2022年对安盛天平来说是不平凡的一年。在全体员工的辛勤努力下,我们成功应对了新冠疫情带来的困难,并在转型过程中推动了各个业务条线的非凡进展。

我们在2022年转型方面继续努力践行在加强公司治理方面的承诺。2022年共完成150多项制度更新,其中包括分支机构费用管理政策。同时,我们也成功推进旨在提升效率的行动和项目,实现约1亿元的费用优化。在深化落实机构转型,优化机构布局与资源配置方面,截至2022年底,已有9家二级机构实现阶段性提升。在三级机构优化项目中,90%以上的机构达成了优化目标。公司人均产能提高了38%,保单成本优化8.6%,非车销售团队人数亦增长了50%。

在产品方面,健康险开启了员福业务,并在2022年达成3500万元保费。我们也持续提升健康险核心技术能力建设,将科技融入业务流程。CHEP项目所建立的健康险核心系统,是健康险业务达成同比增长71%的坚实助力。车险客群与车型提升试点,使直销渠道中高端客户数量增加了158%。此外,2022年商业险取得了前所未有的进展。通过与安盛信利的协作,我们加强了商业险条线的承保能力与市场竞争力。安盛安美3.0项目已启动,从整体视角审视客户数字化旅程。

2023年对安盛天平来说至关重要。我们将追求高质量发展,塑造盈利文化。2023年我们的转型目标是:

  • 车险双轨并行发展。
  • 对于健康和零售险,我们将在中高端健康险板块扩大优势。
  • 商业险方面,战略机构进一步拓展至9家。

与此同时,我们也应当时刻遵循监管规定,恪守合规经营,促进公司的可持续健康发展。

2022 is an extraordinary year for AXA Tianping. With the hard work of all employees, we have successfully coped with the difficulties brought about by the new crown epidemic, and promoted the extraordinary progress of various business lines during the transformation process.

In 2022, we continued efforts to deliver on our commitment to strengthen corporate governance. In 2022, more than 150 system updates will be completed, including branch expense management policies. We also successfully promoted actions and projects aimed at improving efficiency, and realized a total cost optimization of about 100 million yuan. In terms of deepening the implementation of organizational transformation and optimizing organizational layout and resource allocation, by the end of 2022, nine secondary institutions have achieved phased upgrades. In the three-level institutional optimization project, more than 90% of institutions achieved optimization goals. The company’s per capita production capacity has increased by 38%, policy costs have been optimized by 8.6%, and the number of non-vehicle sales teams has also increased by 50%.

In terms of insurance lines, the employee welfare business has been launched in the health insurance line, with the premium reaching 35 million yuan in 2022. We continued to improve the core technical capabilities of the product line and integrated technology into business processes. The health insurance core system established by the CHEP project was also a solid boost for the health insurance business to achieve a year-on-year growth of 71%. On the other hand, the pilot program of auto insurance customer base and model upgrade increased the number of mid-to-high-end customers through the direct sales channel by 158%. Lastly, commercial insurance made unprecedented progress in 2022. Through cooperation with AXA XULI, we have strengthened the underwriting capacity and market competitiveness of commercial insurance lines. The AXA Amtex 3.0 project was launched to examine customers’ digital journey from a holistic perspective.

2023 is crucial for AXA Tianping. We will pursue high-quality development and shape a profitable culture. Our transformation goals in 2023 are:

  • Dual-track parallel development of auto insurance.
  • For health and retail insurance, we will expand our advantages in the mid-to-high-end health insurance segment.
  • In terms of commercial insurance, the number of strategic institutions will be further expanded to 9.

At the same time, we should always abide by the regulatory requirements, abide by compliance operations, and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the company.

在3月7日,以“商企并进,专业制盛”为主题的首次企业险业务推介会顺利召开。 来自总公司管理层、销售企划、商业险、企业险等部门的代表与商企险战略机构同仁共同见证了安盛天平商业企业险在机构的战略布局又迈出关键的一步。

公司首席执行官左伟豪先生为会议致开场辞,他首先对过去一年里,商业险在机构的业务发展和能力建设方面取得的成绩予以肯定。他指出,2023年是机构商业险发展的关键之年,也是机构企业险业务发展的元年。希望企业险的团队能够做好集团和本地的桥梁,同时能够牢牢把握发展机遇,在做好商业险基本盘的基础上,在大型企业风险业务方面有所突破,为机构长期盈利性增长创造新的空间。左总还表示,本次会议的主题——“商企并进,专业制盛” 正是他对商企险长期发展战略的期待。希望安盛天平的商业险和企业险协同并进,借助全球资源,深耕本土市场,以专业能力驱动高质量增长。

