在安盛之星评选中,共有22位总部和机构同事摘取2022年度安盛之星,并分别获团结之星、勇敢之星、正直之星和转型之星。月刊将为这些同事专门开设”安盛之星的故事”专栏,帮助大家进一步了解安盛人践行安盛价值观的故事。

本月我们将为大家讲述转型之星-渠道和意健险中心健康险事业部产品经理肖舒婷,勇敢之星-电服中心一区三组的团队长余红燕。

In the AXA Star contest , altogether 22 AXA colleagues from headquarters and branches are entitled to awards of AXA Stars in Transformation , Customer First , Integrity , Courage , and One AXA . This special column was set up for them so we can all know their stories in living the AXA values and making their contribution to the company’s growth.

This month we will introduce stories of our Transformation Star – Shuting Xiao, Product Manager in Channel and Health Insurance Center; and Courage Star Hongyan Yu, Electric Service Center Team Leader.

转型之星肖舒婷的故事:

肖舒婷于2017年8月加入安盛天平,目前担任渠道和意健险中心健康险事业部产品经理。在健康险多元化发展的2022年,她牵头梳理了员工福利(EB)团险业务工作流,分析市场情况,拟定相关战略;通过建立双周会等内部沟通模式和与安盛香港的紧密合作,高效高质完成了EB上线的准备工作,助力安盛天平健康险业务从个险到团险的拓展,并制定了5年可持续发展规划,进一步支持机构的转型。

Q:获得安盛之星是什么样的感受?

获得转型之星我感到非常自豪,由衷地感谢团队领导在我日常工作中树立的榜样、给予的大力支持,以及给我投票的各位领导同事!这份奖项对我来说意义重大,是对我从中后台转到前线以来工作的肯定,也激励我在今后的工作中继续保持热情与投入。这份荣誉也离不开团队的支持,希望安盛之星的火炬能够继续传递给在日常工作中闪闪发光的人。

Q:平时生活中有哪些保持自信、健康、快乐的习惯或者爱好?

平常我喜欢去公园散步或者户外爬山,呼吸新鲜空气,在微风习习、绿荫溪水间感受与大自然链接的力量,使自己心情更加平静而愉悦。

Q:可以分享最近在看的一本书、一部电影或一部剧吗?

最近在看兰小欢教授的《置身事内》。这本书用通俗的语言讲述了我国的政治经济体制,例如地方政府如何决策,例如土地融资和投资,以及导致的后果。这些决策与生活在这片土地上的我们息息相关,读这本书让我们“置身事内”,帮助我们理解生活的世界。

Transformation Star – Shuting Xiao’s story:

Xiao Shuting joined AXA Tianping in August 2017 and currently serves as the Product Manager for the Health Insurance Business Division in the Distribution, Personal Accident & Health Insurance Center. In 2022, a year where the diversified development of health insurance was at its peak, she streamlined workflow for the Employee Benefits (EB) Group Insurance business. She analyzed the market situation and formulated relevant strategies. Through the establishment of internal communication methods such as bi-weekly meetings and close cooperation with AXA Hong Kong, she efficiently prepared for the launch of EB, facilitating the expansion of AXA Tianping’s health insurance business from individual insurance to group insurance. Additionally, she formulated a 5-year sustainable development plan to further support the organization’s transformation.

Q: How do you feel about receiving the AXA Star award?

I was very proud to win the AXA Star reward, and am truly grateful for my team leader in being my role model and supporting me always. Of course, kudos to my colleagues who voted for me as well. This award meant a lot to me, as it is a sign of recognition since I transferred from the back office to the front, and it motivates me to maintain my passion in the days ahead. This honour is not mine alone, but rather, a product of the team’s overall support and efforts. I hope the torch of the AXA Star Award could be passed on to other who excelled as well.

Q: What helps you stay confident, healthy, and happy?

I enjoy going for a walk of hike, and the fresh air, greenery and water from mother nature calms me down.

Q: Any books or TV series you would like to share?

Recently, I’ve been reading Professor Lan Xiaohuan’s “Immersed in the Affairs” (《置身事内》). This book uses accessible language to explain China’s political and economic system. It delves into topics such as how local governments make decisions, including land financing and investments, and the resulting consequences. These decisions have a direct impact on our lives. Reading this book allows us to “immerse ourselves in the affairs” and helps us understand the world we live in better.

勇敢之星余红燕的故事:

余红燕于2011年3月加入安盛天平,目前担任电服中心一区三组的团队长。她热爱工作,勇于担当,在2022年的特殊时期,毅然选择值守公司,克服了网络系统不稳定、自然灾害天气频发等重重困难,带领同事有序开展线上指标监控、班次协调、紧急咨询处理等多项工作;在泸定发生6.8级地震后,第一时间检查职场受损情况,确保同事们的安全;还肩负起职场的后勤保障工作,为大家准备伙食,组织开展文体活动,打扫职场卫生等。她的勇敢和付出,为中心在特殊时期的正常运营和之后的有序复工打下了坚实的基础,也给一同奋斗的同事带来了家的温暖。

Q:获得安盛之星是什么样的感受?

既惊喜又感恩:能代表勇敢的安盛人获此殊荣,很惊喜;能在安盛天平获得归属感、践行公司的价值观并成为勇敢的代言人,很感恩。

Q:平时生活中有哪些保持自信、健康、快乐的习惯或者爱好?

工作之余,我喜欢看书、养花和运动,让自己始终保持对生活的热爱。

Q:可以分享最近在看的一本书、一部电影或一部剧吗?

