9月16号,第二批安盛员工志愿者再度来到四川省凉山彝族自治州爱佑儿童之家,持续探访跟进并关注所帮扶的困境儿童的现状,并通过互动游戏和爱心入户访问为孩子们送去爱与陪伴。“安盛筑爱在行动”是我们汇聚各界爱心、传递温暖的长期公益旅程,在刚刚结束的“一张保单,一份关爱”慈善行动中,安盛全球健康险团队携手渠道伙伴和客户,在7-8两个月内捐赠爱心物资974份,合计善款175320元,共同践行了爱与责任,以实际行动弥合发展不均衡的状态,为人类的未来带去自信与希望!

9月21日,公司客户服务部组织召开了以“践行安盛客户承诺,打造消保专业团队”为主题的全司消保专员培训工作会议。消费者权益保护工作是公司对客户的契约精神,也是对公司内部管理的全面检验,是需要全员高度重视和关注的重中之重。全司各部门、各机构的消保专员共同回顾了2022年全司消保自评总体情况,总结了当前全司消保工作的落实情况和不足,并基于当前状况部署安排了下一阶段消保重点工作,确保有效落实对客户的庄严承诺,解决监管消保评价的痛点问题,并符合集团的最新标准要求,进一步明确了未来消保工作的方向。

On September 16, the second batch of AXA employee volunteers once again came to the Aiyou Children’s Home in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. They continue the tradition of visiting, following up and paying attention to the current situation of children in trouble, sharing love through interactive games. “AXA Hearts in Action” is our long-term charity journey that brings together love from all walks of life and delivers warmth. In the just-concluded “One Policy, One Love” charity event, the AXA global health insurance team joined hands with channel partners and customers. In just two months from July to August, 974 pieces of charity materials were donated, with a total donation value of RMB 175,320. We jointly practiced love and responsibility, bridged the imbalance of development with practical actions, and brought confidence and hope to the future of many!

On September 21, the company’s customer service department organized a company-wide consumer protection specialist training meeting with the theme of “fulfilling AXA’s customer commitments and building a professional consumer protection team.” The protection of consumer rights is a top priority for AXA that requires high attention and attention from all employees. The consumer protection specialists from all departments and agencies of the company jointly reviewed the overall situation of the company-wide consumer protection self-assessment in 2022, summarized the current implementation and deficiencies of the company-wide consumer protection work, and deployed and arranged the next phase of consumer protection based on the current situation. The meeting focused on key tasks to ensure the effective implementation of our commitment to customers, solve the pain points of supervision of consumer protection evaluation, and comply with the group’s latest standards and requirements, further clarifying the direction of future consumer protection work.

9月3日,2023年中国国际服务贸易交易会·中医药健康产业国际智库论坛在首钢园召开,本次论坛聚焦社保+商保“双保险”的中西医结合家庭保健官服务模式,共促中医药、中西医结合服务与健康保险融合发展。安盛天平执行副总裁兼首席渠道管理和销售官周连成表示,“现在公众对保险的要求不仅是赔偿,还需要有更多服务。把中医药预防、保健、治未病等服务揉进保险产品设计中,不仅能让老百姓得到实惠,让赔偿变成陪伴,更是用经济手段、用制度方式,把中医药文化瑰宝得到更好地发展和提升的新路径。 ”

“双保险”中西医模式是具有中国特色的医疗保险模式,中央财经大学保险学院副院长徐晓华表示,当群众有中西医不同的个性化医疗需求时,商业保险可以发挥补充职能,从而提高整个国家医疗保障水平的层次。同时,商业保险可以借机创新产品,比如开发专门针对某种疾病的中医保险产品,或者开发将中医和西医相结合的复合型产品。这些产品可以为群众提供更加全面和个性化的全面保障,也可以让商业保险更全面地与社会基本医疗保险相衔接。

“目前,商业医疗险和中医/中西医并没有进行有效的结合。许多商业医疗险要么没有覆盖中医,要么在对其他项目不做限额(如西药检查费、治疗费)的同时却对中医做限额”,明亚保险经纪股份有限公司营销中心助理总监刘存鑫表示,“中医可以帮助商业保险控制赔付率,为客户提供增值服务。未来商业医疗险保险公司应该增强与中医的合作与交流,破除偏见。”

The forum focused on the “double insurance” model of social security + commercial insurance, which integrates traditional Chinese and Western medicine to jointly promote China’s  high-quality development of healthcare, integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine services and health insurance. Liancheng ZHOU, Executive Vice President and Chief Channel Management and Sales Officer, stated, “The public’s needs for insurance are not limited to compensation, but rather cover services including traditional Chinese medicine prevention, health care, disease treatment. Such a comprehensive package not only allows for the transformation of payer to partner, but also uses economic means and institutional methods to better develop and enhance the cultural treasures of traditional Chinese medicine.”

