强强联合，服务金融强国建设

早在今年6月的2024陆家嘴论坛期间，安盛香港就与人保财险签署了海外合作伙伴合作备忘录，首次宣告了双方在全球再保业务的战略合作，展现了安盛身为保险行业领袖的担当——以合作创新促进金融高质量发展，进而解决当前全球经济面临的问题并推动持续增长；9月，安盛集团与人保财险在巴黎总部举行了高层会谈，再次重申了全力支持人保集团国际化战略，助力提升其在全球市场竞争力的决心。

未雨绸缪，应对全球不确定性

据安盛集团日前发布的《2024年度风险报告》（Future Risks Report-2024 Edition）显示，从气候变化、地缘摩擦，到网络虚拟、人工智能及大数据方面的安全隐忧，全球正面临着一系列多元严峻挑战。87%的受访专家认为，世界比往年更容易受到风险影响；91%的受访专家和72%的受访公众，同意保险公司在缓解风险方面的重要性。日益复杂的保险格局要求保险行业保持竞争力，呼吁领军企业之间开展更具实效的深度协作，增强抗风险韧性，增进人类发展福祉。

在全球政治、经济不确定性不断增加的背景下，安盛集团与人保集团签署战略合作协议，旨在聚焦于长远规划与战略协同，通过在全球范围内加强区域业务协作，更全面地拓展了金融业对外开放的广度和深度，为更好地服务中国式现代化储能蓄力。

Beijing, November 29 – AXA Group (AXA) and People’s Insurance Company (Group) of China (PICC Group) recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) at PICC Group’s headquarters in Beijing. Based on their respective strengths, both parties will explore innovative cooperation and exchange models to deepen international cooperation, product development, and technological innovation globally, jointly promoting the sustainable and healthy development of the global insurance market.

Attendees at the signing ceremony included PICC Group President Zhao Peng, PICC Group Vice President Cai Zhiwei, PICC Group Cooperation Department General Manager Zhang Haijun, PICC Group Insurance Department General Manager Peng Gang, PICC Reinsurance Company Limited President Zhang Qing, AXA Group CEO Thomas Buberl, AXA Greater China CEO Yin Xuanhui, AXA Tianping Property & Casualty Insurance Company Limited CEO Zuo Weihao, AXA Tianping Assistant General Manager Zeng Xiang, AXA Tianping Assistant General Manager and Chief Actuary Yin Zhaonan, and AXA Tianping Chief Marketing Officer Dai Siyuan.

Strong Synergy to Serve National Financial Construction

Witnessed by PICC Group President Zhao Peng and AXA Group CEO Thomas Buberl, PICC Group Vice President Cai Zhiwei and AXA Greater China CEO Yin Xuanhui signed the MOU, marking a comprehensive and in-depth collaboration between the two global insurance giants in areas including local insurance services, underwriting capacity support, shared service networks, two-way expansion of reinsurance business, international cooperation on global solutions, product innovation, and technological innovation.

AXA will also support PICC Group in enhancing its international business capabilities and explore the development of international business cooperation utilizing AXA’s global network.

This cooperation is a significant step for AXA in responding to the “Belt and Road” initiative and supporting the national strategy of “going global” for Chinese enterprises, with a positive impact on the global insurance market.

AXA Group CEO Thomas Buberl stated, “This year marks the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and France and the 25th anniversary of AXA’s presence in China. The cooperation with PICC Group is of great significance in this context. PICC Group President Zhao Peng also fully affirmed the cooperation, expressing hope that both parties would further broaden cooperation in global development strategy planning, risk reduction management, climate change response, and artificial intelligence based on existing cooperation. With the issuance of the new “National Ten Measures for Insurance Development,” China’s insurance industry has also ushered in a new top-level design, charting a clear path and direction—opening up is not only a distinctive feature of Chinese modernization but also an important driving force for the reform and development of the financial sector.This strategic cooperation is a proactive implementation of the spirit of the Central Financial Work Conference and a strong push for the high-quality “two-way opening” development of China’s insurance industry under the guidance of the new “National Ten Measures for Insurance Development.”