最近在看余华先生的《活着》。书中说:“世界上没有比活着更美好的事情,也没有比活着更艰难的事情”。每次重温这本书,都能感受到生命赋予主人公福贵活着的意义,虽然苦楚,但也不缺温暖。这本书带给了我深沉的思考和对生命的重要认知,激励我在面对生活的困难和逆境时,能感受到生命赋予我的责任,忍耐现实给予我的幸福和苦涩、无聊和平庸, 在任何时候都能勇敢坦然地面对生命赋予我的一切。永远相信:“生活是属于每个人自己的感受,不属于任何人的看法”。认真做自己,做一个勇敢无畏、心中有光、认真生活的人。

Courage Star – Hongyan Yu’s story

Yan Hongyan joined AXA Tianping in March 2011 and currently serves as the Team Leader of Zone 1, Group 3 in the Customer Service Center. She has a passion for her work and is willing to take on responsibilities. During the special circumstances of 2022, she made the resolute decision to stay on duty at the company. Despite facing challenges such as unstable network systems and frequent severe weather conditions, she led her colleagues in carrying out various tasks, including online performance monitoring, shift coordination, and handling emergency inquiries in an organized manner.

After the 6.8-magnitude earthquake in Luding, she promptly inspected the workplace for damage and ensured the safety of her colleagues. She also took on the responsibility of providing logistical support in the workplace, preparing meals for everyone, organizing recreational activities, and maintaining workplace hygiene. Her bravery and dedication laid a solid foundation for the smooth operation of the center and the subsequent orderly resumption of work. She brought a sense of warmth and home to her colleagues who worked together with her.

Q: How do you feel about receiving the AXA Star award?

Both surprised and grateful. It is a pleasant surprise to be a representative of our fellow brave AXA colleagues, and I feel grateful for having a sense of belonging and the opportunity to embody AXA’s values.

Q: What helps you stay confident, healthy, and happy?

Aside from work, I enjoy reading, gardening and exercising, activities which maintains my love for life.

Q: Any books or TV series you would like to share?

I have been reading Mr. Yu Hua’s “To Live” recently. A quote from the book says “There is nothing better than being alive, yet there is nothing more difficult than being alive.” Each time I revisit this book, I can feel the significance of life from the protagonist, Fugui’s perspective. When things look black, there is always a silver lining. This book has given me a deep reflection and an important understanding of life. It inspires me to recognize the responsibility that life has bestowed upon me when facing challenges and adversity. It teaches me to endure the happiness and bitterness, the monotony and mediocrity that reality offers, and to bravely and calmly face everything that life has given me.

I will always believe that “life belongs to the individual’s own perception, not to anyone else’s judgment.” I will earnestly be myself, a person who is fearless, has a bright heart, and lives with dedication.

2023年7月27日,第七届中国金融CIO峰会在深圳开幕,安盛天平凭借安盛安美一站式数字化平台等数字创新与转型实践,斩获“金麒杯”最佳数字营销服务商、中国金融行业优秀信息化团队等大奖。峰会现场,公司首席运营官余健光发表了题为《数字化助力客户体验与运营效率提升》的主题演讲,与业界同仁分享了安盛天平在科技创新与数字能力建设等方面的思考与举措,其中的数字转型框架、运营管理数字化等方面的真知灼见获得了与会嘉宾的一致好评。

本次峰会以“洞见•智慧金融”为主题,共有超过350位来自保险、银行、证券、基金和资管等金融机构的信息技术、信息安全和风险管理领域的管理者参会,围绕金融科技创新、智慧金融服务生态、AI+智慧金融、数字供应链金融服务等话题展开了深入讨论,在真实呈现和深度解析各家机构信息化建设发展现状的同时,通过多维度探索行业场景改造与变革,激发金融行业的数字创新活力,助推金融行业实现高质量发展。

第二,8月17日,2023FDS数创时代金融领袖峰会在上海举办,安盛天平荣获“金融数字化创新领袖奖”。本次峰会来自金融科技先行者和行业专家在如何吸引客户、开放生态系统和提高运营效率方面展开对话。 圆桌讨论环节,公司大数据应用部姚锦玲女士参与讨论分享了新一波人工智能大潮对保险业未来的影响,从对客户的外部视角和内部业财的视角进行了深入讨论。

第三,8月24日,2023第四届金融服务创新与客户体验峰会在上海举办,安盛天平荣获金鼎奖—“安盛安美最佳服务数字平台创新奖”。本次峰会由上海浦东国际金融学会、上海大数据联盟等行业支持,来自金融与保险行业领导围绕“数智洞察体验,科技赋能增长”展开交流。公司首席运营官、首席数据官余健光先生发表了演讲,分享了公司数字转型基本框架,业务经营管理数字化,科技与数字能力建设等内容,获得在场嘉宾肯定。

AXA Tianping was awarded three prizes in August, demonstrating high quality development in digitalization and informatization.

On July 27, 2023, the 7th China Financial CIO Summit took place in Shenzhen. AXA Tianping won the “Jinqi Cup” award for Best Digital Marketing Service Provider and Outstanding Information Technology Team for its digital innovation and transformation practices, such as the one-stop digital platform of Emma by AXA. At the summit, Mr. Philip YU, Chief Operating Officer of AXA Tianping, delivered a keynote speech titled “Digitalization and Improving Customer Experience and Operation Efficiency”, in which he shared with industry colleagues AXA Tianping’s initiatives on scientific and technological innovations and digital capacity building, gaining widespread praise from the guests for his insights on digital transformation frameworks and digitalization of operation management.

The theme of the summit was “Insights • Intelligent Finance”. Over 350 executives in information technology, information security and risk management from financial institutions such as insurance, banks, securities, funds and asset management joined the event. They held in-depth discussions on topics such as financial technology innovation, intelligent financial service ecosystem, AI + Intelligent Finance and digital supply chain financial services, etc. In presenting and analyzing information technology infrastructure in various institutions, multi-dimensional reform and transformation of the industry, the summit stimulated the vitality of the financial industry’s digital innovation and pushed the financial industry to realize high-quality development.