The “dual insurance” model is a healthcare insurance model with Chinese characteristics. Xu Xiaohua, deputy dean of the School of Insurance at the Central University of Finance and Economics, said that commercial insurance can play a complementary role when the public has different personalized medical needs for traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The participation of commercial insurance can improve the level of medical security in the entire country. At the same time, commercial insurance takes the opportunity to innovate products, such as developing traditional Chinese medicine insurance products specifically for certain diseases, or composite products that combine traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. These products can provide the masses with more comprehensive protection, and can be integrated with social basic medical insurance.

“Currently, commercial medical insurance and traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine are not effectively combined. Many commercial medical insurances either do not cover traditional Chinese medicine, or they do not impose the same limits on other items (such as Western medicine examination fees and treatment fees),” said Liu Cunxin, assistant director of the marketing center of Mingya Insurance Brokers. “TCM can help commercial insurance control the loss rate and provide value-added services to customers. In the future, commercial medical insurance companies should strengthen cooperation and exchanges with TCM to eliminate prejudice.”

The 8th China-ASEAN Summit Forum on Insurance Cooperation and Development was held in Nanning, Guangxi Province, on September 21. AXA  was invited to make a speech.

CFO Pierre LAUR touched on AXA’s business operations in the ASEAN region and China market, highlighting that the year 2022 witnessed impressive business growth in the emerging Asia market, with gross revenues above €1billion, with double-digit growth. The region, along with China, is one of the growth engines of AXA Group.

AXA’s success is due to a clear core strategy of customer protection. At the same time, localization is an important strategy for business expansion, especially when developing medical insurance and commercial insurance businesses for underserved groups and business owners. It is particularly important to adapt to local needs. Through close cooperation with local channel partners, AXA fully understands local contexts to innovate products, and cooperates with local governments to launch tailored health protection plans.

In China, AXA also cooperates with local insurance companies to carry out reinsurance business to better fulfill our commitment to customers. 春华秋实,继往开来。9月21日,在历史文化底蕴深厚的贵阳,安盛天平客户服务部召开了以“践行安盛客户承诺,打造消保专业团队”为主题的全司消保专员培训工作会议。

会议伊始,总经理助理兼首席理赔和客服官阳勇为本次会议作开场致辞。消保工作是金融行业保障广大消费者权益的重要机制,因此保险机构应依法提供公平、透明、负责任的产品和服务,确保消费者的利益得到充分保障。他特别强调,“消保工作和投诉工作是公司的重中之重,所有人都需要关注和认真对待。” 

接下来,由客户服务部总经理郑劼主持本次会议的主要议程,他向与会人员分享了公司消保工作以及向集团标准学习的成果。他表示,“消保是公司对客户的契约精神,消保11项机制是对保险公司内部管理的一种检验。”接下来会议回顾了2021年消保评价成绩——通过一年的努力,公司2022年消保评价初步达到预期,9家机构(含总公司)评级达到二级B以上,13家机构达到二级C以上。

下午,与会人员分成6个小组,深入讨论关于营销宣传审查、产品和服务消保审等议题。讨论过程中,大家专注,投入,不断涌现新的想法和思路,使未来的消保工作方向更明确。

与会人员表示,此次会议让总部和各机构的消保专员之间有了更深入的沟通,大家分享经验、碰撞思想,对营销宣传审查和服务消保审查的工作要求有了更明确的了解,为后续机构层面的消保提供了新思路。

Next, Customer Services General Manager Jie ZHENG presided over the main agenda of this meeting. He shared the results of AXA Tianping’s consumer protection work and the learnings for group standards with the participants. “Consumer protection is at the core of the company’s contract with its customers, and the 11 mechanisms of consumer protection are a test of the internal management of the insurance company,” Zheng Jie said. The meeting first reviewed the 2021 consumer protection evaluation results. After one year of hard work, the 2022 consumer protection evaluation has met initial expectations. 9 institutions (including the head office) have been rated Level 2 B or above, and 13 institutions have been rated Level 2 C or above.

