On July 18, 2025, the 2025 International Green Zero-Carbon Festival & ESG Leadership Summit was held grandly in Shanghai. The event brought together representatives from government, industry, academia, research, and other sectors to deeply discuss the profound impact and practical pathways of ESG principles in the new era, focusing on green, low-carbon transition and high-quality development.

During the summit’s selection process, AXA Tianping was awarded the “2025 ESG Exemplary Enterprise Award” for its continuous efforts and outstanding achievements in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices. 2025年8月5日,我们迎来了AI Open Day的压轴活动-安盛天平AI动员大会。本次大会邀请了左总及公司管理层、总公司各部门以及来自各地机构的领导和代表,线上线下同步直播,共同见证这一重要时刻。

活动伊始,左总高屋建瓴地阐述了公司发展AI的战略意义,并强调了AI在公司未来发展中的重要地位和必要性。紧接着,余健光总也发表了精彩演讲,进一步明确了公司在AI领域的长远规划和具体措施。

在领导致辞环节之后,主持人Jenny隆重介绍了本次大会的首个亮点—AI智能助手“安小盛”。安小盛作为办公智能助手,目前具备翻译、写作、搜索和企业级知识库等功能。企业知识库的建设得到了HR及行政、财务等部门的大力支持,未来还将不断完善。

接着,大数据部的洪志春老师发布了第二款智能助手—数智助手。这款助手在数据处理和分析方面表现出色,将进一步提升公司的智能化水平。

接下来,大会公布了线上知识问答比赛以及AI创意作品大赛的中奖名单。我们收到了来自总部与机构合计共26份不同创意,小伙伴们提交的方案都相当认真负责,覆盖销售、理赔及运营各方面,详细阐述了各自领域的痛点及创意想法,最终我们结合总部各条线的综合意见,从中筛选出了创意大赛的卓越奖作品,作者为成都作业中心的苏鹏老师。会上,苏鹏老师激情分享了其获奖作品:通过运用AI大模型的深度学习与图像识别技术,解决新能源车理赔查勘定损中的高要求与风险排查难题,为理赔人员提供在线操作指导与定损参考,从而提高查勘效率和风险管理水平。

大会最后,为了让更多的同事受益于AI技术,还安排了企业知识库及业务场景分享环节。HR部门代表Nathan总、财务部门代表洪洁总、定价核保部门张晓凤总分别介绍了各自领域的企业知识库应用和AI实践。他们的精彩发言不仅展示了公司在AI领域的最新成果,也为其他部门提供了宝贵的借鉴和参考案例。

机遇前所未有,挑战催人奋进!本次AI Open Day活动圆满结束,但AI与业务的创新合作才刚刚起步,大运营部会再接再厉,一同助力公司业绩再创辉煌!

On August 5, 2025, we welcomed the grand finale of the AI Open Day—the AXA Tianping AI Mobilization Conference. The event invited Kevin CHOR, CEO of the company together with the  management team, accompanied by heads and representatives from various departments at the headquarters, as well as local branches joined onsite and remotely, , allowing everyone to witness this important moment together.

At the beginning of the event, Kevin  provided a strategic overview of the significance of AI development for the company and emphasized the crucial role and necessity of AI in the company’s future growth. Subsequently, Philip YU delivered an inspiring speech, further clarifying the company’s long-term plans and specific measures in the field of AI.

Following the leadership addresses, the host, Jenny, proudly introduced the first highlight of the conference—the AI assistant “An Xiao Sheng.” As an intelligent office assistant, An Xiao Sheng currently offers functions such as translation, writing, search, and access to the corporate knowledge base. The development of the corporate knowledge base has received strong support from HR, Administration, Finance, and other departments, and it will continue to be enhanced in the future.

Next, Mr. Hong Zhichun from the Big Data Department unveiled the second intelligent assistant—the Data Intelligence Assistant, which excels in data processing and analysis, further elevating the company’s level of intelligent operations.

