- 绿色低碳先行,如期兑现减碳承诺
2025年我们圆满达成集团中期减碳目标,实现全办公场所100%绿色电力覆盖,碳排放较2019年下降20%。依托数字化转型,车险保单数字化率达99.99%,全年节约纸张超4759万张;绿色债券持有规模9.17亿元,资金重点投向清洁能源、低碳交通产业。 业务端持续创新,联动人保落地新能源车险合作,助力国内新能源产业出海;全国多地落地天气指数、巨灾保险。内部同步夯实绿色理念,员工气候学院课程完成率95.9%,低碳意识融入全员日常。
- 深耕普惠金融,以保险传递民生温度
小微保障项目全年服务525家中小微企业,覆盖15万员工,斩获2025普惠金融产品创新奖,并入选行业白皮书标杆案例。公益志愿氛围浓厚,员工志愿者参与率77.24%,全年累计志愿时长9222小时。依托“安盛筑爱在行动”品牌,联动工银安盛走进四川凉山,以教育帮扶助力乡村振兴,持续开展儿童关爱、环保公益活动。
- 人才与数字双筑基,斩获权威评级认可
人才建设上,搭建双层全员培训体系,坚守多元包容职场文化,连续三年拿下多元公平包容雇主大奖。数字化治理成效突出,成为行业唯一入选2025 CDI中国数字化企业TOP20的财险公司。2025年10月,穆迪授予公司CIS-2 ESG评级,权威认证我们在环境、社会、治理领域的扎实投入。

Released on May 27, 2026, the 2025 AXA Tianping Corporate Social Responsibility Report comprehensively reviews the company’s achievements across four core pillars: green low-carbon development, inclusive finance, talent development, and digital governance over the past year. Aligned with AXA Group’s global ESG strategy, the report integrates the strategy with China’s high-quality development drive, delivering on multiple key targets and winning numerous authoritative industry accolades.
I. Taking the Lead in Green Low-Carbon Transition, Delivering Carbon Reduction Commitments as Scheduled
In 2025, the company fully achieved the Group’s medium-term carbon reduction targets. All office premises were powered by 100% renewable electricity, with carbon emissions cut by 20% compared to the 2019 baseline. Fueled by digital transformation, the digitalization rate of motor insurance policies hit 99.99%, saving over 47.59 million sheets of paper annually. The company held RMB 917 million in green bonds, whose proceeds were primarily channeled into clean energy and low-carbon transportation sectors.
In business innovation, we partnered with PICC to launch new energy vehicle insurance products, supporting the global expansion of China’s new energy industry. Weather index insurance and catastrophe insurance products were rolled out across multiple regions nationwide. Internally, green awareness was embedded in daily operations: the completion rate of climate-related courses at the Employee Climate Academy reached 95.9%.
II. Deepening Inclusive Finance, Delivering Warmth to People’s Livelihoods via Insurance
Our micro and small enterprise protection program served 525 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), covering 150,000 employees in 2025. The program won the 2025 Inclusive Finance Product Innovation Award and was featured as a benchmark case in the industry white paper.
Corporate volunteering took root across the workforce: 77.24% of employees participated in volunteer activities, logging a total of 9,222 volunteer hours throughout the year. Under the brand initiative AXA Builds Love in Action, we joined hands with AXA ICBC Life to carry out educational support programs in Liangshan, Sichuan Province, advancing rural revitalization alongside child welfare and environmental public welfare campaigns.
III. Consolidating Foundations Through Talent Development & Digital Governance, Recognized by Authoritative Ratings
For talent development, a two-tier all-staff training system has been established, upholding a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace culture. The company has claimed the Diverse, Equitable and Inclusive Employer Award for three consecutive years.
Remarkable progress was made in digital governance: AXA Tianping became the only property and casualty insurer featured in the 2025 CDI Top 20 Digital Enterprises in China. In October 2025, Moody’s assigned the company a CIS-2 ESG rating, an authoritative recognition of our solid efforts in environmental, social and governance practices.
