5月24日,安盛非车险论坛河北站在石家庄举办,安盛及河北地区保险经代领域高管齐聚一堂,围绕“同心同行,转型求盛”这一主题,详细探讨了包括健康险、商业险和旅行险等在内的非车险种的发展趋势和前景展望。

论坛期间,参会嘉宾还聆听了安盛天平各险种板块的全景介绍。而来自专业讲师的“90”后与“00”后的心理与管理讲座,则是从安盛所倡导的心理健康角度出发,通过对不同世代进行特征分析和行为画像,从而在激励机制、职场心态和管理方式等方面给出中肯建议,赢得了在座嘉宾的一致好评。

On 24 May, AXA’s Non-auto Insurance Forum Hebei was held in Shijiazhuang, where senior executives from AXA and insurance agencies and brokerages in Hebei gathered to discuss in detail the trends and prospects of non-auto insurance, including health, commercial and travel insurance, under the theme of “Together We Transform and Prosper”.

During the forum, the team gave an overview of AXA Tianping’s various insurance segments. Experts also gave a lecture on the mentality and management of the 1990s and 2000s generations. The presentation echoed AXA’s focus on mental health and shared some insightful advice on motivation, workplace mentality and management based on analysis of the characteristics and behavioural profiles of different generations. The lecture was very well received by the audience.

In recent years, AXA Tianping Hebei Branch has adhered to the philosophy of “empowering and supporting the channels “, winning the recognition and trust of hundreds of channel partners and achieving rapid growth in non-auto business for many years. At the same time, the company’s non-auto insurance after-sales service capability has continued to improve. With full support from and efficient collaboration with partners, we have been able to provide efficient, convenient and stable services to customers, jointly building a synergistic ecosystem and promoting the sustainable and healthy development of the P&C insurance industry.

2023 is a year of strategic transformation for AXA Tianping. 5月18日,安盛天平首席执行官左伟豪带领一众高管与上海地区的保险经纪渠道伙伴们齐聚浦江之滨参与企业客户沙龙上海站活动,分享团企业务发展策略,增进渠道的伙伴合作关系,共同就安盛服务团企客户的思路与举措等话题进行了深入探讨与交流。

本次活动以“护航企业,行稳致远”为主题,围绕公司今年的业务重点——企业客户保障展开深入讨论,充分发挥了安盛在依托集团全球资源优势,整合本地市场经验与网络的综合优势,通过国际化、定制化的保障服务,为团体企业客户带来不一样的赋能体验,助力客户稳健发展。

On May 18, Kevin Chor and other senior executives were joined by a group of insurance brokers at the Corporate Customer Salon in Shanghai. They shared insights on key topics including corporate development strategies, channel partnership enhancement, and AXA’s corporate client service initiatives. The event had the theme of “Protecting Enterprises on Way to Success” and centred around AXA’s business focus this year. It prompted in-depth discussions on enterprise customer protection solutions that leverage our global resources and local market experience and network. By providing world-class customized protection services, AXA Tianping empowers corporate group insurance customers to grow steadily on their way to success.

Over 50 distinguished guests and channel partners attended the salon, including representatives from Aon-COFCO, Willis Insurance Brokers Co., and Yiming Youxin. The guests appreciated the comprehensive introduction of AXA’s strengths and strategies, which boosted their confidence in collaboration post-COVID to support the development of the real economy and shape the future.

During the event, AXA executives discussed a wide range of subjects, such as AXA’s brand history, mission and goals, product/service offerings, and ESG initiatives. They also reflected on AXA Tianping’s transformation, including the Shanghai branch’s non-auto business achievements, as well as insights on AXA’s employee benefits and protection plans, and the huge potential of the group insurance market in the post-COVID era. This painted an enticing win-win picture for the guests.