The conference then announced the winners of the online knowledge quiz competition and the AI creative works contest, with the receival of a total of 26 creative submissions from both the headquarters and branches. Colleagues submitted thoughtful and responsible proposals covering areas such as sales, claims, and operations, detailing pain points and innovative ideas in their respective fields. After comprehensive evaluation by various lines of business at the headquarters, the Excellence Award for the Creative Contest was awarded to Mr. Su Peng from the Chengdu Operations Center. During the conference, Mr. Su passionately shared his winning project: leveraging the deep learning and image recognition capabilities of large AI models to address the high demands and risk assessment challenges in new energy vehicle claims surveys and loss assessments. The solution provides claims personnel with online operational guidance and loss assessment references, thereby improving survey efficiency and risk management capabilities.

Towards the end of the conference, to enable more colleagues to benefit from AI technology, a session was dedicated to sharing insights on the corporate knowledge base and business scenarios. Nathan from the HR department, Hong Jie from the Finance department,and the Xiaofeng Zhang from Pricing & Underwriting department, introduced the applications of the corporate knowledge base and AI practices in their respective areas. Their insightful presentations not only showcased the company’s latest achievements in AI but also provided valuable references and case studies for other departments.

Opportunities are unprecedented, and challenges inspire us to strive harder.The 2025 AI Open Day has concluded successfully, but the innovative integration of AI and business has only just begun. The General Operations Department will continue to push forward, working together to help the company achieve even greater success!

2025年7月22日,“绿建出海•临港启航”2025上海绿色建筑国际论坛-临港分论坛在上海临港新片区滴水湖畔成功举办。安盛天平财产保险有限公司(以下简称:安盛天平)首席市场营销官兼总经理办公室主任戴思远女士应邀出席。本次论坛旨在系统性总结区域绿色发展成果,并围绕临港新片区作为“企业走出去发展壮大的重要跳板”的战略定位,聚焦政策背景、制度标准、专业服务等关键议题,探讨如何助力国内建筑企业把握出海机遇,提升国际化竞争力,推动行业高质量发展。

论坛由临港新片区管委会、上海市绿色建筑协会指导,临港集团、上海市绿色建筑协会临港新片区工作委员会主办,临港新片区“走出去”综合服务平台、临港新片区经济公司承办。上海市住建委、临港新片区党工委、上海市绿色建筑协会等相关领导及近300位来自政府部门、企事业单位、国内外专业机构的代表出席了活动。

论坛期间举行了临港新片区“走出去”工程建设联盟成立仪式,旨在整合资源,搭建服务平台,支持工程建设领域企业“走出去”。作为15家创始成员单位之一,安盛天平与上海市绿色建筑协会、上海国际经济技术合作协会、中国建筑第八工程局有限公司、中铁上海设计院集团有限公司、上海临港经济发展(集团)有限公司、英国建筑研究院(BRE)、美国建筑师协会(AIA)等国内外知名机构和企业共同登台,正式宣告联盟成立。

在随后的主旨演讲环节,多位行业专家和企业代表围绕绿色建筑出海相关议题进行了分享。戴思远女士在题为《筑牢绿色屏障 保险护航出海》的演讲中介绍了安盛集团的雄厚实力,以及出海企业最为关心的全球服务网络、本地运营经验,服务中国企业出海的经典案例等。安盛天平作为链接集团智慧、服务中国客户的桥梁纽带,将充分发挥保险保障专长,从有效甄别风险、共享全球网络、供给在地服务等多个维度提供全价值链、全周期风险保障,支持中国绿色建筑企业出海搏击,确保项目顺利实施。

On July 22, 2025, the “Green Building Global Expansion • Launching from Lingang” 2025 Shanghai International Green Building Forum—Lingang Sub-Forum was successfully held by the DishuiLake in the Shanghai Lingang New Area. Ms. Dai Siyuan, Chief Marketing Officer and Chief of Staff to the CEO at AXA Tianping Property & Casualty Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “AXA Tianping”), was invited to attend. The forum aimed to systematically summarize regional green development achievements and, centered on Lingang’s strategic positioning as “a vital springboard for enterprises to expand globally,” focused on key issues such as policy background, institutional standards, and professional services. It explored ways to support domestic construction companies in seizing international opportunities, enhancing global competitiveness, and promoting high-quality industry development.