As early as during the Lujiazui Forum 2024 in June, AXA Hong Kong signed a memorandum of understanding on overseas partner cooperation with PICC Property & Casualty Company Limited, announcing for the first time the strategic cooperation between both parties in global reinsurance business, demonstrating AXA’s leadership in the insurance industry—promoting high-quality financial development through cooperation and innovation, thereby addressing current global economic challenges and promoting sustained growth; In September, AXA Group and PICC Property & Casualty Company Limited held high-level talks at AXA’s headquarters in Paris, reiterating their commitment to fully support PICC Group’s internationalization strategy and help enhance its competitiveness in the global market.

Anticipating Challenges, Addressing Global Uncertainty

According to AXA Group’s recently released Future Risks Report 2024, the world is facing a series of diverse and severe challenges, from climate change and geopolitical friction to cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and big data. 87% of surveyed experts believe that the world is more vulnerable to risks than before, and 91% of surveyed experts and 72% of surveyed members of the public agree on the importance of insurance companies in mitigating risks.The increasingly complex insurance landscape requires the industry to maintain competitiveness, calling for more practical and in-depth collaboration between leading enterprises to enhance risk resilience and promote human development and well-being.

Against the backdrop of increasing global political and economic uncertainty, the signing of the MOU between AXA Group and PICC Group aims to focus on long-term planning and strategic coordination. By strengthening regional business cooperation globally, it has expanded the breadth and depth of financial industry opening-up, accumulating energy and momentum for better serving Chinese modernization.

「净水守护，筑爱同行」——安盛天平与合作伙伴携手公益之旅

AXA Tianping and Its Distribution Partners’ Joint Visit to Liangshan for Committing Societal Responsibilities

今年六月，安盛天平通过为期一周的“爱心捐步挑战赛”筹得善款，为四川省凉山彝族自治州乃拖镇中心校安装了反渗透纯净水设备。自此，健康安全的过滤水取代了蓄水池中不适于直接饮用的自来水，洗净了凉山雨季的浑浊，带来了健康与希望。

时隔四个月，安盛天平于10月18、19两日携手泛华、合力、隽天、黎明、明亚、志远等6家合作伙伴，共同组建爱心志愿者团队，带着对凉山孩子们的深切思念与关怀，再度踏上这片土地。此行，志愿者们不仅参访学校，亲眼目睹了净水项目为孩子们生活带来的显著变化，更在次日深入部分学生家庭进行实地探访，将爱的温度直接传递到每一个需要关怀的角落。

爱心之旅，即刻启程

10月18日上午，爱心志愿者团队抵达凉山乃拖镇中心校。恰逢课间休息，一群群热情洋溢、满怀好奇的孩子们迅速将志愿者们团团围住，他们纯真的笑容、清澈的眼神和热烈迎接，如同温暖的阳光，点亮了每一位志愿者的心房。

在公益合作伙伴爱佑慈善基金会代表的见证下，中心校校长从安盛天平总经理办公室主任兼首席转型官戴思远女士手中接过了净水设备捐赠牌匾，象征着安盛天平员工志愿者的涓涓爱心汇聚为全校师生触手可及的清洁用水。清澈的直饮水从设备中缓缓流出，为孩子们的学习与生活构筑起一道坚不可摧的健康屏障。

一同前来探望孩子们的渠道伙伴们也纷纷慷慨捐赠，带来了孩子们日常学习与生活中不可或缺的体育用品和学习用品。每一份精心准备的礼物，都蕴含着对孩子们未来成长的关爱与期望。

随后，志愿者团队在孩子们的簇拥下一起踏上了操场，在阳光下尽情奔跑，挥洒汗水，感受运动的欢乐与健康的魅力。

开展科普，提升意识

当天下午，志愿者讲师以充满活力且生动有趣的方式，为孩子们举办了一场“水健康”主题的知识讲座。未来的主人翁们全程凝神聆听，热情互动。通过这场讲座，他们不仅学习到了安全饮水的基本判断标准，还深刻认识到不洁水源可能给健康带来的严重危害。潜移默化中，健康意识得到提升，为日后养成良好的健康生活习惯打下了坚实的基础。