In the afternoon, the participants were divided into six groups to discuss in-depth issues such as marketing promotion review, product and service consumer protection review, and more. During the discussion, everyone was focused and engaged, and new ideas and ideas continued to emerge, making the direction of future consumer protection work clear.

Participants said that this meeting allowed for more in-depth communication between the consumer protection specialists from the headquarters and various agencies. Everyone shared experiences, discussed ideas, and had a clearer understanding of the work requirements for marketing and communications audits and consumer service protection audits. This understanding will provide new ideas for subsequent consumer protection at the institutional level.

今年六月,安盛天平围绕 “关注弱势群体”的主题,推出了面向员工及合作伙伴的年度公益志愿者项目 — “守护困境女童,安盛与你同行”,旨在为需要帮助的困境儿童提供所需的生活物资及卫生教育,以实际行动为凉山彝族自治州的乡村教育均衡发展、以及困境儿童的健康成长贡献力量。

长期以来,安盛持续帮助困境儿童改善生活状况:鼓励员工通过爱心捐步参与企业配捐、发动员工赴往凉山实地进行爱心探访、“一张保单,一份关爱”慈善计划……当下,“安盛筑爱在行动”的活动依然在不断开拓中,我们与社会各界同心同行,奉献爱心,鼓舞了客户、渠道伙伴等在内的众多爱心人士积极参与,加入到安盛的公益阵营中来,实现价值的共享共创。

而在刚刚结束的“一张保单,一份关爱”慈善计划中,安盛全球健康险团队在短短两个月内捐赠爱心物资974份,合计善款175320元。

9月16号, 8名安盛志愿者再度赶赴四川省凉山彝族自治州爱佑儿童之家,持续探访帮扶困境儿童的现状,并通过互动游戏和爱心入户访问为孩子们送去爱与陪伴。

 “安盛筑爱在行动”是我们汇聚各界爱心、持续传递温暖的长期公益旅程。我们将不遗余力地为困境中的孩子们提供支持和帮助,携手渠道伙伴和客户,共同践行爱与责任,以实际行动弥合发展不均衡的状态,为人类的未来带去信心与希望!

AXA Hearts, Always in Action

In June this year, AXA Tianping launched an annual public welfare volunteer project called “Protecting Girls in Difficulty, AXA By Your Side” around the theme of “caring for vulnerable groups.” The project aims to provide necessary living supplies and health education to children in need, and to contribute to the balanced development of rural education in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture and the healthy growth of children in difficult situations.

For a long time, AXA has continued to help children in need improve their living conditions, such as through encouraging employees to participate in corporate matching donations through charity walks, mobilizing employees to go to Liangshan for on-site visits, and the “One Policy, One Love” charity plan. At present, AXA’s “Hearts in Action” campaign is still expanding, and we will work together with all walks of life to dedicate our love and inspire many caring people. We will mobilize customers and channel partners to actively participate and join AXA’s charity camp. Together we constantly expand the boundaries of public welfare, create and share value together.

In the “One Policy, One Love” charity program that ended not long ago, the AXA Global Health Insurance team made 974 donations, and donation reached a sum of RMB 175,320 in just two months.

On September 16th, eight AXA volunteers once again rushed to the Aiyou Children’s Home in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, to visit and help children in difficult situations, and to bring love and companionship to them through interactive games and home visits.

AXA Hearts in Action is a long-term movement that unites the love of caring people from all walks of life and continuously passes on warm deeds. We will spare no effort to provide support and assistance to children in difficult situations, work hand in hand with channel partners and customers, and jointly practice love and responsibility to bridge the gap in unbalanced development with practical actions, bringing confidence and hope to the future of all!

AXA Tianping won the 2023 OneFLAG HR Award and the”2023 CDI Digital Retail Innovation Award in September, a testament to AXA’s achievements in digital innovation and human resources.

On September 5, during the 9th China Digital Innovation Expo (CDIE) and Huaying Enterprise Digital Index (Huaying CDI), AXA Tianping Property Insurance Co., Ltd. won the “2023 CDI Digital Retail Innovation Award”.