The forum was guided by the Lingang New Area Administrative Committee and the Shanghai Green Building Association, hosted by Lingang Group and the Lingang Working Committee of the Shanghai Green Building Association, and organized by the Lingang New Area “Going Global” Integrated Service Platform and Lingang New Area Economic Development Co., Ltd. Nearly 300 representatives from government departments, enterprises, public institutions, and domestic and international professional organizations attended, including leaders from the Shanghai Housing and Urban-Rural Development Commission, the Lingang New Area Party Working Committee, and the Shanghai Green Building Association.  

During the forum, the launch ceremony of the Lingang New Area “Going Global” Engineering Construction Alliance was held. The alliance aims to integrate resources and build a service platform to support enterprises in the engineering construction sector expanding overseas. As one of the 15 founding members, AXA Tianping took the stage alongside renowned domestic and international institutions and enterprises, including the Shanghai Green Building Association, Shanghai International Economic and Technological Cooperation Association, China Construction Eighth Engineering Bureau Corp., Ltd., China Railway Shanghai Design Institute Group Co., Ltd., Shanghai Lingang Economic Development (Group) Co., Ltd., the Building Research Establishment (BRE) of the UK, and the American Institute of Architects (AIA), officially announcing the establishment of the alliance.  

In the subsequent keynote speech session, multiple industry experts and enterprise representatives shared insights on topics related to the global expansion of green building. In her speech titled “Building a Green Barrier: Insurance Escorting Global Expansion,” Ms. Dai Siyuan introduced AXA Group’sophistication and expertise , including its global service network, local operational experience, and classic cases of serving Chinese enterprises expanding abroad—all of great interest to internationalizing companies. As a bridge connecting the Group’s expertise with Chinese clients, AXA Tianping will fully leverage its insurance expertise to provide comprehensive, full-cycle risk protection across the entire value chain. This includes effective risk identification, sharing of global networks, and supply of on-the-ground services, supporting Chinese green building enterprises in expanding globally and ensuring the smooth implementation of projects.

安盛天平2025年度机构年中工作会议于7月28日至29日在贵阳顺利召开。公司管理层、各区域负责人、机构一把手及总公司相关部门负责人共同参会,各业务条线及中后台部门分别汇报上半年成绩与下半年计划,围绕机构表现、渠道推动、成本管控、数字化与风控等方面展开深入分析,提出多项提质增效举措。

在开场致辞中,安盛天平首席执行官左伟豪先生回顾了公司自2019年全资收购以来的经营历程:从2019年开始的战略性亏损,至2024年实现盈亏平衡,再到2025年上半年实现监管口径下净利润4100万,同比改善8300万。这一跨越式发展印证了战略转型的卓著成效。与此同时,公司治理能力持续提升,截至2024年四季度公司风险评级IRR为BBB,截至2025年二季度公司综合偿付能力充足率达到229.13%。

安盛天平执行副总裁兼首席渠道管理和销售官周连成在渠道工作总结中指出,全司12家机构STIC得分超过97分,23家机构实现盈利。车险业务品质持续优化,新能源车险增速达38%;健康险续保率超81%,新单趋势良好;商业险二季度回升明显。下半年渠道工作将聚焦结构优化与产能提升,推动高效益渠道拓展与新渠道出单效率。

“星火转型”项目成效显著,截至6月底共收到60项机构子项目,山东、江苏、广西等在新能源车险、健康险成本管控、数字化服务等方面取得突破。项目组强调将持续跟进落地、加强跨机构交流与总部资源整合,助力项目稳健推进。

左总在总结中明确下半年“调结构、稳利润、促增长”三大目标:保费收入目标28.7亿元,提升非车险占比;直通车险增速超50%;加强健康险与零售险成本管控,落实普惠保险考核。他强调,各机构应坚持以客户为中心,严守风险底线,结合属地化经营与AI赋能,实现有效益、可持续的增长。

从品牌首登《新闻联播》到政府合作拓展,从“网+电+微”营销提效到ESG公益实践,跨部门协同正持续夯实公司高质量发展基础。左总特别肯定全员执行力:“正是每一位同仁的顽强拼搏,让星火之光终成燎原之势。”

