真诚的陪伴,也足以在他们心里留下久远的印记。”这也成为本次行动最重要的出发点——不以声势论公益,以真实的在场,填补成长的空白。

双轨联动:汇聚全员善意,践行深度陪伴

在6月1日至7日的“线上捐步”活动中,安盛天平通过”安盛安美”平台发起为期一周的微信捐步挑战,企业同步进行配捐。七日内,活动共吸引3,126人次参与,较去年增长逾五成;累计贡献爱心步数20,611,472步,较去年近乎翻倍;汇聚爱心陪伴时长超7.5万小时,安盛天平为此公益行为捐赠善款人民币10万元,用于支持困境青少年的成长帮扶。

6月6日,线下探访活动在密云区不老屯镇兵马营村展开。志愿者团队通过“泡泡糖”破冰游戏、“奶油胶小风扇”手工创作及职业启蒙分享会等互动环节,引导孩子们敞开心扉。当天下午,志愿者分为四组,深入八户家庭进行入户探访。除开展阅读、手工、游戏、交流等个性化陪伴外,志愿者还协助家庭修缮房屋、整理家务,将关怀落至实处。

行业共益:以生态合力拓展公益边界

此次行动,不仅是一次企业社会责任(CSR)的实践,更是保险行业生态协同的一次典范。安盛天平将企业内部公益文化延伸至整个行业价值链,证明当行业力量凝聚时,能为社会创造更大的共享价值。

Responding to the global employee volunteering week campaign “AXA Week for Good”, AXA Tianping Property & Casualty Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “AXA Tianping”) successfully hosted its 2026 public welfare initiative titled “AXA Builds Love · Grow with Kindness”. The program adopted an innovative dual-track model combining online step donation and offline on-site visits. Partnering with core distributors including Datong Insurance Service, Mingya Insurance Broker, Yongdali Insurance Broker and China Life Nianfeng, the team traveled deep into mountainous Miyun District of Beijing. Centered on addressing the emotional companionship needs of disadvantaged teenagers, the initiative embodied the true essence of insurance, protection, through tangible actions.

Addressing the “Invisible Gap”: Shifting from Material Support to Mental Care

The program primarily supported teenagers living in remote areas, most of whom are raised by grandparents with absent parental guardianship. Lacking parental care, these children suffer from severe loneliness and a lack of emotional support, a critical “invisible gap” in their growth. Many grow introverted due to insufficient communication and guidance, and some even develop excessive reliance on mobile phones.

To tackle this challenge, AXA Tianping joined hands with Aiyou Charity Foundation to prioritize emotional companionship. As frontline social workers from Beijing Jiaye Ruxin put it: “For these children, even a few hours of sincere company from volunteers can leave an everlasting mark on their hearts.” This became the core starting point of the initiative: rather than pursuing grand public welfare spectacles, we deliver genuine, in-person care to fill the void in children’s growth.

Gathering Collective Kindness to Deliver In-Depth Companionship

Online Step Donation Campaign (June 1–7)

AXA Tianping launched a one-week WeChat step donation challenge via its internal platform Emma by AXA, with the company matching all donated steps with corresponding funds.

  • Total participants: 3,126, a year-on-year increase of over 50%
  • Cumulative loving steps: 20,611,472, nearly doubling last year’s figure
  • Total equivalent companion hours accumulated: over 75,000 AXA Tianping donated RMB 100,000 to support long-term growth assistance programs for disadvantaged teenagers as a commitment to this public welfare drive.

Offline On-Site Visit (June 6, Bingmaying Village, Bulao Tun Town, Miyun District)

Volunteers kicked off the day with ice-breaking games such as “Bubble Gum”, DIY cream glue mini-fan workshops, and career enlightenment sharing sessions, encouraging children to open up. In the afternoon, volunteers split into four groups to conduct home visits across eight households. Beyond personalized companionship activities including reading, handcrafts and interactive games, volunteers also helped repair houses and tidy living spaces, bringing care down to every detail of daily life.

Industry-Wide Shared Benefits: Expanding the Boundaries of Public Welfare Through Ecosystem Synergy

This initiative stands not only as a solid corporate social responsibility (CSR) practice, but also an exemplary case of cross-collaboration across the insurance industry ecosystem.