对话共鸣，携手筑梦

课程结束后，志愿者们与校长展开了深入交流，聆听校长对孩子们生活学习状态、生活情况及成长进步的深情讲述，不仅切身体会到当地教育工作的艰辛与不易，也更加深入地理解了师生们的实际需求与期待。

入户探访，传递关怀

10月19日，志愿者团队温馨启程，兵分三路，分别抵达东红村、东坪村与瑞城村，对六户学生的家庭进行了爱心探访。在袅袅炊烟下，志愿者们与孩子和家长们促膝长谈，传递着志愿者真挚的情感与关怀。

午后，所有志愿者在儿童之家欢聚一堂，给在十月份出生的小寿星们筹备了一场简单而温馨的生日派对。大朋友们与小朋友们手牵手心连心，围绕在蛋糕旁，共同唱响生日歌；互动游戏中，更是充满了童趣和纯真的互动，欢乐的氛围感染了在场的每一颗心。

凉山，这片被群山温柔环抱的土地，蕴藏着独特的自然之美，却也因地理条件在饮水健康上存在隐患。安盛携手公益合作伙伴们，共同关爱弱势群体，致力于为困境中的儿童带去希望与力量，用我们的爱心和实际行动点亮他们的成长之路。

In June of this year, AXA Tianping launched  a week-long “Wechat Steps Donation Challenge” to collect charitable donation for in stalling water purification equipment at the Naituo Town Central School in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province to provide sanitary water to the local students.

Four months later, on October 18 and 19, AXA Tianping joined hands with six distribution partners  – Fanhua, Helix, Juntian, Liming, Mingya, and Zhiyuan to visit Liangshan. During this visit, the volunteers not only toured the school and witnessed the significant changes brought about by the water purification project to the children’s health but also visited some students’ homes on the second day, directly delivering the warmth of love to every corner in need of care.

The Journey of Love Is Set to Begin

On the morning of October 18, the team of volunteers arrived at the Naituo Town Central School in Liangshan. It happened to be during the break, and a group of enthusiastic and curious children quickly surrounded the volunteers, their innocent smiles, clear eyes, and warm welcome lighting up the hearts of each volunteer.

In the presence of representatives from our charity foundation partner, Aiyou Charity Foundation, the school principal received a plaque commemorating the donation of the water purification equipment from Ms. Siyuan Dai, the Office Director of the General Manager and Chief Transformation Officer of AXA Tianping. This plaque symbolized the accumulated love of AXA Tianping’s employees and volunteers, transforming into clean water accessible to all teachers and students. Clear drinking water flowed slowly from the device, building an unbreakable health barrier for the children’s study and life.

The distribution partners who came to visit the children also generously donated sports and learning supplies essential to their daily lives. Each carefully prepared gift contained love and expectations for their future growth.

Following the donation, the volunteer team, accompanied by the children, ran on the playground in the sunlight, sweating and experiencing the joy of sports and the charm of health.

Enhancing Awareness

In the afternoon, the volunteer lecturer delivered a lively and interesting “Water” themed lecture for the children. The future masters of our world listened attentively and interacted enthusiastically throughout the lecture. Through this lecture, they not only learned the basic judgment standards for safe drinking water but also deeply realized the serious harm that unclean water sources can pose to health. Subtly, their health awareness was improved, laying a solid foundation for developing good health habits in the future.

Building Dreams Together

After the lecture, the volunteers had an in-depth conversation with the school principal, listening to his heartfelt stories about the children’s living and learning conditions, life situations, and progress. The volunteers not only experienced the hardships and difficulties of local education work but also gained a deeper understanding of the actual needs and expectations of the teachers and students.

Household Visits

On October 19, the volunteer team embarked on a warm journey, splitting into three groups and arriving in Donghong Village, Dongping Village, and Ruicheng Village. They visited six students’ families. Under the smoke of cooking fires, the volunteers sat down and talked with the children and their parents, conveying sincere emotions and care.