本次年中会议为下半年发展锚定方向,安盛天平正以更加坚定的步伐,迈向“盈利稳固、创新引领”的新征程。在”星火转型”战略的引领下,公司将继续深化业务结构调整,强化科技赋能,提升经营效能,为客户创造更大价值,为行业发展贡献更多智慧,续写更加辉煌的篇章。

The AXA Tianping 2025 Mid-Year Work Conference was successfully held in Guiyang from July 28 to 29. The company’s management, regional heads, branch GMs, and relevant department heads from the head office attended the meeting. Various business lines and middle- and back-office departments presented their performance results for the first half of the year and plans for the second half, conducting in-depth analyses on institutional performance, channel development, cost control, digitalization, and risk management, while proposing multiple measures to enhance quality and efficiency.

In his opening address, Mr. Kevin CHOR, CEO of AXA Tianping, reviewed the company’s business trajectory since its full acquisition in 2019: from the phase of strategic losses starting in 2019, to breaking even in 2024, and then achieving the net profit of RMB 41 million in the first half of 2025—an improvement of RMB 83 million year-on-year. This leap forward testifies to the remarkable success of the company’s strategic transformation. Meanwhile, governance capabilities have continued to strengthen: as of Q4 2024, the company’s IRR risk rating stood at BBB, and by Q2 2025, the solvency ratio had reached 229.13%.

In his summary of channel work, Mr. Zhou Liancheng, Executive Vice President and Chief Distribution Management and Sales Officer of AXA Tianping, pointed out that 12 institutions achieved STIC scores above 97, while 23 institutions realized profits. The quality of motor insurance business continued to improve, with new energy motor insurance growing by 38%; the health insurance renewal rate exceeded 81%, with positive trends in new policies; commercial insurance showed a significant recovery in the second quarter. Distribution efforts in the second half of the year will focus on structural optimization and productivity improvement, promoting the expansion of high-efficiency channels and the policy issuance efficiency of new channels.

The “Xinghuo Transformation” project has achieved notable results. By the end of June, 60 sub-projects from branches had been received, with breakthroughs in new energy motor insurance, health insurance cost control, and digital services in Shandong, Jiangsu, Guangxi, and others. The project team emphasized continued follow-up on implementation, enhanced cross-institutional exchange, and integration of head office resources to support the steady progress of the project.

In his concluding remarks, Mr. Kevin CHOR outlined three key objectives for the second half of the year: “structure optimization, profits stabilization, and growth acceleration.” The premium income target is set at RMB 2.87 billion, with an increased proportion of non-motor insurance; direct motor insurance is targeted to grow by over 50%; cost control for health and retail insurance will be strengthened, and inclusive insurance assessment will be implemented. He emphasized that all branches should adhere to a customer-centric approach, strictly maintain risk boundaries, and combine localized operations with AI empowerment to achieve profitable and sustainable growth.

From the brand’s first appearance on “CCTV News” to expanded government cooperation, from enhanced marketing efficiency through “online + telephone + WeChat” to ESG initiatives, cross-departmental collaboration continues to solidify the foundation for the company’s high-quality development. Mr. Kevin CHOR particularly commended the execution strength of all employees: “It is the tenacious efforts of every colleague that have enabled the spark of transformation to grow into a prairie fire.”

This mid-year conference has set the direction for development in the second half of the year. With more determined strides, AXA Tianping is advancing toward a new journey of “solid profitability and innovation leadership.” Under the guidance of the “Xinghuo Transformation” strategy, the company will continue to deepen business structure optimization, strengthen technological empowerment, enhance operational efficiency, create greater value for customers, contribute more wisdom to the industry, and write an even more brilliant chapter.