Secondly, on August 17, 2023FDS Digital Innovation Financial Leadership Summit took place in Shanghai. AXA Tianping was awarded the “Financial Digital Innovation Leadership Award”. The summit featured conversations between fintech pioneers and industry experts on how to attract customers, open up the ecosystem and improve operational efficiency. During the roundtable discussion, Ms. Jinling YAO from the Big Data Application Department shared ideas about the impact of the new wave of artificial intelligence on the future of the insurance industry, from the external perspective of customers and the internal perspective of the industry.

Thirdly, on August 24, 2023, the 4th Financial Services Innovation and Customer Experience Summit took place in Shanghai. AXA Tianping was awarded the Golden Tripod Award – “Emma by AXA Best Service Digital Platform Innovation Award”. The summit was supported by industry entities like Shanghai Pudong International Finance Institute and Shanghai Big Data Alliance. Leaders from the financial and insurance industries exchanged views on “Digital Intelligence Insight Experience, Technology-Enabled Growth”. Mr. Philip YU, Chief Operating Officer of AXA Tianping, delivered a speech, sharing the basic framework of the Company’s digital transformation, digitization of business operation and management, and the construction of technology and digital capacity, which was applauded by the guests at the event.

AXA Tianping Reinsurance Established Successfully in Lin Gang

8月20日,安盛天平财产保险有限公司上海再保险运营中心在国家金融监督管理总局上海监管局和上海保险交易所的支持下挂牌开业。此前,安盛天平以顺利获得国家金融监督管理总局批复,成为首批入驻临港新片区再保险国际交易中心的先锋险企。

此举响应了《关于推进上海国际再保险中心建设的指导意见》号召,投身上海临港新片区建设“再保险国际板”的重要举措。临港再保险运营中心是集团在上海和中国业务发展的重要一步,促进上海成为对接全球,风险分散,透明度高,创新多样的国家化市场。

安盛天平首席执行官左伟豪先生表示:“非常荣幸安盛天平首批入驻代表国家最高开放水平的临港新片区,参与到上海国际再保险中心的建设进程之中。通过集中多家保险公司再保运营实体与再保专业人才,上海国际再保险中心有望引导全国再保险资源聚集,完善再保险市场基础设施和机构体系的建设,不仅可以有效承接国际再保险分入业务,为全球风险分散提供另一个选择,增强保险行业以及宏观经济的抗风险韧性;同时也通过在资源丰富性、承保能力综合性等方面的优势溢出,使包括安盛在内的保险机构从中受益。”

安盛天平再保险运营中心位于临港上海国际再保险交易中心二楼,从办公室的窗户望出去,可以看到临港新片区欣欣向荣的蓬勃生机。办公室的设计风格简约明快,办公所用的软硬件设备一应俱全,完全可以满足日常工作及跨区域远程沟通的需求。室内悬挂的海报记录了安盛始于1816年法国罗恩市的“互助火灾保险公司”,法王路易十八签署的第一张营业执照,再到1827年的一张兵役赔偿保单,向每一位来访者讲述着安盛跨越两百多年的历史。

未来,安盛天平将以上海再保险运营中心为平台,对总公司再保部职能进行平移,并与其他再保业务相关的各个条线,如财务部和业务部门的再保资源与功能进行统筹整合,发挥资源集中化的优势,提升运营效能,优化作业模式,以此促进中国保险及再保险行业的风险管理、承保能力和服务水平等方面的发展,为社会的繁荣稳定做出贡献。

On August 20,  the Shanghai Reinsurance Center of AXA Tianping Property & Casualty Insurance Co., Ltd.  opened under the support of the Shanghai Office of China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission (CBIRC) and the Shanghai Insurance Exchange (SIX). Previously, AXA Tianping was successfully approved by the CBIRC to become one of the first insurers to move into the Shanghai Reinsurance International Trading Center in Lin Gang Special Area.

This move resonates with the government’s “Implementation Rules on Accelerating the Construction of Shanghai International Reinsurance Center” and is an important initiative to participate in the construction of the “Reinsurance International Board” in the Lin Gang Special Area in Shanghai. The Lin Gang Reinsurance Operation Center is a critical step in the development of the Group’s business in Shanghai and China, promoting Shanghai as an international market with risk diversification, high transparency and diverse innovations.

Kevin CHOR, CEO of AXA Tianping, said: “It is a great honor for AXA Tianping to be one of the first companies in Lin Gang Special Area, which represents the highest level of openness of the country, and to participate in the process of the construction of the Shanghai International Reinsurance Center. By uniting the reinsurance companies and reinsurance professionals, the Shanghai International Reinsurance Center is expected to guide the gathering of national reinsurance resources and improve the infrastructure and institutional system of the reinsurance market. This will not only effectively undertake international reinsurance ceded business, provide an alternative for global risk diversification and enhance the anti-risk resilience of the insurance industry as well as the macro-economy, but will also strengthen the risk resilience of the insurance industry and the macroeconomy. Insurance organizations like AXA will benefit from the comprehensive resources and underwriting capacity.”

AXA Tianping Reinsurance Center is located on the second floor of Lingang Shanghai International Reinsurance Trading Center. Looking out from the office window, one can see the flourishing vitality of Lingang New Area. The office has a minimalist design, complete with the necessary software and hardware to satisfy daily work needs and regional telecommunications. Inside hangs a poster commemorating AXA’s origins as a “Mutual Fire Insurance Company in the French city of Rowan, our first business license granted by King Louis XVIII of France, and a military service compensation policy in 1827, showing visitors AXA’s rich history spanning more than two hundred years.

AXA will use the Shanghai Reinsurance Center as a platform to integrate the functions of the Reinsurance Department with other reinsurance-related lines, including the Finance Department and Business Department. By leveraging centralized resources, AXA aims to enhance operational efficiency, optimize the operation mode, and promote the risk management, underwriting capacity, and service of China’s insurance and reinsurance industry, which will contribute to the prosperity and stability of the general society.