In the afternoon, all the volunteers gathered at the Children’s Home, where they prepared a simple and warm birthday party for the children born in October. The big friends and little friends held hands and hearts, gathered around the cake, and sang the birthday song together. The interactive games were filled with fun and pure interaction, infecting every heart present with joy.

Liangshan, this land embraced by mountains, harbors unique natural beauty but also faces challenges in drinking water health due to geographical conditions. AXA, together with our public welfare partners, care for vulnerable groups and are committed to bringing hope and strength to children in difficult situations, lighting up their paths of growth with our love and practical actions.

10月22日至25，2024年上海国际再保险会议在临港新片区召开。该会议吸引了全球众多知名保险公司和再保险公司积极参与。在主论坛环节举行的上海国际再保险登记交易中心首笔交易奖励拨付仪式上，在今年8月完成国际再保险分入业务首单跨境资金结算的安盛天平财产保险有限公司上海再保险运营中心成为唯一获此殊荣的险企。

奋勇争先 助力提速上海国际再保险登记交易中心建设

当前全球承保能力正处于“再布局”窗口期，作为上海打造国际一流再保险中心建设的重要抓手，上海国际再保险登记交易中心是推进再保险水平制度型开放的具体实践。依托上海国际再保险登记交易中心提供的便利化“通道”，今年8月，安盛天平再保中心成功实现了上海国际再保险登记交易中心首单跨境业务登记、交易、清分、结算全流程落地，极大提升了在清分、结算等环节的效率，业务运转大幅提质增效。据悉，此次首单场内全流程再保险交易是“港车北上”政策下，安盛香港与安盛天平合作开展的“等效先认”保险，既为粤港澳大湾区一体化融合发展贡献保险力量，也是临港新片区在跨境金融服务领域的又一重大成果。

与此同时，此次首单交易结算也将助力提速上海国际再保险中心建设。8月2日，金融监管总局、上海市人民政府联合发布了《关于加快上海国际再保险中心建设的实施意见》强调着力发展再保险增量市场，强化再保险供给能力，健全风险管理制度机制，支持银行依托上海保交所平台为真实、合规的再保险业务提供跨境资金结算便利将上海打造成为具有国际竞争力的再保险中心。安盛天平也将继续在国家政策与监管机构的指引下，做好“五篇大文章”，共享发展新机遇，积极助力中国再保险市场“双向开放”转型升级，提升上海国际金融中心能级，助力金融强国建设。

On October 22-25, 2024, the Shanghai International Reinsurance Conference was convened in Lingang New Area. The conference attracted numerous renowned insurance and reinsurance companies from around the world. During the main forum session, a ceremony was held to award the first transaction of the Shanghai International Reinsurance Registration and Trading Center by AXA Tianping Shanghai Reinsurance Operation Center, which completed the first cross-border settlement of international reinsurance incoming business in August this year as the sole recipient in this category.

Pioneering Efforts to Accelerate the Development of the Shanghai International Reinsurance Registration and Trading Center

As the global reinsurance capacity is undergoing a “reconfiguration” period, the Shanghai International Reinsurance Registration and Trading Center is a key project in Shanghai’s efforts to build an international first-class reinsurance center, representing a concrete practice of advancing the institutional opening-up of the reinsurance industry. 

Leveraging resources provided by the Shanghai International Reinsurance Registration and Trading Center, AXA Tianping Reinsurance Center successfully completed the first cross-border capital settlement of international reinsurance business in August this year. This achievement significantly enhanced the efficiency of the clearing and settlement processes, leading to a substantial improvement in operational efficiency.

It is reported that this first in-depth reinsurance transaction was conducted under the “Cross-border Vehicle Recognition” policy, in collaboration between AXA Hong Kong and AXA Tianping. It not only contributed to the integrated development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area but also marked another major achievement in cross-border financial services in Lingang New Area.

Meanwhile, the settlement of this first transaction will also help accelerate the development of the Shanghai International Reinsurance Center. On August 2, the National Financial Regulatory Administration Commission and the People’s Government of Shanghai jointly issued the “Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of the Shanghai International Reinsurance Center,” emphasizing the development of the incremental reinsurance market, strengthening reinsurance supply capacity, improving the risk management system and mechanism, and supporting banks in providing cross-border capital settlement convenience for real and compliant reinsurance business through the Shanghai Insurance Exchange platform. This aims to build Shanghai into an internationally competitive reinsurance center.