深耕社区乡村,筑牢风险防范第一线

开展保险公益服务,践行责任担当。安盛天平将服务触角延伸至基层末梢,在全国范围内掀起“保险服务进社区入乡村”的热潮,组织机构志愿团队及人员,为需要帮助的地区和人群提供公益性保险保障和服务,面对面传递保障温度。

宁波:公益集市暖人心

7月6日,宁波分公司联合同业机构深入江北区安山村,为群众解答保险疑问,普及防范非法集资、反诈骗等知识;同时爱心义卖福利院手工艺品及公司捐赠物资,所得善款惠及公益事业。分会场同样精彩:小灵峰健步道上,流动宣传员沿途普及知识,送水点化身微型宣传站;安山村菜场入口,党员先锋身着红马甲,主动为村民发放资料、答疑解惑,将金融安全知识融入日常生活场景。

陕西:红色基因融服务

陕西分公司于7月2日双线并进。在榆林开源社区,“消保驿站”成为居民身边的金融知识课堂,重点提升风险防范意识。在邓宝珊将军纪念馆,宣传团队巧妙结合红色精神传承与保险使命宣讲,向参观者及工作人员阐述保险服务国计民生的责任担当,深化公众对行业价值的认同。

云南:社区联动筑防线

云南分公司携手金江路社区及多家伙伴单位,于7月8日举办“筑牢风险防线”公益活动。现场金融知识普及深入浅出,“我是社区金融安全守护者”签名拍照区激发居民参与热情。创新的趣味答题和“种子卡成长守护计划”将风险防范理念寓教于乐,定制帆布袋承载着安全与环保理念走进千家万户。

内蒙古:校园科普入乡村

广西分公司于7月6日组织员工前往红色教育基地开展红色健步走,传承精神、彰显担当。7月8日,钦州中支员工参与无偿献血,以热血传递爱心。同时,分公司及下辖机构在活动期间深入基层,密集开展“五进入”宣传活动共计9场次,将保险服务与知识送到农村、社区和企业,切实传递保险温度。

On July 6, the Ningbo Branch, alongside industry peers, visited Anshan Village in Jiangbei District. Shenzhen Branch innovated with a “Public Welfare Walk + Commercial District Promotion” dual model: In the morning, staff gathered at Central Park in uniform for a public welfare walk promoting healthy lifestyles and insurance concepts along the route; In the afternoon, they set up booths in the Hanguo Center commercial district (Funan Community), focusing on three themes: “Insurance Makes Life Better,” “Prevent Illegal Fundraising,” and “Financial Rights Protection,” distributing promotional items and practical daily supplies, attracting enthusiastic resident interaction and effectively enhancing risk prevention awareness.

Practicing Green Public Welfare: Walking Together Towards a Better Future

AXA Tianping actively encouraged collective and individual activities like walking, urging employees to donate steps for learning financial/insurance knowledge and sharing event highlights. Ningbo employees became mobile promotion points on Sunhu Park trails; Guangdong Party members promoted after a walk on Huangpu Changzhou Island Greenway, combining red education at Huangpu Military Academy; Guangxi Branch Party branch organized a red-themed walk; Henan Party members led a red heritage walk on “July 1st,” inviting public participation; Shandong Branch officially launched its public welfare walk on July 5th.

While promoting step donations, AXA Tianping branches extended warmth through public welfare actions, deepening its meaning and conveying insurance’s caring nature. Guangxi Qinzhou Sub-branch organized employee blood donation on July 8th. 2025 marks the thirteenth year of the “7.8 National Insurance Publicity Day” campaign. 善行如星,共绘公益星河。6月16~22日,安盛天平财产保险有限公司(以下简称“安盛天平”)积极响应集“AXA Hearts in Action – 安盛筑爱在行动”全球志愿者周号召,携手全国25家分公司、渠道合作伙伴与客户,共同走进云南绥江、武汉、重庆、南京、上海、杭州等多地,以爱心接力汇聚成炬,通过多元化的公益形式传递温暖与希望,探索共建公益的创新路径,推动可持续公益实践。

超4.7万小时陪伴,关注云南绥江搬迁儿童成长挑战

在云南昭通绥江县,随着易地搬迁政策的推进,有一群孩子从大山深处而来,面对的是全新的语言、陌生的校园和未知的生活节奏,面临教育衔接、社交融入与心理适应等挑战。为助力这些儿童“易”路顺利,安盛天平发起线上公益与实体探访活动,让希望在迁徙中重新生根、绽放。