AXA Tianping Digital Marketing Director Catherine HUANG was invited to attend the event and delivered a speech entitled “Digital-driven Innovation and Prosperity: Exploration and Practice of Digital Marketing of AXA Tianping”. She elaborated on the innovative direction and brand strength of AXA Tianping’s digital marketing from three dimensions: operational innovation, marketing innovation and service innovation. She also demonstrated the company’s exploration and development by sharing the practical application of AXA Tianping’s digital platform in different scenarios, showing how AXA practices and uses digital technology to enhance its core competitiveness and optimize customer experience.

The CDI Huaying Digital Index is the world’s first index standard to evaluate the degree of digitalization of enterprises, and it is also China’s first award established based on the degree of digitalization of enterprises. As an enterprise that advocates digital transformation and technological innovation, AXA Tianping attaches great importance to the application of digital means in business operations, and continues to improve customer service quality through continuous exploration and innovation. 在安盛之星评选中,共有22位总部和机构同事摘取2022年度安盛之星,并分别获团结之星、勇敢之星、正直之星和转型之星。月刊将为这些同事专门开设”安盛之星的故事”专栏,帮助大家进一步了解安盛人践行安盛价值观的故事。

本月我们将为大家讲述转型之星-销售管理部经理宋洁琼,转型之星-南京中心支公司总经理徐嵩。

In the AXA Star contest , altogether 22 AXA colleagues from headquarters and branches are entitled to awards of AXA Stars in Transformation , Customer First , Integrity , Courage , and One AXA . This special column was set up for them so we can all know their stories in living the AXA values and making their contribution to the company’s growth.

This month we will introduce stories of our Transformation Star – Jieqiong Song, retail branch manager; and One AXA Star Song Xu, Nanjing Center Branch Manager.

转型之星宋洁琼的故事:

宋洁琼于2010年12月加入安盛天平,目前担任宁波分公司销售管理部的经理。入职13年来,她已经先后在6个部门就职工作,经历了公司不同阶段的转型和战略调整。

2020年5月,宋洁琼开启了自己职业生涯的新一次转型。由于宁波分公司停止分销车险业务拓展、宁波分公司销售队伍全部因转型离职,她开始一人承接起宁波分公司非车险管理部的全部工作,包括渠道开拓、销售推动、销售培训、销售管理、非车核保等与非车险业务相关的所有工作。但短短两年间,她抓住渠道空白与经营渠道,快速与重点合作渠道建立良好关系,使健康险新保业务占比突破80%。而她个人在转型过程中也成功树立起了个人IP,成为渠道合作伙伴口中最了解高端医疗和健康险的保险从业人员。

Q:获得安盛之星是什么样的感受?

这份奖项我期待已久,对我来说有着非比寻常的意义,是对我从车险转型到非车险以来工作的肯定,也是对我未来工作的鞭策。我会继续保持我的工作热情投入到未来的工作中。

Q:平时生活中有哪些保持自信、健康、快乐的习惯或者爱好?

平常我爱好比较多,喜欢各种尝试,最近比较热衷于骑自行车,感受大自然,无拘无束。

Q:可以分享最近在看的一本书、一部电影或一部剧吗?

最近又重温了《返老还童》,剧情设计非常有趣,但又耐人寻味,倒带人生背后的爱的执着,奇思妙想中带着哲理让人细细品味生命、时光和爱。

Transformation Star – Jieqiong Song’s story:

Song Jieqiong joined AXA Tianping in December 2010 and is currently the manager of the sales management department of the Ningbo branch. In her 13 years of employment, she has worked in six different departments and experienced the company’s transformations and strategic adjustments in different stages.

In May 2020, Song Jieqiong started a new career transformation. Due to the Ningbo branch’s halt of the expansion of the car insurance business, causing the dissolution of the entire sales team, she took on all the work of the non-car insurance work of the Ningbo branch alone, including channels expansion, sales promotion, sales training, sales management, and non-car insurance underwriting, as well as other work related to non-car insurance business. In just two years, she seized the opportunities in business channels, quickly established good relationships with key channels for cooperation, and increased the proportion of new health insurance business to over 80%. In the process of transformation, she also successfully established her personal reputation and became the insurance practitioner who knows the most about high-end medical and health insurance in the eyes of channel partners.

Q: How do you feel about receiving the AXA Star award?

I have eager anticipated this award, and it is of great significance to me. It is a recognition of my work since transitioning from car insurance to non-car insurance, and also a motivation for my future work. I will continue my enthusiasm for work in the future.

Q: What helps you stay confident, healthy, and happy?