AXA Tianping will continue to follow the guidance of national policies and regulatory agencies in “five major articles,” share new development opportunities, actively contribute to the “two-way opening” and transformation and upgrading of the Chinese reinsurance market, enhance the level of the Shanghai International Financial Center, and contribute to the construction of a financial power.

This year marks the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and France, as well as the 25th anniversary of AXA’s presence in China. At the main forum of the 2024 Shanghai International Reinsurance Conference, AXA Tianping’s Shanghai Reinsurance Operations Center completed the first full-process reinsurance transaction on the Shanghai International Reinsurance Registration and Trading Center. This accomplishment not only garnered the 2024 annual typical case award of the Lingang New Area International Reinsurance Functional Zone but also received recognition as the first transaction award, which marked the full realization of  registration, trading, clearing, and settlement —-  another significant achievement of Lingang New Area in the realm of cross-border financial services   carrying far – reaching industry impact. I am thrilled to share this milestone and honor with everyone of you, and to reflect on its profound significance for the future growth of our company.

From September 24th to 26th, I had the honor of representing AXA  to attend the“2024  Well-known Chinese and Foreign Enterprises’Visit to Sichuan”event, engaging in in-depth discussions with the leaders of the Sichuan Provincial Government and various community representatives. Together, we explored AXA’s history and future ambitions in Sichuan, where we have proudly supported local development since 2006. Drawing on the Group’s expertise and strengths, AXA remains dedicated to seizing opportunities to contribute to Sichuan’s growth.

In addition to our business endeavors, we have prioritized community services in this region as well. Since 2022, we have undertaken a series of corporate philanthropy projects in Sichuan, including biog as projects as well as initiatives that aid vulnerable children in difficulty. Most recently, in October this year, we collaborated with six distribution partners including Fanhua, Heli, Juntian, Liming, Mingya, and Zhiyuan, to visit Liangshan where we have raised charitable donations to install water purification equipment to the center school of Naituo town, which embodies the collective care and commitment of AXA Tianping and its business parnters.

From setting a benchmark for the industry’s openness and reform to advancing sustainable development that benefits the society, AXA Tianping is dedicated to fostering social stability and driving economic growth, embodying corporate responsibility. 为深化拓展四川与中外企业之间的交流合作，实现机遇共享、互利共赢，9月24日至26日，由四川省人民政府主办，省经济合作局、省发展改革委等各部门共同承办的“2024中外知名企业四川行活动”在成都举行。四川省委书记、省人大常委会主任王晓晖出席活动并致辞，安盛天平财产保险有限公司首席执行官左伟豪先生受邀出席“知名外资企业合作交流圆桌会”，并以外资企业代表的身份发言，与四川省委省政府领导及各界人士共话合作与发展。

左总首先介绍了安盛在四川的发展历程，从2006年起先后设立了四川分公司、成都直销中心、成都电服中心和成都作业中心，四川已经成为安盛在华发展的运营中心和重要战略支点。作为负责任的外资险企，安盛并不止步于创造营收，更追求造福社会。自2022年以来，安盛天平连续三年在四川落地公益项目，包括可持续清洁能源项目、困境儿童爱心捐助以及学校净水设备捐建等，并广泛号召员工、渠道伙伴和客户积极参与，累计筹集善款30余万元，实地爱心探访近百人次。

To deepen and expand exchanges and cooperation between Sichuan and well-known enterprises from home and abroad for shared opportunities and victory, the “20242024 Well-known Chinese and Foreign Enterprises’Visit to Sichuan ” was held in Chengdu from September 24 to 26. The event was hosted by the People’s Government of Sichuan Province and jointly organized by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Economic Cooperation and Development, the Sichuan Provincial Development and Reform Commission, and other relevant departments. Wang Xiaohui, Secretary of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the Sichuan Provincial People’s Congress, attended the event and delivered a speech. Kevin Chor, CEO of AXA Tianping, was invited to attend the“Roundtable Discussion on Cooperation and Development of Well-known Foreign Enterprises” and delivered a speech as a representative of foreign-funded enterprises, discussing cooperation and development with leaders of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government and other distinguished guests.