2023年8月12日, “安盛天平2022年度菁才俱乐部高峰会颁奖典礼暨荣誉晚宴”在珠海隆重召开。

安盛天平首席执行官左伟豪携总部管理层、各职能部门领导、全国各地二级机构及直销在线中心总经理室的领导们莅临现场。在开幕致辞中,左总充分肯定了获得“2022年菁才俱乐部年度奖项”的31位销售菁英的卓越贡献和崇高精神,并表彰了在“2022年二级机构分类管理”中表现优异的10家机构。百尺竿头更进一步,左总期待大家乘势而上,奋发作为,凝心聚力为公司高质量发展和销售目标的达成继续拼搏,再创佳绩。

在颁奖过程中,菁才俱乐部高峰会成员代表们也逐一发表了获奖感言。这些销售菁英们,不仅是公司业务发展的先遣队与排头兵,更是捍卫者与保护神,也期待在接下来的时间里,持续突破,铸就更多的菁才!

随后的荣誉晚宴精彩纷呈,除了舞狮表演,还有菁才俱乐部高峰会的伙伴们带来的令人赏心悦目的节目表演和抽奖环节!曾翔为本次晚宴特别集赞活动“人气之星”获奖者颁奖。左总、周连成、殷兆男分别抽取了一二三等奖,并为幸运伙伴颁奖。

晚宴尾声,左总携总部管理层及所有机构一把手登台,以一曲《明天会更好》为大家送上浓浓祝福和殷殷期望。随后,左总与李俊豪总联袂演绎经典粤语歌曲《光辉岁月》,将晚宴气氛推至高潮! 

安盛天平2022年度菁才俱乐部高峰会颁奖典礼暨荣誉晚宴在歌声、笑声和祝福声中顺利落幕。成绩代表昨天,辉煌属于过去;将表彰化为力量、将荣誉作为鞭策,在未来的日子里,我们将再接再厉,踔厉奋发再创佳绩!

On August 12, 2023, the “AXA Tianping 2022 Annual Elite Club Summit Awards Ceremony and Honorary Dinner” was held in Zhuhai.

Kevin CHOR, CEO of AXA Tianping, along with executives from the headquarters, regional offices, and secondary institutions, attended the ceremony. In his opening remarks, Mr. Chor praised the achievements of the 31 sales elites who received the “2022 Elite Club Annual Awards” and commended the 10 institutions that demonstrated exceptional performance in the “2022 Secondary Institution Classification Management.” With the goal of achieving greater success, Mr. Chor encouraged the team to persevere, seize opportunities, and continue striving for the company’s high-quality development and business improvement.

Following Mr. Chor’s remarks, he presented the awards to the honored sales members and the institutions with the headquarters executives, including Liancheng ZHOU, Executive Vice President and Chief Channel Management and Sales Officer, Xiang ZENG, Chief Commercial P&C Business Officer, Junhao LI, Chief Distribution Business Director of AXA Hong Kong and Macau, Zhaonan YIN, Chief Actuary and Chief Pricing Officer, and three regional managers, Hui WANG, Xiaoyu ZHANG, and Yuquan BI.

Representatives of the Elite Club Summit members delivered their acceptance speeches during the award ceremony. As the frontline of the company’s business development, the sales elites not only contribute to the growth of AXA Tianping but also help defend company values, continuously breaking through and sharing their knowledge with new talents.

AXA Tianping’s Shandong branch was recognized for its remarkable performance in 2022 with the “AXA Vanguard” institutional award. Yuquan BI, General Manager of the branch, shared optimism about the positive outlook of the branch, saying that “we hope everyone will live up the expectations and keep up the good work.”

In the following honorary dinner, besides a spectacular lion dance performance, there was also a talent show by the members of the Elite Club Summit and a prize draw segment. Xiang ZENG presented awards to the winners of the “Popularity Stars.” Kevin CHOR, Liancheng ZHOU, and Zhaonan YIN drew the first, second, and third prizes respectively, and presented them to the lucky participants.

At the end of the honorary dinner, Mr. Chor sang alongside with senior executives “A Better Tomorrow” as a tribute to their sincere blessings. He and Junhao LI also performed a classic Cantonese song, “Glorious Days,” making the night even more memorable.

The AXA Tianping 2022 Elite Club Summit Awards Ceremony and Honor Dinner came to a successful conclusion amidst the melodies, laughter, and well-wishes. Yesterday’s achievements are in the past, and we will continue to strive for excellence in the future with fresh determination.

AXA Tianping Mid-Year Work Conference

8月11-12日,渠道和意健险业务中心在“南海之滨”珠海组织召开安盛天平2023年机构年中工作会议。此次会议我与现场参会的安盛天平管理团队向总公司各部门,以及各区域总以及总部各部门主要负责人回顾了公司上半年所取得成绩和接下来的发展计划。

首先2023上半年取得的成绩已圆满地达成了上半年各项指标。虽然面临疫情后综改压力及市场恶化等诸多因素的影响,但安盛天平仍保持高品质增长。同时,公司面临的成本压力没有减弱,而降本增效、利润优先的发展理念不会改变,需要总分上下都为此努力,以达成全年经营目标。

通过机构和渠道端系统分析,我们不但了解到上半年业绩指标达成情况,同时对下半年业绩发展、成本优化给出明确目标要求,并对多个关键领域的工作开展做出具体要求,为机构稳健运营、良性发展明确了目标与方向。财务方面,正如首席财务官Pierre LAUR提到,目前成本优化、提质增效工作为事关重要,之所以产品部门和中后台职能部门下半年需进行成本优化的举措。

“降本增效、利润优先”是贯穿本次会议的核心精神,为了与各机构一起剖析现状、寻找改善方向,会议下半部分以NC(非手续费)费用管控为主要议题,依次由战略发展与业绩管理部、人力资源部、理赔客服部、销售管理部对当前各项成本情况进行拆解分析,提出各个板块降本增效的具体工作要求和思路。

最后,3个区域及26家机构经营情况予以点评通过“看现状-点问题-指方向-给办法”的模式,我们为3个区域及26家机构经营情况予以点评,逐一进行指导,并希望各区域、各机构不负期望、不负所托,用行动回馈使命,用成果体现价值。

通过本次半年度工作会议,既统一了思想,进一步明确以利润为导向的业务发展模式,又增强了信心。相信在本次会议精神的指导下,在总分协同、上下一心的共同努力下,安盛天平一定可以实现成本优先、转型求盛、合规有序的可持续经营。2023下半年,让我们继续齐力同心,万众一心,使命必达!