2023年5月13日-15日,安盛天平管理层及核心项目团队于深圳举办“车险焕新,发展求盛”——安盛新能源车险全国培训及业务研讨会,旨在加强与会人士对新能源汽车行业的了解并推动相关车险业务的发展。此次业务研讨为期两天半,是后疫情时代安盛天平首次开展的大规模会议,内容丰富多元,大家在积极互动的氛围中收获颇丰,深入洞察客户需求变化。

在活动之始,安盛天平首席执行官左伟豪、执行副总裁兼首席渠道管理和销售官周连成以及太平再保险(中国)副总经理李立松表达了对本次研讨会的祝愿与期待,欢迎各方同事,为活动拉开帷幕。

在之后的专题论述部分,内外部讲师们针对与新能源汽车及保险相关的话题进行了专业精彩的分享。本次活动的讲师阵容鼎盛,包括资深工程师、新能源汽车与保险行业专家以及新能源汽车经理等,对新能源车辆的的技术与原理、市场宏观变化、机遇与挑战、汽车售后市场等进行了深入浅出的分享,与会人员认真聆听,在新知与思维的碰撞下受益良多。

随后的小组专题研讨热火朝天,各机构同仁对新能源车险现状的分析及未来的发展进行了踊跃发言与讨论,同时也对本次专题研讨的内容交流了心得,大家积极互动,坦诚沟通,分享看法,切磋进步,现场氛围热烈良好。

On May 13-15, 2023, AXA Tianping’s management and core team held a national NEV insurance training and business seminar in Shenzhen. The event aimed to enhance participants’ understanding of the NEV industry and promote the development of relevant businesses. The seminar marked the first large-scale conference organized by AXA post-COVID, providing valuable insights about evolving customer needs.

At the launch of the event, Kevin Chor, CEO of AXA Tianping, Richard Zhou, Executive Vice President and Chief Distribution Officer, and Li Lisong, Deputy General Manager of Taiping Reinsurance (China), welcomed everyone and kickstarted the seminar.

During the seminar, internal and external speakers, including senior engineers, NEV and insurance experts, and a NEV brand representative, shared their insights on NEV and insurance. They had inspiring discussions about the macro changes in the market, technology, and fundamentals of NEVs, opportunities and challenges, and the after-sales services market.

The seminar was followed by a lively group discussion, during which attendees from various branches shared their views and understanding of the NEV insurance market and its outlook.

After the interactive discussion, all participants visited the BYD headquarters, learning more about the latest NEV developments from the industry leader.

At the end of the event, Scott Yin, Chief Pricing Officer & Chief Actuary of AXA Tianping, and Yong Yang, Assistant General Manager and Chief Claims Officer of AXA Tianping, concluded the event by recognizing the teams who enjoyed the seminar the most. There is no doubt that with this productive session, AXA Tianping will continue to advance its auto insurance business with even greater capabilities.

Dear AXA colleagues,

April is the best season of the year. These days are warm and cool, and particularly enjoyable when one is intercepted with a spring breeze.  

In this first spring after the three-year COVID-19 pandemic, we welcomed Gordon Watson, AXA Asia & Africa CEO, and Françoise Gilles, AXA Asia Chief Strategy Developing Officer for a visit. The company’s management team reported on our 2022 performance and our 2023 development plan. Detailed discussions on specific operations including solvency management, branch and channel transformation and ESG were carried out.

Gordon fully recognized the achievements of AXA Tianping in the past few years, especially its efforts and resilience in response to the impact of the pandemic and market uncertainty. Gordon expressed that as the world’s leading insurance group, AXA has unparalleled technical and professional capabilities. Combined with China’s vast market demand, the future of development will be bright. The Group is willing to provide the resources needed for development, and encourages AXA Tianping to make full use of resources and advantages to further understand customer needs, create products and services that meet and exceed customer expectations, and win market opportunities with differentiated advantages.