The speech started with the introduction of AXA’s history in Sichuan. Since 2006, AXA has established a branch in Sichuan, a direct sales center in Chengdu, a call center in Chengdu, and an operation center in Chengdu. Sichuan has become the operation center and an important strategic fulcrum for AXA’s development in China. As a responsible foreign-funded insurance company, AXA recognizes the importance of social responsibilities as well.Since 2022, AXA Tianping has implemented corporate philanthropy projects in Sichuan for three consecutive years, including biog as projects, donations to underprivileged children, and the establish men of water purification equipment in schools. We have actively called on employees, distribution partners, and customers to participate, raising more than 300,000 yuan in donations and conducting nearly 100 field visits.

AXA has high expectations for the development of Sichuan and its surrounding southwest market. While consolidating the  motor insurance business, we will continue to increase investment in health insurance, travel insurance, and commercial insurance. We hope to fully grasp the development opportunities brought by the rapid population growth, increasing disposable income, aggregation of high-quality medical resources, and strong policy support in Sichuan. We will continuously expand the breadth and depth of health insurance products, leverage the abundant tourism resources in Sichuan, exert our professional advantages in insurance protection and risk management, improve the overall risk resistance of the industry, optimize tourists’ experience, and promote the prosperity and development of the industry. As the world’s largest commercial insurer, AXA will actively serve the Belt and Road Initiative, in line with Sichuan’s positioning as a western international gateway hub and an inland open highland, to provide insurance solutions and protection for Sichuan enterprises’ overseas expansion.

During the roundtable discussion, Mr. Kevin Chor also expressed the hope of getting support from the government  in asset revitalization, talent introduction, and policy preferential treatment. He stated that AXA is willing to act as a bridge, providing insurance solutions for Sichuan enterprises going global to help them achieve greater success in the global market. On the other hand, we are happy to connect Sichuan with global resources to expand Sichuan’s “foreign investment circle.”

After the successful conclusion of the roundtable discussion on the 25th, Mr. Kevin Chor and Ms. Dai Siyuan, General Manager of the CEO Office and Chief Transformation Officer, visited the Chengdu Direct Sales Online Center and the Electronic Service Center. Mr. Kevin Chor fully affirmed the excellent execution and performance of the center’s sales team in the face of complex, volatile, and intense market competition. He also participated in the front line customer service through online listening to get the firsthand experience. He praised everyone’s achievements in consumer protection work through active and bold attempts while stabilizing sales performance. He encouraged everyone to be innovative, continue to strive, maintain a high spirit in the fourth quarter, win the final battle of the year, and create more value for the company.

上海分公司：金融知识走进出租车司机与新市民

9月24日，与强生交通旗下强生银鑫汽车销售服务有限公司合作，共同创建了“金融知识宣教基地”。该基地为出租车司机和新市民提供便捷的金融知识学习平台，帮助他们提升金融素养，增强风险防范意识。通过开展金融知识普及讲座，安盛天平将保险基础知识、机动车辆保险知识、防范金融诈骗、个人信息安全等重要内容，生动地呈现在大家面前，并解答他们在金融消费中遇到的问题。

广西分公司：“党建 + 消保”，推动乡村振兴

积极响应国家乡村振兴战略，在乡村地区开展金融知识普及活动，设立了“金融消保宣传试验点”。宣传小组的成员们向村民们耐心地讲解保险知识，让村民们了解到保险在生活中的重要性，同时，他们还捐赠物资，用实际行动表达对乡村百姓的关爱。通过党建引领，将金融消费者权益保护融入乡村振兴工作，助力乡村经济发展，传播金融正能量。

On September 24, AXA Tianping collaborated with Qiangsheng Yin Xin Automobile Sales Service Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Qiangsheng Transportation, to create a “Financial Knowledge Education Base”. This base provides a convenient platform for taxi drivers and new urban residents to learn financial knowledge, helping them enhance their financial literacy and risk prevention awareness. Through financial knowledge lectures, AXA Tianping presents important topics such as insurance basics, motor insurance knowledge, financial fraud prevention, and personal information security.