On August 11-12, AXA Tianping’s 2023 Mid-Year Work Conference, organized by the Business Centre of Personal Accident & Health Insurance, was held in Zhuhai. Together with the management team, regional general managers and the headquarters’ key department leaders, we looked back on what we’ve achieved in the first half of the year and our plan for the rest of the year.

Firstly, we have successfully accomplished the targets for the first half of the year. Despite facing pressure of comprehensive reforms after the pandemic and the market deterioration as well as other factors, AXA Tianping still maintained high-quality growth. At the same time, financial pressure from operating costs remains, and we will continue to prioritize profit, reducing costs and increasing efficiency. Both the headquarters and other branches will have to work towards this goal so as to reach our year-long targets.

Through a systematic review of our performance indicators for the first half of the year from the institutional and distribution ends, we got a clear understanding of the target requirements for the remainder of the year in terms of performance development and cost optimization, as well as specific requirements for the development of work in a number of key areas, which clarified the objectives and direction for the sound operation and benign development of the institution.

Just as our CFO Pierre said, cost optimization, quality and efficiency enhancement are more necessary than ever. This is why each product department, middle and back-office functions have put forward cost optimization initiatives.

“Cutting costs and enhancing efficiency, and focusing on profits” is the core idea of this meeting. In order to analyze the current situation and determine the direction of improvement, the second half of the meeting had NC (Non-Charge) expenses as the main topic, and the current cost situation was dissected and analyzed by the Strategic Performance Management Department, Human Resources Department, Claims and Customer Service Department, and Sales and Management Department. Specific requirements and ideas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement were put forward for each segment.

Lastly, through the mode of “looking at the status quo – pointing out the problems – pointing out the direction – giving the solutions”, we provided guidance to 3 regions and 26 organizations. It is hoped that all regions and organizations would live up to their expectations and fulfil their obligations with action while demonstrating their value with results.

Through this semi-annual work conference, the operating rationale was assured while further clarifying the profit-oriented business development model and enhancing overall confidence. It is believed that under the guidance of the spirit of this meeting, and with the synergy between the headquarters and branches, AXA Tianping will surely be able to realize sustainable operations with cost prioritization , continuous innovation and compliance. For the second half of 2023, let us keep working together, unite as one, and achieve our mission!

在7月,安盛全球健康险团队接过了“守护困境女童,安盛与你同行“的爱心接力棒,携手渠道伙伴与客户,共同为困境中孩子提供持续的支持和帮助。与此同时,明亚与安盛携手在北京、天津和上海等多地开展“守护童心,共筑明天”关爱病患儿童公益项目,以爱与陪伴暖心呵护罹患病痛的孩子,助力他们走向更灿烂的明天。

7月17日,安盛集团新兴客群全球CEO花沐晨(Garance Wattez-Richard)一行到访中国,先后拜访了浙江农商联合银行、微医集团和青岛当地的政府部门,介绍了安盛集团普惠保险业务的发展策略,以及安盛天平积极参与多地惠民保的实践经验,并与各方深入探讨了未来的合作前景——携手推动普惠金融落地,为中低收入群体及中小微企业提供全方位保障。

汗水浇灌收获,实干铿锵前行,面对挑战与机遇共存的下半年,愿诸位再接再厉,一以贯之,为实现全年目标奋勇前行。

Dear AXA Tianping Colleagues.

Our pursuit of high-quality development and refined operations continue to make progress, and so are our passion and care for helping those in need.

We were able to implement our diversified business strategy in depth in the first half of this year, thanks to the concerted efforts of all our colleagues. Premium income increased by 14% year on year, with health insurance increasing by more than 60% and commercial insurance increasing by 23%. We are on a positive trajectory in terms of auto insurance products, with a 5% growth this year. What is even more promising and exciting for us is the increasing contribution from the NEV insurance business. I am proud to show our steady progress on the road to sustainable development.  

There is no time for us to rest on our laurels though. Behind these promising results are numerous challenges – the complex market environment is here to stay, and we still need to further our efforts in cost control and profitability. Therefore, we must put our best foot forward for the rest of the year to ensure that the strategic goal of high-quality growth is accomplished. There are a few measures which we can do to achieve this, such as stricter cost control, optimizing operational efficiency, prioritizing profitability, strictly adhering to compliance rules, minimizing potential risks, and tracking the progress of KPIs.

In July, the AXA Global Health Insurance team lived up to the motto of “AXA is there to protect girls in need”, working with channel partners and customers to provide continuous support and assistance to children in need. At the same time, Mingya and AXA have been working together on the “Protecting Children for a better tomorrow” charity program in Beijing, Tianjin and Shanghai to provide love and companionship to children suffering from illnesses and help them move forward to a brighter tomorrow.

On July 17, Garance Wattez-Richard, CEO of AXA Emerging Customers, and her team visited Zhejiang Agricultural and Commercial Union Bank, Micromedicine Group, and Qingdao government agencies to introduce AXA’s strategy for the Group’s P&C insurance business, as well as AXA Tianping’s Huiminbao experience across the country, and to discuss with all stakeholders the prospects for future cooperation. They also discussed the future prospects of cooperation with our stakeholders – working together to promote inclusive finance and provide comprehensive protection for middle and low-income groups as well as SMEs.