6月16日至20日,安盛天平通过“安盛安美”平台发起微信捐步挑战赛,用脚步丈量温暖,用行动点亮希望:短短5天内,近2000人次积极参与,累计捐出超过1000万爱心步数及逾4.7万小时陪伴时长,共同筹集善款人民币10万元,这笔善款将用于为搬迁儿童提供爱心关爱包,并支持当地教育、心理关怀及社区融合项目,帮助孩子们在新环境中茁壮成长。

与此同时,安盛天平还跨越千里实地探访,联合大童、明亚、黎明、年安四家渠道伙伴组成志愿者团队,6月21日前往云南昭通市绥江县福兴社区“儿童之家”开展公益活动。通过游戏互动、艺术课程与生活陪伴,以关切与陪伴赢得孩子们最灿烂的笑容。同时,志愿者团队还走访了当地部分困境儿童家庭,送上“安心成长包”,关怀与帮助其日常需求。

五城联动,联合渠道伙伴爱心探访三甲儿童医院

6月18日至19日,安盛天平联合渠道合作伙伴黎明保险代理与大童保险服务,在武汉、重庆、南京、上海、杭州五座城市同步开展“五城三甲医院公益计划”。志愿者们走进三甲儿童医院进行爱心探访,用行动诠释责任,通过互动游戏、手工制作“勇士勋章”、绘本共读等活动,为病患儿童带去欢乐与勇气,帮助其缓解治疗焦虑,提升就医体验。

From June 16 to 22, AXA Tianping Property & Casualty Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “AXA Tianping”) actively responded to the global call of “AXA Hearts in Action.” Together with its 25 branches nationwide, distribution partners, and clients, AXA Tianping brought warmth and hope to locations including Suijiang (Yunnan), Wuhan, Chongqing, Nanjing, Shanghai, and Hangzhou. Through diverse philanthropic activities, the company passed the torch of compassion, explored innovative pathways for collaborative public welfare, and advanced sustainable philanthropic practices.

Over 47,000 Hours of Companionship: Addressing the Growth Challenges of Relocated Children in Suijiang, Yunnan

In Suijiang County, Zhaotong, Yunnan, the implementation of the relocation policy has brought children from deep within the mountains to new environments. They face unfamiliar languages, schools, and daily rhythms, grappling with challenges in educational transition, social integration, and psychological adaptation. To help these children navigate their “relocation journey” smoothly, AXA Tianping launched both online and on-site volunteering activities, enabling hope to take root and flourish anew.

From June 16 to 20, AXA Tianping initiated a WeChat Step Donation Challenge via the “Emma by AXA ” platform,. In just five days, nearly 2,000 participants actively joined, collectively donating over 10 million steps and contributing more than 47,000 hours of companionship. Together, they raised RMB 100,000. These funds will provide “Care Packages” for the relocated children and support local educational, psychological care, and community integration projects, helping the children thrive in their new surroundings.

Simultaneously, AXA Tianping bridged the distance with a onsite visit. Partnering with distribution collaborators Datoo, Mingya, Liming, and Nian’an, a  team of volunteers traveled to the “Children’s Home” in Fuxing Community, Suijiang County, Zhaotong City, Yunnan, on June 21. Through interactive games, art workshops, and companionship, they earned the children’s brightest smiles with care and presence. The volunteer team also visited local families facing difficulties, delivering “Growth Support Kits” to address their daily needs.

From June 18 to 19, AXA Tianping collaborated with distribution partners Liming Insurance Agency and Datoo Insurance Services to launch the “Five Cities, Top-Tier Hospitals Public Welfare Initiative” simultaneously in Wuhan, Chongqing, Nanjing, Shanghai, and Hangzhou. Volunteers visited Class A Tertiary Children’s Hospitals, embodying responsibility through action. Activities like interactive games, crafting “Bravery Medals,” and shared picture book reading brought joy and courage to young patients, helping alleviate treatment anxiety and improve their hospital experience.