Guangxi Branch: “CPC Building + Consumer Protection” Drives Rural Revitalization

Actively responding to the national rural revitalization strategy, the branch has established a “Financial Consumer Protection Propaganda Pilot Point” in rural areas. Members of the propaganda team patiently explain insurance knowledge to villagers, helping them understand the importance of insurance in their lives. Additionally, they donate supplies to express their care for rural residents. Through Party building leadership, the branch integrates financial consumer rights and interests protection into rural revitalization efforts, contributes to rural economic development, and spreads positive financial energy.

在10月18-19日举行的DAMA中国数据管理峰会上，安盛天平凭借“数据领航，治理创新：Data Open Day打造数据文化新生态”项目，荣获“数据治理创新奖”。该项目通过四年的深耕，推动了数据治理创新与数字化转型，致力于培育数据文化，提升员工数据意识。从“数据好玩”出发，逐步实现“数据好用”至“数据变现”，通过文化影响，为公司注入“数据基因”。Data Open Day在形式、内容、渠道上均实现了突破，不仅追求数据与业务融合，更通过内外渠道的宣贯，让数据理念深入人心，最终实现了数据文化在安盛天平的潜移默化，获得了评委专家的高度认可。

9月24日至25日，安盛天平运营部受邀参加为期两天的AXA软件工程高峰会亚洲分会场。该峰会汇聚了来自13个AXA集团旗下实体的近100名技术精英，共同探讨了超过20个前沿主题，涵盖GenAI技术、技术实践、新产品开发以及方法论创新等多个方向。安盛天平工程师积极参与讨论，并带来两个精彩的主题分享：《安盛天平的产品工厂转型之旅》与《Python编程：不止是数据分析》。

《安盛天平的产品工厂转型之旅》详细阐述了自主研发、拥有完全知识产权的产品工厂系统，展现了业务与IT部门的紧密合作，有效提升了产品交付速度。现场的技术专家们就知识产权、业务推动、系统收益等方面进行了深入探讨。而在《Python编程：不止是数据分析》主题中，我司工程师分享了使用Python编程语言搭建数据模型，以及与支付宝等一流互联网公司合作，对客户进行精准分群、提升客户品质、提高销售效率的实践案例。

此次参会收获颇丰，安盛天平不仅了解了最新的技术趋势，如AXA各子公司积极探索GenAI应用场景，还学习到了许多优秀的技术实践，如日本的DevOps自动化、IBM的FinOps理论、Databricks的RAG设计等。并且结识了许多志同道合的同行，深入了解了AXA其他子公司的系统建设情况，为未来的合作与交流奠定了坚实基础。

AXA Tianping has recently achieved two significant milestones in the fields of data governance and digital transformation: winning the 2024 DAMA China Data Governance Innovation Award and actively participating in the AXA Software Engineering Summit, engaging with global technology leaders to discuss cutting-edge technologies and contributing to the advancement of digital transformation and industry development.

At the DAMA China Data Management Summit held on October 18-19, AXA Tianping was awarded the “Data Governance Innovation Award” for its “Data Navigation, Governance Innovation: Data Open Day Creating a New Data Culture Ecosystem” project. This four-year project has driven innovation in data governance and digital transformation, focusing on cultivating a data culture and enhancing employees’ data awareness. Starting from the concept of “fun with data,” it has gradually achieved “useful data” and “monetizing data,” infusing the company with a “data gene” through cultural influence. The Data Open Day initiative has made breakthroughs in format, content, and channels, not only pursuing data and business integration but also promoting data concepts through internal and external channels, ultimately achieving a subtle transformation of data culture at AXA Tianping and receiving high recognition from the judges.