I have many hobbies and enjoy trying new things. Recently, I have been particularly interested in cycling, as it allows me to connect with nature and feel free and unrestrained.

Q: Any books or TV series you would like to share?

Recently, I watched ” The Curious Case of Benjamin Button ” again and found the plot very fun, yet thought-provoking. The themes of love and devotion behind a rewound life, and the philosophical ideas intertwined with the whimsical plot make people savor life, time, and love with great care.

转型之星徐嵩的故事:

徐嵩在2017年10月加入了安盛,入职之后一直担任南京中支总经理职务。在十余年的保险职业生涯中,他在基层管理、队伍建设、渠道拓展、外部平台搭建等方面大刀阔斧地开展改革,为机构注入新内涵,帮助公司走上健康发展的“快车道”。

Q:获得安盛之星是什么样的感受?

首先要感谢公司及各级领导对我的厚爱与信任,感谢同事们对我的大力帮助及支持,能够得到公司“团结之星”这个荣誉称号,我感到非常的高兴与荣幸,同时我也在思考工作中存在的不足和今后需要努力的方向。在经营上,我一直要求自己能以达摩面壁的毅力反思不足,也要做到知行合一为公司创造效益。王阳明所创的“知行合一”思想中的“知”不仅是知道,更是良知。如果是放到我们公司经营上通俗来说,那就是要求我们不但是用专业的知识,更要把自己的职业道德贯穿在我们的工作实践中。

Q:平时生活中有哪些保持自信、健康、快乐的习惯或者爱好?

好的身体是革命的本钱,我一直坚信拥有一个健康的身体和良好的心态很重要,只有身体健康了,其余才皆有可能。我一直以来保持良好的睡眠和适量的运动,保持规律的作息时间,避免熬夜,每天早晨七点和孩子一起起床,晚上九点五十和孩子亲子聊天二十分钟后睡觉,每周末我会带着孩子一起徒步玄武湖8-10公里或者江边骑行,这个习惯已经坚持了四年。

Q:可以分享最近在看的一本书、一部电影或一部剧吗?

家长的习惯可以引导孩子,孩子的爱好也可以改变家长,我原来不是一个喜欢读书的人,但孩子热爱阅读,为了陪伴孩子,我也慢慢的开始读书。最近再重读余华的《活着》,“人是为了活着本身而活着的,而不是为了活着之外的任何事物而活着”,活着本身就是意义,珍惜生命,珍惜当下,珍惜眼前一切。

One AXA Star – Song Xu’s story:

Xu Song joined AXA in October 2017 and has been serving as the General Manager of the Nanjing Branch since then. In his more than ten years in the insurance industry, he has carried out reforms in grassroots management, team building, channel development, and external platform construction, injecting new meaning into the firm and helping the company go on a fast track of healthy development.

Q: How do you feel about receiving the AXA Star award?

First, I would like to thank the company and all levels of leadership for their trust and support, as well as my colleagues for their help and support. I am very happy and honored to receive the “One AXA Star” award. Meanwhile, I am also reflecting upon my shortcomings in my work and thinking about the direction I need to work hard in the future.

In terms of operation, I have always asked myself to reflect on my shortcomings with strong perseverance, and to unite knowledge and action to create values for the company. The “unity of knowledge and action” concept created by Wang Yangming is not only about knowledge but also about good conscience. If we apply it to our company’s management in a simple way, it requires us not only to use professional knowledge but also to integrate our professional ethics into our work practice.

Q: What helps you stay confident, healthy, and happy?

I firmly believe that having a good body and a positive mindset is the foundation of any great cause. Only when our body is healthy, can we achieve other things. I have always maintained a good sleep routine, moderate exercise, and a regular schedule, avoiding staying up late. Every morning at 7 am, I wake up with my children, and every night at 9:50 pm, I chat with my children for 20 minutes before going to bed. On weekends, I take my children for an 8 to 10 km hike around Xuanwu Lake or cycling along the river. I have stuck to the habit for four years.

Q: Any books or TV series you would like to share?

Parents’ habits can guide their children, and children’s hobbies can also change their parents. I wasn’t a big fan of reading, but my kid loves reading. To spend time with my kid, I gradually started reading books. Recently, I reread Yu Hua’s “To Live”. People live for the sake of living, not for anything outside of life,” living itself is the meaning. We should cherish life, cherish the present, cherish everything in front of us.