National Resonance: Making Philantropy and Volunteering as Part of Your Daily Lives

Every effort counts, and perseverance leads to great achievements. This year marks AXA Tianping’s sixth consecutive year participating in the group-initiated “AXA Hearts in Action” volunteer program. Building on this foundation, AXA Tianping simultaneously activated “Charity A la Carte” across all 25 national branches. This initiative encourages localized, self-driven actions and promotes the idea that everyone can contribute to public welfare. Employees are motivated to integrate goodwill into daily life through activities like Workplace Charity Markets, Love Creation Camps, and visits to support the elderly and people with disabilities, transforming compassion into sustained care. This call received enthusiastic responses nationwide.

  • The Ningbo Branch, together with distribution partners, visited the Ningbo Social Welfare Institute for companionship and donation activities for children with disabilities, receiving a certificate of appreciation from the institute.
  • The Guangdong Branch launched a “Dual Project,” conducting “Summer Coolness Delivery” and eco-bag painting activities to advocate for green lifestyles.
  • The Shaanxi Branch organized an eco-themed canvas bag painting “Love Creation Camp,” using brushes to spread green concepts.
  • The Zhejiang Branch held a fitness walk event promoting environmental and green ideals.
  • The Tianjin Branch set up a “Charity Market Corner,” supporting local public welfare projects through internal charity sales.
  • The Fujian Branch organized employees to visit the Huaxu Senior Care Home in Jin’an District, Fuzhou, carrying out the “Warmth for the Elderly” activity, honoring the traditional virtue of respecting seniors.

近日,在《中国银行保险报》主办的“2025 金诺·金融品牌影响力盛典”上,安盛天平与爱佑慈善基金会联合发起的“净水守护,安盛筑爱”项目荣获“2025 金诺·金融品牌年度社会公益项目”年度社会公益项目大奖。《中国银行保险报》是国家金融监督管理总局主管的唯一工作日报,在行业最具影响力的荣耀舞台,安盛践行“守护生命之本,践行人类进步”这一品牌使命的坚定步伐再次得到了权威认可。

“净水守护,安盛筑爱”项目聚焦四川凉山彝族自治州乃拖镇中心校712名困境儿童饮水安全问题,结合“运动公益+科技赋能”的创新形式,通过“微信捐步挑战赛”动员5223人次参与,并以企业配捐形式为学校引入反渗透净水设备,有效提升校园饮水条件。项目还延伸至健康教育、物资支持与员工志愿探访,构建“硬件改造+软性关怀”的公益闭环。

项目自启动以来,已于2024年九月获得安盛集团表彰,两位通过层层选拔的中国员工志愿者代表,受邀赴法国蔚蓝海岸,出席安盛全球公益盛典,亲历集团对于公益精神的高度礼赞。此外,项目被中国公益网、美通社等30余家媒体转载,累计影响力超500万人次。

Recently, at the “2025 Golden Win · Financial Brand Influence Awards Ceremony” hosted by China Banking and Insurance News, AXA Tianping’s “Purified Water for Children in Need” project, jointly initiated with Aiyou Charity Foundation, was honored with the “2025 Golden Win · Financial Brand Annual Social Welfare Project” award. As the only official publication recognized by NFRA, this prestigious industry platform once again acknowledged AXA Tianping’s firm commitment to its brand mission of “acting for human progress by protecting what really matters.”

The project focused on improving portable water safety for 712 underprivileged children at the Naituo Town Central School in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan. Employing an innovative approach combining “athletic philanthropy + technological empowerment,” it mobilized 5,223 participants through a “WeChat Step Donation Challenge.” Leveraging corporate matching donations, the project funded the installation of a reverse osmosis water purification system for the school, significantly enhancing campus drinking water conditions. It further extended into health education, material support, and employee volunteer visits, creating a comprehensive corporate philanthropic model.

Since its launch, the project received recognition from the AXA Group in September 2024. Two employee volunteer representatives from China, selected through a rigorous process, were invited to access exclusive experience at Tara Boaton the French Riviera, witnessing the Group’s profound commitment to societal responsibilties. Additionally, the initiative was featured by over 30 media outlets, including China Philanthropy News and PR Newswire, generating cumulative exposure surpassing 5 million.