April showers bring May flowers. The confidence in China’s market development is also increasing day by day. On April 11, the AXA Health Insurance Forum was successfully held in Jinan. With the theme of “Make it better”, the roadshow centers on the business focus of this year: the employee welfare protection plan.  In-depth discussions were carried out, giving full play to AXA’s comprehensive advantages in health protection and corporate services. During the forum, there was also a lighting ceremony for the first roadshow of the AXA Employee Welfare Protection Plan, which symbolized how AXA empowers and increases efficiency for corporate customers, provides rich, diverse, flexible and customized health protection solutions, and relieves the worries of enterprises, all towards the steady development of the real economy.

To promote AXA’s company values, discover and commend outstanding teams and individuals who have made noteworthy contributions to the company’s business transformation and development, the company carried out selection activities for the CEO Award (CEO Award) and AXA Star (AXA Star) at the end of 2022 . After receiving recommendations by your departments, voted in by employees and finally reviewed by the management, 9 teams won the CEO Award and 23 employees were awarded the AXA Star. Congratulations too all!

This month, Emma by AXA 3.0 was launched, a WeChat mini program that condenses AXA Tianping’s local practice and group resource advantages into one convenient online platform. As of the end of March, 100% of our institutional colleagues have completed the registration. I hope that more of our partners will register and experience Emma by AXA, and enjoy the convenient experience it brings.

为弘扬安盛价值观,推动安盛天平转型发展,并树立个人楷模,公司于 2022 年底开展了“安盛之星”评优活动。经过所在部门推荐,员工投票和管理层评议,最终有 23 位来自总部及机构的优秀员工荣获第二届“安盛之星”的称号。

在安盛之星评选中,共有23位总部和机构同事摘取2022年度安盛之星,并分别获团结之星、勇敢之星、正直之星和转型之星。月刊将为这些同事专门开设”安盛之星的故事”专栏,帮助大家进一步了解安盛人践行安盛价值观的故事。

本月我们将为大家讲述客户之星-共享服务中心运营管理部陈维,团结之星-理赔管理部数据及绩效管理室主任赵寒菁。

To promote AXA’s company values, accelerate AXA Tianping’s transformation, and to establish role models, AXA launched the AXA Star Contest at the end of 2022. After going through department recommendation, employees voting, and the review by management, 23 outstanding employees from the AXA headquarter and institutions were awarded the AXA Star in the 2nd AXA Star Contest.

In the AXA Star contest , altogether 23 AXA colleagues from headquarters and branches are entitled to awards of AXA Stars in Transformation , Customer First , Integrity , Courage , and One AXA . This special column was set up for them so we can all know their stories in living the AXA values and making their contribution to the company ‘ s growth .

This month we will introduce stories of our Customer First Star – Chen Wei of Shared Service Center Operations Management Department and ONE AXA Star – Zhao Hanjing, Director of Data and Performance Management Office of Claims Management Department.

客户之星陈维的故事:

陈维自2010年毕业后就加入安盛,目前在总部负责安盛天平全司的车险增值服务管理工作,同时指导25家机构和电话中心的增值服务运营,已坚守车险行业13年。2017年,她主导搭建了安盛车主商城,已累计为近100万的安盛客户提供了130万次增值服务。 

Q:获得安盛之星是什么样的感受?

非常感谢公司将安盛客户之星的荣誉授予我,很激动很开心。这是公司对我工作的认可,更是对我们所有获奖者的一份激励和关怀。感激领导给予的栽培,感恩每一位给我投票,帮助我关心我的同事。拿到这个奖对我未来的工作也是一种鞭策。衷心希望每一届的安盛之星评选都可以发现更多安盛人的闪光点。

Q:平时生活中有哪些保持自信、健康、快乐的习惯或者爱好?