销售企划部接下来介绍了2023年机构企业险业务考核规则,不仅将企业险业务正式纳入机构商业险达成考核范畴,并以特别核算加成的方式激励各战略机构在企业险业务上实现突破。机构端同仁还了解了相关业务流程,并从业务偏好、综合实力、产品和应用、上市地点、所在行业、财务状况、资源优势等维度全面解读了公司风险偏好逻辑及业务选择标准,以及企业险的业务范畴和资源优势。

会议尾声,安盛天平企业保险部董事总经理周昊明介绍了企业险团队成员及未来计划,进一步增强了机构借力资源整合,拓展本地业务的信心。

On March 7, the first corporate insurance business promotion meeting with the theme of “commercial and enterprise development to empower professional development” was successfully held. Representatives from the management, sales planning, commercial insurance, corporate insurance, and other departments of the head office joined colleagues from the strategic institutions to witness another key step in the layout of AXA Tianping commercial and enterprise insurance within the institution.  

Kevin CHOR, CEO of AXA Tianping, delivered an opening speech for the meeting. He first affirmed the achievements of commercial insurance in the past year in terms of business development and capacity building of the institution. He pointed out that 2023 is a critical year for the development of institutional commercial insurance. It is also the first year of the development of the institutional corporate insurance business. The corporate insurance team is expected to bridge between the group and the local area while firmly grasping the development opportunities at the same time. With the foundation of performing well in the basic market of commercial insurance, it will make breakthroughs in large-scale enterprise risk businesses and create long-term profitable growth for the institution. Mr. Chor also said that the theme of this meeting – “commercial and enterprise go hand in hand, professional system prospers” exactly demonstrates his expectation for the long-term development strategy of commercial and enterprise insurance. It is hoped that AXA Tianping’s commercial and corporate insurance will develop together by utilizing global resources, deeply cultivating the local market, and driving high-quality growth with professional capabilities.

The sales planning department then introduced the assessment rules for institutional corporate insurance business in 2023. Not only it formally included corporate insurance business in the scope of institutional commercial insurance achievement assessment, but it also encouraged strategic institutions to achieve breakthroughs in this business through special accounting bonuses. For colleagues from the institutional side, they can learn about relevant business processes and the company’s risk preference logic and business selection criteria. These colleagues can also study more about corporate insurance policies including the dimensions of business preference, comprehensive strength, products and applications, listing location, industry, financial status, and advantages of resources and business scopes.

At the end of the meeting, ZHOU Haoming, Managing Director of the Corporate Insurance Department of AXA Tianping, introduced the members of the corporate insurance team and future plans. It further strengthened the institution’s confidence in expanding local business through resource integration.

A full house of distinguished guests gathered in Yangcheng for the AXA Commercial Insurance Forum and the seminar “Upholding Principles and Helping the Real Economy” in Guangzhou on March 21. Sylvain FOURRIER, Consul General of France in Guangzhou, Kevin CHOR, CEO of AXA Tianping, and many other guests from the insurance industry gathered in Guangzhou to discuss how to harness the power of insurance to mitigate enterprise concerns and empower economic development.

Following last year’s stop in Nanjing, this year’s forum was hosted in Guangzhou to herald AXA commercial insurance’s 2023 journey. The theme of this forum was “Insurance Boosts the Real Economy”, which not only responds to the call of “high-quality development” proposed by the National People’s Congress, but also closely adheres to the current economic recovery and stable growth opportunities of the times.

In his opening speech, Consul General FOURRIERE said that the economic cooperation between France and China is very close and Guangdong, as the number one economic province in China, plays a very important role in it. As a leader in the French financial industry, AXA has solid foundations, rich experience and global resources in risk management and corporate support, and will certainly play an important role in promoting Sino-French economic and trade exchanges and activating Guangdong’s economic development.

In the beginning of March, the Guangdong Provincial government issued a cl to further boost confidence and promote high-quality development of enterprises. To this end, the forum also invited guest representatives from the fields of insurance and economic generation to have a roundtable discussion.