We have a lot to work on for the rest of the year. I am confident that we will conquer the challenges as we join force and do our best.

AXA Heart in Action: caring for vulnerable children Follow-up Interview

上个月,“安盛筑城爱在行动”志愿者活动在全球范围内如火如荼地展开。公司发起微信捐赠步挑战赛后的一周之内,汇聚了包括员工在内的5163名爱心人士的参与以及突破3400万的爱心捐款步骤,所筹善款可以支持四川省凉山彝族自治州的贫困儿童一年内全部爱心健康包的采购费用,充分体现了安盛同仁以实际行动带动乡村振兴,支持贫困儿童的健康成长的公益初心。

随后, 7名安盛志愿者还赶赴四川省凉山彝族自治州爱佑儿童之家,对帮扶的困境儿童进行了爱心探访。作为志愿者代表,直销在线中心总经理曹红菊、广西分公司副总经理梁友仁与我们分享了参与这次爱心探访的感悟与体会。

1、梁总好,首先非常感谢您倾情参与凉山彝族自治州志愿者实地探访活动。我们了解到您来自少数民族,请您分享一下此次探访的心得体会,您对公益的看法和理解,是否有了变化?

梁友仁:

大家好,我是梁友仁,来自广西壮族自治区,我本人就是壮族。小时候就在相对严苛的生活环境以及父母的谆谆教诲中成长,因此我对凉山当地少数民族小朋友们的成长感同身受,生活在山区的他们面对那么多的困难,仍然对生活抱有积极和热忱,给我的内心深处很大的触动!

在此前,我和很多人一样,觉得公益仅仅是单向的“助人”。然而,在亲身投入这次公益活动之后,我彻底体会到公益活动不仅是“助人”,也是在“助己”。我也尽可能多得向小朋友们传递自身成长的经验——分享自律的重要性,以及自强不息的精神。

随着岁月的流逝,繁华过境,很多人也与“初心”渐行渐远。我们变得默然,不再珍惜,不再感恩。我想,这正是 “守护生命之本,践行人类进步”成为集团品牌使命的原因,它感召着全世界的安盛人,在全球各地践行这一伟大使命,为的是守护我们共同的家园,也为守护我们自己美好的未来。

我在这次实地探访的过程中,感受良多。

2、曹总好,您在这次实地爱心探访后,对公益的看法和理解,有怎样的变化呢?  

曹红菊:

我非常赞同梁总的分享。我也一样,此前对公益的理解比较单一,停留在公益就是单纯帮助别人的层面;这次亲历活动的自己也有很多收获,我觉得的更大意义在于回馈社会,也对“赠人玫瑰,手有余香”这句话有了更加直观深刻的体悟。

在给中心内部兄弟机构的同事,以及朋友亲戚们分享这次公益活动的时候,得到的反馈都是“如果有下次,请一定把我带上!”

3、活动结束后,我们从项目组了解到当地的居民对衣物有极大的需求。两位都第一时间积极响应,在广西和成都两地积极组织员工捐衣捐物。曹总,能否请您向全公司的同事倡导一下,让更多的同事通过捐赠衣物,或者实地探访的方式,为这群困境中的孩子提供力所能及的帮助?

曹红菊:

活动结束后不久,我们从凉山彝族自治州的公益项目组那里得知,当地的民众还亟需衣物等生活用品。直销中心迅速响应,员工热情参与,在短时间内筹集到上千件衣物。

此外,中心也和当地项目组建立起良好的沟通渠道,未来我们还将持续关注当地的困境儿童,通过这个爱心平台践行爱与责任,努力弥合发展不均衡的现状。

我们也在员工亲友圈以及中心内部兄弟机构积极宣导,希望能够吸引到更多人关注这个弱势群体,已经得到了非常热烈的反响。我也借此机会呼吁所有安盛伙伴们都能尽己之力参与进来,“跬步积公益千里,滴水汇爱心长河”。

4、对于想要加入到这个公益项目中来进行实地探访,或者还在犹豫是否要加入进来的同事,两位有什么样的建议,或者是经验分享?以及,除了爱心健康包和衣物等物质援助之外,您觉得还有什么是安盛人可以提供帮助的?

曹红菊:

四川省凉山彝族自治州以老人和儿童群体为主,所以我们建议除了捐赠衣物,也可以尝试给孩子们分享一些书籍,比如课程相关的辅导书,课外扩展思维的科普书,甚至可以是一些有关农业种植、畜牧养殖类的书籍。(不一定非要是新书,可以是员工孩子们看过的书,写有笔记的可能更好,算是一种同龄人之间跨越时空的交流!)

我畅想,在不久的未来,可以尝试在项目所在地多组织一些员工团建活动,或者客户及合作伙伴的体验活动,深入当地去了解困境儿童及家庭的实际需求,帮助更多孩子有机会走出大山,了解更广阔的世界,让他们有能力更好地帮助家庭,照顾好爷爷奶奶。

梁友仁:

跟曹总团队一样,我们分公司同事也是上下一心,短时间内将饱含同事爱心的衣物寄到了项目所在地,希望能够尽我们所能,给这个困境中的群体他们所亟需的支持。

上个月实地探访的当天,我在跟孩子们深入交流以后得知,他们心里还偷偷埋藏着对足球的热爱。所以,分公司也在活动结束后为孩子们准备了他们心心念念的足球,希望他们能够坚持心中所爱,永不言弃。

和他们相比,我们要更加幸运、幸福。很多我们认为理所应当的生活便利,在他们看来是可望不可即的奢侈。如果有条件,希望大家都可以尽可能得帮助他们,哪怕是一只笔,一个本子,也可能成为他们珍藏很久的礼物。

1. First of all, a huge thank you to Mr. Liang for joining us in the Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture volunteer event. Considering your background as a ethnic minority, would you like to share your experience in Liangshan and whether your thoughts regarding charity has changed?