我以前看过一篇文章,其中关于保持开心的观点我很认可,文章说如果乐趣(playfulness)、与其他人的连接(connection)、对某件事的投入(flow)三者同时被满足时,我们就会感到开心,也会生活得更加健康。所以,我很注重在生活中,让自己每天做的事情都尽可能与这三点有关联。比如:1、每周我有2-3次的锻炼,在这期间不会去看手机,减少干扰来增加自己对运动的投入;2、每天中午与同事一起午餐,定期和朋友一起聚会,通过更多的互动来增进联系;3、寻找机会来增加乐趣,周末和朋友逛个街,定期的家庭旅行,感受到周围人的惬意和放松,都可以让我很快乐;4、希望大家和我一样能重视快乐这件事,因为重视才会不断去寻找让自己开心的点。

Q:可以分享最近在看的一本书、一部电影或一部剧吗?

今年被朋友安利了部电影《浅田家》。这是2020年一部根据真人真事改编的电影,起初是奔着妻夫木聪的颜去看的,主要讲的是男主如何面对人生低谷重新振作,成为专业摄影师的故事。突如其来的海啸让他重新思考人生意义,成为灾后重建的义工,寻找一本本失去主人的相簿。这种温馨治愈的影片有笑点有泪点,值得大家看一看。

Customer First Star – Chen Wei’s Story:

Chen Wei joined AXA Tianping after graduating in 2010, and is currently managing AXA Tianping’s motor insurance value-added services at HQ and directing the value-added service operations across 25 agencies and call centres. Chen has been active in China’s motor insurance industry for 13 years. Since leading the establishment of the AXA car owner shop 2017, the platform has provided 1.3 million counts of value-added services to nearly 1 million AXA customers.

Q: How do you feel about winning the AXA Star Award?

I feel honored and grateful to the company for giving me the AXA Star Award. This is not only a recognition of my work, but also a piece of encouragement and care for all of us. I am grateful to every leader who cultivated me and every colleague who helped, cared about, and voted for me. Winning this award also motivates my future work. I sincerely hope that more AXA employees’ strengths can be recognized through each year’s AXA Star Award.

Q: What helps you stay healthy, positive, and confident?

I read an article some time ago about how to maintain happiness which I really agreed with. The article said that if the three conditions of playfulness, connection and flow are all met at the same time, we will feel happy and live healthier lives. I have been trying to live by these rules. For example, I) I have two to three workouts per week, during which I keep myself away from the phone and fully devote myself to exercise; II) I have lunch with my colleagues every day and gather with my friends regularly, increasing connection with people through having more interactions; III) I seek opportunities to have fun, such as going shopping with friends and having regular family trips, through which I maintain positive energy when enjoying the pleasing and relaxing atmosphere with people surrounding me;  IV) I hope that everyone can value happiness as I do, because only after attaching importance to happiness will it make you keep looking for things that please you.

Q: Any books, movies, or TV series you would like to share?

I watched the movie《The Asada Family 》this year following my friends’ recommendation. This movie is based on a true story in 2020. At first I went to the movie because I like Satoshi Tsumabuki. The movie is mainly about how the main character regained strength after facing challenges and became a professional photographer, and how an unexpected tsunami made him rethink the meaning of life, motivating him to become a volunteer for post-disaster reconstruction and to look for an owner of a lost photo album. This warm and healing film sparked laughter and tears, and is very worth watching.

团结之星赵寒菁的故事:

赵寒菁2009年加入公司,参与理赔转型、理赔人力资源管理咨询、互联网业务发展等多个战略项目。目前从事理赔条线的数据分析、绩效管理和理赔费用管控工作。她出色完成多项任务:新能源车险项目 phase 8顺利结项;健康险理赔分析报表上线;服务质量指数数据项目1期上线,正在完善数据应用,以便及时监控服务质量指数的数据表现;理赔减损各类指标表现优于去年同期;反欺诈减损率高于年度目标,50%的减损由系统预警,自建模型2022年实现减损1129万等。

Q:获得安盛之星是什么样的感受?