On March 2, during the 2nd China Insurance Digital Transformation Summit, the“Anshengbao Open Platform Practice” provided by AXA Tianping IT team won the “Excellent Case of Digital Transformation of the Year”. Based on the service architecture of AXA Cloud platform, the project integrates a number of online business functions and is fully open to partners in the form of API interface. The platform aims to create a new customer-centric service model and promote the channel business to a better direction of development. In the future, the company hopes to expand its service capabilities in risk control, claims settlement and healthcare, provide refined operation strategy and technology enabling solutions, and continue to integrate high-quality internal and external platform resources operation.

AXA Releases 2023 Mental Health Survey

3月16日,《2023安盛心理健康状况调研报告》在亚洲正式发布,共有来自亚洲、欧洲和美洲的16个国家和地区的30,000名受访者参与了此次调研。

《报告》的最新结果显示Z世代(18~24岁)群体首当其冲:中国内地近半数(46%)Z世代群体的心理健康状态堪忧。研究发现,在中国内地18~24岁的年轻人中,仅有17%的受访者拥有“幸福快乐” 的最佳精神健康状态,而全球这一比例更仅有13%,在所有受访年龄群体中均为最低。本次调研明确指出了Z世代在当今职场中面临的种种挑战,同时也表明雇主需要寻求具有针对性的心理健康支持方案,以应对年轻人才流失率激增的潜在风险。

研究结果旨在为个人、企业、医疗健康从业人员和政策决策者提供资讯,帮助他们了解当前社会的心理健康状况,监测长远的变化,并助其活出“幸福快乐”的人生。安盛集团还希望通过本次调研为个人及企业提供所需的洞察分析,帮助他们深入了解并积极改善心理健康状况,引领社会正向发展,帮助社会大众实现幸福快乐的人生。

On March 16, the “2023 AXA Mental Health Report” was officially released in Asia. A total of 30,000 respondents from 16 countries and regions in Asia, Europe and the Americas participated in the survey.

This year, the latest findings from the annual AXA Study of Mind Health and Wellbeing 2023 revealed that Gen Z (aged 18-24) appears to be taking the brunt of the impact, with nearly half of Gen Z in mainland China (46%) experiencing poor mental health, making them the only age group that has more people struggling than flourishing in Chinese mainland. The research also found that in Chinese mainland , only 17% of young people aged 18-24 are flourishing at the pinnacle of mind health, with the proportion being 13% in globally, both the lowest across all age groups.

The Survey identifies specific challenges they face in today’s workplace, while also highlighting the need for employers to explore tailored support to address a potential surge in turnover in young talent.

The findings aim to provide individuals, business, health professionals and policymakers with intelligence to help understand mind health in society, monitor changes over time and achieve a state of flourishing. AXA also leverages the research to equip individuals and businesses with the insights they need to foster positive mind health, contribute to effecting change in society and ultimately become fit to flourish.

The official theme of this year’s International Women’s Day is #EmbraceEquity. On this occasion, we invited every employee to participate in this global event, and work together with colleagues from AXA Asia and Africa to create an equal world where half of the world’s population can achieve more achievements and success. Such support and participation will help eliminate gender barriers in the workplace and support the development of women in the workplace.

In the recently announced 2022 AXA Entity Sustainability Index, AXA Tianping rose to the 17th place in the world, with a total YoY increase of 16.57 points (59.2 rising to 75.77) compared with last year. AXA Tianping has the largest score increase of any AXA entity in 2022, driven by a solid performance in various sustainability areas, especially the environment.

We have also achieved extraordinary results in Asia, ranking third in Asia following closely behind Thailand (78.43 points) and Hong Kong (75.93 points), and surpassing Japan with a significant advantage of 2.44 points.

These achievements fully demonstrate that our team has always integrated AXA values into everything we do. Whether it is providing more innovation-centric green solutions, reducing our carbon footprint to meet our 2025 environmental goals, or encouraging more employees to learn more about climate change and use renewable items in their daily lives – we always strive to contribute and make a difference in the communities we live in.