Winning the “Golden Win Award” represents high recognition of AXA Tianping’s philanthropic efforts and its social impact. Building on this momentum, in June of this year, we once again partnered with the Aiyou CharityFoundation, mobilizing 25 nationwide branches, distributionpartners, and clients for the “AXA Hearts in Action” Employee Volunteer Week. Activities spanned Suijiang (Yunnan), Wuhan, Chongqing, Nanjing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, and other locations, encompassing diverse dimensions such as child companionship, hospital visits, environmental actions, and support for the elderly and persons with disabilities. This initiative encouraged employee participation, fostered local co-creation, and strengthened our sustainable, diversified, and enduring philanthropic ecosystem.

Recently, led by CEO Kevin CHOR, a delegation from AXA Tianping Property & Casualty Insurance Co., Ltd., including senior executives, heads of outstanding branches, and strategic partner representatives, visited the AXA Group headquarters in Paris, France. The visit received high-level attention from Group leadership. Mr. George Stansfield, Deputy CEO of AXA Group, warmly welcomed the delegation alongside the global senior management team. Both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as development strategies for the Chinese market and global business synergy.

Warm Hospitality: Group Leadership Extends High-Level Welcome

On the afternoon of June 6th, a grand welcoming ceremony was held at the AXA Group headquarters. Mr. George Stansfield, accompanied by core management members including Anu Venkataraman, Chief Strategy Officer & Head of Investor Relations, and Garance Wattez-Richard, CEO of AXA Partners, warmly received the AXA Tianping “Pride Journey” delegation.

In his welcoming remarks, Mr. Stansfield stated: “China is one of the core markets in AXA Group’s global strategy. AXA has been deeply rooted in China for 26 years. Led by our wholly-owned subsidiary AXA Tianping, we have established a comprehensive partnership with PICC Group and built a solid foundation for development. Just a month ago, I visited Shanghai with Mr. Frédéric de Courtois, another Deputy CEO of the Group. The professional capabilities demonstrated by the AXA Tianping management team were truly impressive.”

Strategic Dialogue: The Art of Localized Operation Under a Global Vision

During the discussion session, Zhang Xiaofeng, General Manager of Pricing & Underwriting at AXA Tianping, raised a question regarding “sustained growth strategies for global enterprises.” Mr. Stansfield shared: “Successful multinational operations hinge on three key elements: First, adhere to a localization strategy. AXA’s achievements in China stem precisely from fully empowering the local team. Second, maintain a balance between strategic steadfastness and flexibility, re-evaluating business layouts every five years. Third, respect market differences. Models successful in France may not necessarily apply to China or other regions; we place full trust in the local Chinese management team.”

Responding to a question from Qu Zhijun, General Manager of Sales & Planning, regarding “global market access standards,” Mr. Stansfield reflected on AXA’s history in Asia: “Since entering China in the 1990s, we have consistently viewed Asia as a strategic priority. Today, when selecting markets, we place greater emphasis on balancing demographics, market maturity, and capital efficiency.”

That afternoon, Xavier Lestrade, Global CEO of AXA Health, and Benoit Moreau, Global Health Risk Director & Deputy Risk Director of AXA SA (and former CFO of AXA Tianping), also met with the Chinese delegation.

Mr. Xavier Lestrade commented: “Health insurance has become AXA’s fastest-growing global business segment. Cultural Immersion: Experiencing the Heritage and Innovation of a Century-Old Financial Group

During the visit, the “Pride Journey” delegation toured the historic AXA headquarters building, which boasts over 200 years of history. This landmark building, adjacent to the Élysée Palace, perfectly blends the historical heritage of the French financial empire with the innovative vitality of a modern enterprise. The headquarters specially arranged for a building history expert to narrate the legendary story of the Hôtel de la Vaupalière, allowing the guests to deeply appreciate AXA Group’s corporate DNA of “steady operation and long-term development.”

The visit proved highly productive. The AXA Tianping management team gained a deeper understanding of the Group’s “Glocalization” strategy, while channel partners, through their on-site experience, further solidified their confidence in a long-term partnership with AXA.