感恩公司创建安盛之星的荣誉体系和评选机制,使努力工作的每个人都有机会绽放光芒。个人的进步和创造的价值能够有机会被看见是幸福,更是一份动力。感谢领导、同事的信任和肯定,授予我“团结之星”的荣誉,我将继续在自己的工作中践行安盛价值观“客户优先”,“正直领导”,“勇敢决策”,“团结一致”,踏实做好每一件大小事儿,更好地服务内外部客户,在公司高质量发展之路上与大家并肩作战,点点星火,汇聚成炬。

保持睡眠充足,常常与朋友聊天分享情绪。

Q:可以分享最近在看的一本书、一部电影或一部剧吗?

《对“伪心理学”说不》(How to think straight about psychology)。如果你平时也对性格测试、星座、血型等娱乐化心理学很感兴趣,也像我一样常常感觉好像“对”好像又“不对”,推荐这本书,有趣,破除一些生活中的“误解”,科学认识“心理学”。

One AXA Star– Zhao Hanqing’s Story:

Zhao Hanqing joined AXA in 2009 and has been involved in various strategic projects, such as claims transformation, human resources management consulting, and internet business development. Zhao is currently engaged in data analysis, performance management and claims expense control. She has excelled in many tasks such as successfully completing phase 8 of the new energy vehicle project; launching the health insurance claims analysis report; launching phase 1 of the service quality index data online; and is currently in the process of improving the data applications, to improve the timeliness of monitoring the service quality index. With Zhao’s effort, various claims loss reduction indexes have performed better than last year; anti-fraud loss reduction has been higher than the annual target; 50 % of impairments were warned by the system; and 11.29 million RMB of impairment was addressed by 2022 by self-built models.

Q: How do you feel about winning the AXA Star Award?

I am grateful to the company for creating this evaluation mechanism of AXA Star Award, giving everyone who works hard an opportunity to shine. It is a pleasure and a motivation to see my individual progress and value created recognized. I am grateful for the trust and recognition of my leaders and colleagues in receiving the honor of “AXA Star Award”, and I will continue to practice AXA’s values of “Customer First”, “Integrity Leadership”, “Courageous Decision Making”, and “Unity” in my work, be responsible in every small and big task, serve internal and external customers better, and work together with all of my dear colleagues on the company’s high quality development path and make a torch out of a little spark.

Q: What helps you stay healthy?

Getting enough sleep and often chatting with friends to share feelings.

Q: Any books or TV series you would like to share?

“How to think straight about psychology”. If you are interested in personality tests, horoscopes, blood types and other entertaining psychology tests, I recommend you read this interesting book. It can help dispel some misconceptions on psychology and approach it from a scientific perspective.

Dear AXA colleagues,

April is the best season of the year. These days are warm and cool, and particularly enjoyable when one is intercepted with a spring breeze.  

In this first spring after the three-year COVID-19 pandemic, we welcomed Gordon Watson, AXA Asia & Africa CEO, and Françoise Gilles, AXA Asia Chief Strategy Developing Officer for a visit. The company’s management team reported on our 2022 performance and our 2023 development plan. Detailed discussions on specific operations including solvency management, branch and channel transformation and ESG were carried out.

Gordon fully recognized the achievements of AXA Tianping in the past few years, especially its efforts and resilience in response to the impact of the pandemic and market uncertainty. Gordon expressed that as the world’s leading insurance group, AXA has unparalleled technical and professional capabilities. Combined with China’s vast market demand, the future of development will be bright. The Group is willing to provide the resources needed for development, and encourages AXA Tianping to make full use of resources and advantages to further understand customer needs, create products and services that meet and exceed customer expectations, and win market opportunities with differentiated advantages.

April showers bring May flowers. The confidence in China’s market development is also increasing day by day. On April 11, the AXA Health Insurance Forum was successfully held in Jinan. With the theme of “Make it better”, the roadshow centers on the business focus of this year: the employee welfare protection plan.  In-depth discussions were carried out, giving full play to AXA’s comprehensive advantages in health protection and corporate services. During the forum, there was also a lighting ceremony for the first roadshow of the AXA Employee Welfare Protection Plan, which symbolized how AXA empowers and increases efficiency for corporate customers, provides rich, diverse, flexible and customized health protection solutions, and relieves the worries of enterprises, all towards the steady development of the real economy.