在安盛之星评选中,共有22位总部和机构同事摘取2022年度安盛之星,并分别获团结之星、勇敢之星、正直之星和转型之星。月刊将为这些同事专门开设“安盛之星的故事”专栏,帮助大家进一步了解安盛人践行安盛价值观的故事。

本月我们将为大家讲述团结之星——湖北分公司财务部会计黄玉新、勇敢之星——定价核保部总监田帅、正直之星——人力资源部薪酬管理负责人刘莉以及转型之星——现在于河北分公司非车险部担任健康险业务经理齐博。

In the AXA Star contest, altogether 22 AXA colleagues from headquarters and branches are entitled to awards of AXA Stars in Transformation, Customer First, Integrity, Courage, and One AXA. This special column was set up for them so we can all know their stories in living the AXA values and making their contribution to the company’s growth.

This month we will introduce stories of our One AXA Star, Finance Department Accountant of the Hubei Branch Huang Yuxin and our Courage Star, Pricing Underwriting Department Director Tian Shuai. We will also introduce our Integrity Star, Human Resources Department Salary Manager Yuki Liu, and our Transformation Star, Non-motor Department Health Insurance Business Manager of the Hebei Branch Qi Bo.  

团结之星黄玉新的故事:One AXA Star – Huang Yuxin’s Story:

黄玉新入职安盛7年,在湖北分公司的财务部担任会计。她在工作中带领及配合其他同事完成各项工作,曾借调到总公司参加总账系统升级项目测试,及时提出改进建议并解决问题。她积极配合监管数据质量专项治理工作,参加内外部各项培训,与公司和同事共同进步及成长。

Q: 获得安盛之星是什么样的感受?

很荣幸能被评为2022安盛之星,感谢领导及同事对我的信任及支持。我从一个刚大学毕业的新人,到能熟练的处理各项财务工作,离不开领导的教导和同事们的帮助,是他们培养了我。所以这份荣誉不光属于我个人,还属于公司每一位成员。

Q:平时生活中有哪些保持自信、健康、快乐的习惯或者爱好?

看书、看电影、看电视。

黄玉新

Huang Yuxin has joined AXA for 7 years and works as the accountant in Hubei Branch’s Finance Department. She has been leading and cooperating with other colleagues to complete numerous tasks at work. She was switched to the head office to participate in the general ledger system upgrade test project, and put forward improvement suggestions to solve problems in a timely manner. She actively aligns with management of data quality regulations, participates in various internal and external trainings, making progress and growing with the company and colleagues.

Q: How does it feel to get an AXA Star?

It is a great honor to be selected as a 2022 AXA Star, and I would like to thank my leaders and colleagues for their trust and support. From a newcomer who just graduated from university, to being able to handle various financial tasks proficiently, I couldn’t have been able to do this without the guidance of the leaders and the help of my colleagues. So this honor belongs not only to me personally, but also to every member of the company.

Q: What helps you stay healthy?

Reading books, watching movies and TV.

勇敢之星田帅的故事:Courage Star – Tian Shuai’s Story:

田帅于2015年加入安盛,担任定价核保部总监。他在工作中勇敢面对困难和挑战,于2022上半年优化迭代车险定价策略及梳理定价决策机制。他成功试点小吨位货车的扩展上线和推广车险叠加健康险产品,其产品月保费更突破200万。

Q: 获得安盛之星是什么样的感受?

能够获得安盛之星的奖项,非常开心和激动,首先很感谢各位领导对我工作的肯定和支持,同时也很感激我们团队以及机构的伙伴们在工作中对我的帮助。其实,“勇敢之星”并不仅是我个人的成绩,更多的是来自整个团队一起努力的结果。在以后的工作中,我会继续秉承“勇敢之星”的理念,恪守职业操守,发挥自己的能量,更好的服务公司发展。

Q:平时生活中有哪些保持自信、健康、快乐的习惯或者爱好?

生活中我比较喜欢听听音乐、唱唱歌,也喜欢看些相声小品,来缓解压力。偶尔会去下图书馆,坐上一天,感受下学习的氛围。

Q: 可以分享最近在看的一本书、一部电影或一部剧吗?

电影《当幸福来敲门》。虽然是一部很老的片子,但确实对我感触很深,在压力大的时候,再坚持一下,就会有更好的结果了。

田帅

Tian Shuai joined AXA in 2015 and now works in the Pricing Underwriting Department as Director. Tian has faced difficulties and challenges in his work courageously. He optimized and iterated the motor insurance pricing strategy while sorting out the pricing decision-making mechanism. He successfully piloted the expansion of small-tonnage trucks. Under his strong promotion of motor insurance and health products, the monthly premium of his products exceeded 2 million.   