Youren Liang:

I am an ethnic Zhuang Chinese from the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. I am moved by these kids as I can put myself in their shoes since I also grew in a relatively tough environment.

Like many others, I first thought that charity is simply about “helping other people” but this trip has given me a new perspective on charity, especially as I’ve witnessed the children’s passion and attitude towards life despite the challenges they face. Charity is also about “helping oneself.” I tried my best to tell the children about my personal experience growing up and the importance of self-discipline and resilience.

People tend to forget to be thankful for their life as they get older. This is why “Act for human progress by protecting what matters” is our brand motto. It reminds our colleagues around the globe to live by their words and safeguard our homeland and future. I learned a lot from this visit.

2. Mr. Cho, has your view on charity changed after your visit?

Hungju Cho:

I really resonate with what Mr. Leung shared. Like him, I used to have a relatively simplistic understanding of public welfare, thinking that it was simply about helping others. However, through this firsthand experience, I have gained a lot. In my opinion, the greater significance lies in giving back to society, and I now have a more intuitive and profound understanding of the Chinese proverb, “Giving a rose to others, leaving the fragrance in your hand,” which implies that doing good deeds for others not only benefits others, but also brings a sense of satisfaction and fulfillment to the person doing the good deeds.

3. We knew from our operations team that the Liangshan locals needed clothing and both of you quickly responded by organising donation campaigns with other colleagues in Guangxi and Chengdu. Mr. Cho, “Would you be able to advocate to our colleagues across the company and encourage more of them to provide assistance to underprivileged children through donating clothes or participating in on-site visits?”

Hungju Cho:

We responded quickly once we knew the local community was in need of clothing. I am proud of our colleagues for donating more than 1000 items of clothing in a short period of time. We shall continue our efforts and keep a close eye on the development of the rural areas. We will try our best to address inequality and spreading love.

We had also promoted the campaign via our social media channels and other corporate channels. More and more people are now aware of this, and I would like to encourage all AXA colleagues to join in together.

4. Do you have any tips for those considering to visit? Is there anything AXA colleagues besides providing material aid?

Hungju Cho:

The people in Liangshan are mostly elderly or children, so we would recommend donating textbooks, study guides for their courses or popular books on various topics. This can provide them with more knowledge and help broaden their horizons.”

In the future, I would like to organise more trips like this for AXA colleagues or other clients. We can do so much more to address the needs of families there, to expose the children to the outside world and enhance their capabilities for them to better contribute to their families.

Youren Liang:

Like Mr. Cho’s team, the members of my branch threw themselves in the campaign and donated many supplies within a limited time span. We hope to do everything we can to provide the support that these underprivileged groups urgently need.

On the day of the visit last month, I had a deep conversation with the children there and learned they actually loved football. Our branch also donated footballs to encourage the children to persist with their passion for the sport.

We are in far more fortunate positions than most of the children. The conveniences we take for granted may be a luxury to them. If we have the ability, we should help them out as much as we can as even small acts of service may have unexpected, long-lasting impact.

Family is the bedrock of society, and AXA Tianping is committed to being a caring companion by offering comprehensive family insurance coverage. Understanding the importance of family coverage, we introduced the “More Coverage, More Happiness” AXA Family Guardian Star campaign in July this year to cater to our customers’ family-related needs.

From July to October, each branch will collaborate with local channel partners to conduct marketing activities for AXA Family Guardian Star, including sharing customers’ stories, videos, online postings, and Guardian Star competitions. The goal is to attract active participation from partners and customers, increase customer loyalty, and tap into customer potential. Through the AXA Family Guardian Star campaign, we aim to convey AXA Tianping’s advanced vision of family coverage, foster connections with partners and customers, listen to their voices, and help customers better understand the AXA brand and our products.

During the campaign period, we will be upgrading two health insurance products. “SmartProtect Plus” will be added to the whitelist of private hospitals, and “Shengshi Perfect Choice” will see improvements in its service offerings. Leveraging AXA Tianping’s strengths in comprehensive insurance coverage and excellent service, our partner channels can confidently promote these products to households, further solidifying AXA Tianping’s competitive edge in family coverage.

7月18日上午,花沐晨一行在中国人民大学中国普惠金融研究院(CAFI)秘书长陈红珊、安盛天平浙江分公司总经理何中晓的陪同下,走访了浙江农商联合银行。该行党委副书记、拟任行长陈博恺为首的管理层进行了热情接待,并向安盛团队介绍了浙江农商在普惠金融及保险方面的业务信息,以及在保险合作方面的现状,并提出了对合作保司的期待。

第二站:走进微医,推动普惠保险数字化创新

7月18日下午, 花沐晨一行拜访了国际领先的数字健康平台——微医集团,该集团以“您的健康,我们的责任”为使命,向政府、医院、个人及家庭、企业机构等多方提供专业化、个性化、多元化的医疗健康解决方案。双方在贯彻健康中国2030规划纲要,助力建设健康城市、健康乡村、健康个人以及健康企业的过程中有很多合作的契机。

微医企业会员销售总监施胜辉介绍了该集团的发展历程。这家数字健康领域的独角兽平台创建于2010年,拥有全国唯一的第三方医药交易平台牌照,中国第一家互联网医院——乌镇互联网医院,目前已拥有34家互联网医院,注册用户约2.6亿名,注册医生约30万名,三甲医院覆盖了全国95%以上的资源,在数字医疗领域的市场占有率超过15%。在之后参观微医展厅的过程中,更加深入地探讨了“互联网+医疗健康”未来的发展前景,并就后续的合作可能进行了深入地沟通。