To promote AXA’s company values, discover and commend outstanding teams and individuals who have made noteworthy contributions to the company’s business transformation and development, the company carried out selection activities for the CEO Award (CEO Award) and AXA Star (AXA Star) at the end of 2022 . After receiving recommendations by your departments, voted in by employees and finally reviewed by the management, 9 teams won the CEO Award and 23 employees were awarded the AXA Star. Congratulations too all!

This month, Emma by AXA 3.0 was launched, a WeChat mini program that condenses AXA Tianping’s local practice and group resource advantages into one convenient online platform. As of the end of March, 100% of our institutional colleagues have completed the registration. I hope that more of our partners will register and experience Emma by AXA, and enjoy the convenient experience it brings.

3月23日,为期一天的EC 360研讨会在安盛天平瑞明职场顺利召开。

本次研讨会由健康险事业部EC团队组织,并荣幸地邀请了集团Emerging Customer新兴客群条线亚洲及非洲区负责人Michal Matul亲临现场,全程主持研讨会。

安盛天平CEO 左伟豪为此次研讨会致开场辞,他强调了新兴客群的重要战略意义,也肯定了2022年安盛天平在EC业务上取得的骄人成绩,希望与会同事通过此次难得的机会对新兴客群业务加深认识和理解,并结合实际工作,为中国EC业务的进一步发展添砖加瓦。

包括首席市场营销与公共事务官黄长青在内的来自健康险事业部、零售险、商业险、渠道、精算、理赔、IT、运营和公共事务等各部门20余名同事参加了此次研讨会。

Michal先生介绍了新兴客群的业务范畴和业绩表现,并分享了其他市场上的精彩案例,引发了大家热烈的讨论。新兴客群项目致力于提高中低收入人群的保险意识,为他们提供可触及、可负担的普惠保险及服务,让更多的人能够受益于保险。在中国,城市定制型保险即惠民保就是最典型的代表产品之一。

与会同事纷纷表示,通过这次培训和互动,进一步了解了新兴客群业务在集团的战略地位,以及在中国市场上的发展现状和潜力。这将有助于今后更有的放矢地推动新兴客群业务在健康险、零售险、商业险等领域的进一步拓展,为公司在普惠保险板块的业务发展做出更大的贡献。

On March 23rd, the one-day EC 360 seminar was successfully held at AXATP Office.

The seminar was organized by the EC team of the Health Insurance Business Dept., and was honored to invite Michal Matul, the Asia and Africa Region Head of Group Emerging Customer, to attend and host the seminar throughout.

Kevin Chor, CEO of AXATP delivered the opening speech for the seminar, emphasizing the strategic significance of emerging customer segments, and acknowledging the impressive achievements of AXATP in the EC business in 2022. He hoped that colleagues attending the seminar could deepen their understanding of the emerging customer business and contribute to the further development of the Chinese EC business by combining it with their work.

Eva Huang, Chief Marketing and Public Affairs Officer together with more than 20 colleagues from various departments, including the Health Insurance Business Unit, Retail Insurance, Commercial Insurance, Channels, Actuarial, Claims, IT, Operations and Public Affairs, attended the seminar.

Mr. Michal introduced the business scope and performance of Emerging Customer, and shared exciting cases from other markets, which sparked a lively discussion. Emerging Customer is committed to raising insurance awareness for low-to-middle-income people and providing accessible and affordable insurance and services, so that more people can benefit from insurance. In China, the customized municipal insurance, Huiminbao, is one of the typical representative products.

Colleagues who attended the seminar expressed that through this training and interaction, they have further understood the strategic position of the emerging customer business in AXA Group, as well as its development and potential in the Chinese market. This will help to promote the further development of the emerging customer business in the fields of Health, Retail, Commercial insurance, etc. in a more targeted manner in the future, and make greater contributions to the company’s business development in the inclusive insurance sector.