From September 24 to 25, the Operations Department of AXA Tianping was invited to participate in the two-day AXA Software Engineering Summit Asia venue. This summit brought together nearly 100 technology elites from 13 entities under the AXA Group, discussing more than 20 cutting-edge topics covering GenAI technology, technical practices, new product development, and methodology innovation. AXA Tianping engineers actively participated in the discussions and presented two exciting topics: “The Journey of AXA Tianping’s Product Factory Transformation” and “Python Programming: More Than Just Data Analysis.”

This presentation detailed the independently developed, fully proprietary Product Factory system, demonstrating the close collaboration between business and IT departments and effectively improving product delivery speed. The technical experts in attendance engaged in in-depth discussions on intellectual property, business promotion, and system benefits. In the “Python Programming: More Than Just Data Analysis” topic, our engineers shared their experience using Python programming language to build data models and collaborate with leading internet companies like Alipay to accurately segment customers, improve customer quality, and enhance sales efficiency.

AXA Tianping hasgained insights into the latest technology trends, such as the exploration of GenAI application scenarios by AXA subsidiaries, whilelearning from excellent technical practices, including DevOps automation in Japan, FinOps theory from IBM, and RAG design by Databricks. Additionally, AXA Tianping connected with like-minded peers and gained a deeper understanding of system development in other AXA subsidiaries, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation and exchange.

AXA Tianping will continue to be guided by data governance and leverage technology as a backbone of innovation,leading the innovative application of data and actively participating in technical exchanges and cooperation within the AXA Group. On October 14, 2024, Mr. Zhu Jiang, Deputy Director of the Shenzhen Municipal Financial Office and Deputy Director of the Shenzhen Local Financial Regulatory Bureau, and Ms. Yuan Ying, Deputy District Mayor of Futian District, led a delegation to visit the AXA Greater China headquarters in Hong Kong for a meeting. This meeting reflected the Shenzhen municipal government’s high regard for AXA Group’s business operations and development in China, especially in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA). Mr. Zhu expressed that Shenzhen, as a frontier of reform and opening-up, is dedicated to building a global financial center and warmly welcomes AXA Group’s participation. He also mentioned that Shenzhen, as an important export base and foreign investment window, has a strong demand for insurance services. He hopes that AXA Group can actively participate in the financial innovation and insurance industry development in Shenzhen, contributing to the construction of the GBA area.

Ms. Yuan provided a detailed introduction to the advantages of investment promotion in Futian District – as the central urban district and financial center of Shenzhen, Futian District boasts a favorable financial ecological environment and policy advantages. She welcomed AXA Group to carry out new energy vehicle insurance research and development business in Futian and explore cooperation in health insurance, medical services, and elderly care sectors.

AXA remains confident in the development of the Chinese market and the GBA area, demonstrating a firm strategic resolve. Ms. Yin stated that the integration process of the GBA provides valuable development opportunities for financial institutions, including AXA. AXA Group will leverage its professional advantages in risk management to actively participate in the construction of the GBA area and serve the growing insurance protection needs of the local population.

She also expressed her deep impression of the pilot demonstration and policy advantages of the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone. AXA will continue to study and strengthen communication and interaction to explore convenient and efficient cross-border linkage models to better support the development of its GBA business.

The meeting resulted in multiple consensus on the strategic layout and industry development of the GBA in the future, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation. On September 25, 2024, the China-ASEAN Insurance Cooperation and Development Forum was held in Nanning, Guangxi. Mr. Zhou Liancheng, Vice President and Chief Distribution & Sales Officer, AXA Tianping, was invited to attend the event.

The forum was jointly organized by the National Financial Regulatory Administration and the People’s Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, with the theme of “Openness, Cooperation, Integration, and Common Prosperity of the China-ASEAN Insurance Market.” Attendees included representatives from relevant departments of the National Financial Regulatory Administration, renowned scholars, the China Insurance Association， the China Insurance Institute, and insurance companies from China and abroad, totaling more than 200 people.

During the forum, Mr. Zhou delivered a speech titled “AXA’s Outlook on China-ASEAN Insurance Cooperation: Building Risk Defenses Together, Creating a Prosperous Future Together,” introducing AXA Group’s global advantages and localization development strategy.