第三站:论道青岛,共绘普惠保险落地蓝图

7月20日,在安盛天平青岛分公司总经理田雷的陪同下,安盛集团新兴客群团队拜访了青岛市民政局和医保局,在向相关政府部门领导介绍了安盛集团普惠保险经验及优势,以及安盛天平的发展状况和在国内推行普惠保险的实践等信息。双方共同展望了后续合作的意向,为普惠保险的落地奠定坚实的基础。

在青岛行程期间,安盛天平健康险部门EC团队还组织了普惠保险工作坊,山东、青岛、北京、江苏、安徽、云南、广西、天津和河南等多家分公司同事参加了此次培训。集团代表介绍了新兴客群及健康险业务在全球各市场的发展情况,健康险部门负责人王春丽总介绍了安盛天平在普惠保险业务方面取得的进展及目标运营模式,同时分公司同事也先后分享了惠民保、政府类、特定客群等项目的落地经验。

在讨论环节,大家就普惠保险业务机会、优质业务标准、项目成功关键因素等话题展开热烈讨论,并就各家分公司如何因地制宜地拓展相关业务分享了心得体会。在探讨当前业务机会的基础上,为制定后续行动规划做好了准备。

Garance Wattez-Richard, CEO of AXA Emerging Customers, together with Michal Matul, Head of Digital Health, Consumer Insights and Training at AXA Emerging Customers, and Nadia Boughaba, Head of Product and Technology at AXA Emerging Customers, visited China on July 18. Accompanied by Chunli Wang, General Manager, AXA Tianping health insurance business, and Shuting Xiao, New Clients Manager, AXA Tianping Health Insurance Division, the team visited Zhejiang Rural Commercial United Bank, WeDoctor Holdings, and other government organizations in Qingdao. Our colleagues introduced the history of AXA Group’s inclusive insurance business and AXA Tianping’s practical experience with inclusive insurance business such as Huiminbao. The team also discussed the prospects of future cooperation and sought alignment on jointly promoting inclusive finance which serves both middle- and low-income groups as well as small, medium-sized, and micro enterprises.

The First Stop: Visiting Zhejiang Rural Commercial United Bank in preparation for inclusive insurance cooperation.

In the morning, Garance and the team paid a visit to Zhejiang Rural Commercial United Bank. The visit was accompanied by the Secretary General of China Academy for Inclusive Finance (CAFI) of Renmin University of China, and Mr. Zhongxiao He, General Manager of AXA Tianping Zhejiang Branch. Officials of the bank, headed by Bokai Chen, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and the proposed president of the bank, gave a warm welcome and briefed the AXA team on the bank’s business in inclusive finance and insurance. They also introduced the current bancassurance developments and wish for future collaboration.

Zhejiang Rural Commercial United Bank’s business is anchored in “agriculture, small business, and land”. The bank is well-funded and ranks among the top five in the province. As a bank that “handles the most practical business and stands the closest to private enterprises and people”, the bank plays a major role in the local banking and finance function and the rural finance system as a pioneer of inclusive finance. The bank has put in place several measures to promote inclusive finance, including providing cross-system support and pulling together a list of insurers for the programme. Different branches can then get to collaborate with three insurance companies from the list.

After the bank’s introduction, Garance also talked about the development and strategy of AXA inclusive insurance in both domestic and international markets. He also provided details on the Financial Diary project jointly developed with the China Institute for Inclusive Finance (CIIF). Both parties exchanged valuable insights regarding the future of inclusive insurance.

The Second Stop: Visiting WeDoctor to promote the digital innovation of inclusive insurance

In the afternoon of 18 July, Garance and the team visited WeDoctor, a leading international digital health platform, which takes “Your Health, Our Responsibility” as its mission. It provides professional, personalized and diversified medical and health solutions to governments, hospitals, families and individuals. In implementing the Healthy China 2030 and building healthy cities, healthy villages, healthy individuals and healthy enterprises, there are many opportunities for cooperation.

Shenghui Shi, Director of Corporate Membership Sales of WeDoctor, introduced the group’s development history. Founded in 2010, this unicorn company in digital health has the country’s exclusive third-party pharmaceutical trading platform license, China’s first Internet hospital, Wuzhen Internet Hospital, and 34 Internet hospitals, with about 260 million registered users and about 300,000 registered doctors. WeDoctor has access to over 95% of resources in China’s primary hospitals. The company takes up more than 15% market share in digital healthcare. During the visit to the showroom of WeDoctor, both sides discussed the development prospect of “Internet + Healthcare” as well as subsequent cooperation in depth.

The Third Stop: Visiting P&C Insurance in Qingdao to set ambitious blueprint

On July 20, the AXA Emerging Clients team, led by Lei Tian, General Manager of Qingdao branch, visited the Civil Affairs Bureau and Health Care Security Administration of Qingdao. During the visit, the team presented AXA’s expertise and capabilities in P&C insurance to officials and discussed AXA Tianping’s development and its successful practice of P&C insurance in China. The meeting laid the groundwork for future cooperation and fostered a strong partnership for the advancement of P&C insurance implementations.

During the visit, the AXA Emerging Clients team organized workshops on P&C insurance, bringing together colleagues from various branches across Shandong, Qingdao, Beijing, Jiangsu, Anhui, Yunnan, Guangxi, Tianjin, and Henan. The Group’s representatives presented insights about newly emerging clients and the global health insurance market. Chunli Wang, the head of the health insurance team, showcased AXA Tianping’s progress in P&C insurance and the tailored operational approach. Colleagues from different branches also shared their experiences in implementing projects for Huiminbao, as well as governmental bodies and other specific client segments.

During the panel, a lively discussion unfolded on topics such as P&C insurance business opportunities, business standards, and key factors for success. Everyone shared insights on how different branches can develop business strategies tailored to local conditions. Beyond exploring current opportunities, the panel also included follow-up actions to advance the program.