安盛天平在去年8月参选由中国通信学会组织的2022年度“科创中国”金融科技与数字化转型创新成果评选,并以“打造安盛天平新一代健康险数字化业务系统”的项目成功入选“金融数字化转型优秀解决方案”,认可安盛天平推动金融科技与数字经济创新发展积极贡献。

该项目是安盛天平提升数字化能力、支撑健康险业务快速拓展,在健康险数字化建设领域的重大举措。项目对于现有健康险产品进行了全面分析,形成了产品结构的标准化,结合投保、承保、续保、批改、退保、理赔环节业务需求,打造了全新的健康险承保 理赔核心数字化系统。

公司不仅在系统设计上针对于原非车承保、非车理赔系统做了大量的改良,而且也汲取了前沿数字化技术,是一次真正意义上的数字化创新、提升业务能力的成功试点。

AXA Tianping participated in the 2022 “Innovation China” Fintech and Digital Transformation Innovation Achievement Awards Selection organized by the China Institute of Communications in August last year. The project entitled “Building AXA Tianping’s New Generation Health Insurance Digital Business System” was recognized as an “Excellent Solution for Financial Digital Transformation”, recognizing AXA Tianping’s positive contribution to promoting the innovation and development of financial technology and digital economy.

This project is a major move by AXA Tianping in the digitalization of health insurance to support the rapid expansion of the health insurance business. The project conducted a comprehensive analysis of existing health insurance products, formed a standardized product structure, and combined the business needs of insurance application, underwriting, renewal, correction, surrender, and claims settlement, to create a brand-new core digital system for health insurance.

AXA Tianping not only made multiple improvements to the original non-motor underwriting and non-motor claims system in terms of system design, but also integrated cutting-edge digital technology. This was a successful trial that demonstrated how digital innovations and elevate business capabilities.

2023年4月13日,第十三届InsurDigital数字保险峰会在上海开幕,多家保险公司代表与中高层行业嘉宾莅临峰会现场。峰会主题以“智绘保险,普惠生活”为立脚点,持续探索数字化转型新的技术应用与不同的场景实践,促进同业交流。

公司首席运营官及首席信息官余健光发表了题为《数字化科技引领业务》的演讲,向在场嘉宾介绍了安盛天平的数字化之旅,包括公司的数据文化、车险定价能力、客户旅程和办公新文化等内容,阐述了数字化在安盛天平不同场景下的应用与实践。

The 13th InsurDigital Digital Insurance Summit was held in Shanghai on April 13, 2023. Representatives and management from the insurance industry attended the Summit with the theme this year being “Intelligent Insurance, Inclusive Life”. The theme explores new technology applications and different scenarios for digital transformation to promote exchanges among industry peers.

Philip YU, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer of AXA Tianping, delivered a speech themed “Digital Technology Leading Businesses”. He gave a holistic view of AXA Tianping’s digital journey, including the company’s data culture, auto insurance pricing capabilities, customer journey and new office culture, expounding the application and practice of digitalization in different scenarios in AXA Tianping.

After the judging round by the organizing committee, AXA Tianping won the “Digital Insurance Innovation Award”, witnessed by more than a hundred insurance company guests on site, bringing more honor to the company.

Emma by AXA 3.0 has successfully launched on WeChat platform. As an integration of AXA’s local practice and AXA Group’s resource advantages, Emma by AXA is an innovative one-stop digital insurance and service WeChat mini program. Through Emma, AXA Tianping customers can conveniently complete the whole process from insurance to claims and easily access a variety of value-added services such as policy benefits, online health and insurance knowledge. AXA’s intelligent customer service and human customer service are also online 24/7 to provide instant support to customers.

During his visit, Gordon Watson, CEO of AXA Asia and Africa, took a special photo to encourage everyone to register on and experience the Emma app. As of April 25, 2023, AXA Tianping has achieved a registration rate of 98.4%, of which 26 branches have reached the 100% registration rate target.