Q: How does it feel to get an AXA Star?

I will continue to uphold the “Brave Star”, abide by professional ethics, give full play to my abilities, and serve the company’s development.

Q: What helps you stay healthy?

In my life, I prefer listening to music, singing and watching some cross talk sketches to relieve pressure. Occasionally, I will go to the library and sit for a day to feel the atmosphere of learning.

Q: Any books or TV series you would like to share?

The movie 《When Happiness Knocks on the Door》. Although it is a very old film, it really feels deeply for me. In times of great pressure, if you stick to it, you will have better results.

正直之星刘莉的故事:Integrity Star – Yuki Liu ’s Story:

刘莉在人力资源部担任薪酬管理负责人,一直致力为公司创建合规高效的流程机制,全面保障公司及员工利益。刘莉加入安盛之初,人力资源部门正针对中饱私囊、恶意窃取公司利益等问题进行改革及整顿,而她在工作中对虚假欺骗行为的零容忍,提升了员工认可度和满意度。

Q: 获得安盛之星是什么样的感受?

作为当年新入职员工就有机会获评安盛之星,被公司、团队及领导认可,我感到非常自豪和激动。对我来说这是一份荣誉,也是一份激励,我将以创建合规高效的流程机制、全面保障公司及员工利益为核心,用最严谨的工作态度,带入今后在安盛的每一项工作中,与安盛共成长。

Liu Li is in charge of salary management in the Human Resources Department, and has been committed to creating a compliant and efficient process mechanism for the company to fully protect the interests of the company and employees. When Liu Li joined AXA, the human resources department was reforming and rectifying problems such as embezzlement. Her zero tolerance for deceptive behaviors at work has earned her employee recognition.

Q: How does it feel to get an AXA Star?

As a new employee that year, I had the opportunity to be awarded the AXA Star and was recognized by the company, team and leaders. I feel very proud and excited.

Q: What helps you stay healthy?

Pilates, travel, meditation, parent-child activities.

转型之星齐博的故事:Transformation Star – Qi Bo ’s Story:

齐博在寿险行业工作超过10年,现在于河北分公司非车险部担任健康险业务经理。齐博坚定推动转型创新,带领河北分公司累计完成健康险保费2149万元,在保费规模和达成率系统内排名第一。他全年组织多场内部及对外培训,大力提升和培养讲师的授课能力,持续迎接市场的挑战和证明安盛的价值。

Q: 获得2021安盛之星是什么感受呢?

首先感谢总分公司领导给予这样一个机会,增加了我继续转型的动力。转型之路很难,因为各地区的情况不一样,所有的经验都无法借鉴,只能摸着石头过河;转型之路很苦,因为没有成功之前,来自外界的都是压力,只能自己默默去承受;转型之路很飒,因为成功后大家觉得你身上都是光环,而背后的故事只有自己知道。但是无论转型如何,这条道我们都要坚持不懈的勇敢走下去,没有退路可言。

Q:平时生活中有哪些保持自信、健康、快乐的习惯或者爱好?

研讨问题的时候,可以和领导据理力争,但是一旦商议好的事情,即使和自己的想法不合,也要不打折扣的执行下去。因为既然当时认同了,那就是有打动我的道理。压力大了,自己泡杯茶,默默的待上一下午,一切迎刃而解。出去讲课,大家都亲切的叫我齐博士,我的自信源泉就是来自于渠道对我的认可,销售团队对我服务能力的认可。

Q: 可以分享最近在看的一本书、一部电影或一部剧吗?

《亮剑》,包含日常管理、沟通上级和下级、团队文化建设,在剧集中都能多多少少找到答案。

With experiences of working in the life insurance industry for more than 10 years, Qi Bo currently works as Non-motor Department Health Insurance Business Manager in the Hebei Branch. Qi has been leading transformation and innovation in accordance with AXA’s spirit of the contract. He led the Hebei branch to complete the health insurance premiums of RMB21.49 million, ranking first in the premium scale system and achievement rate system. Throughout the year, he also held many internal and external training sessions to improve and cultivate the lecturers’ teaching skills. He continues to meet different challenges of the market while demonstrating the value of AXA.

Q: How do you feel about winning the AXA Star Award?

First of all, thanks to HQ for giving such an opportunity, which only increases my motivation for continued transformation.The road to transformation is difficult, because the situation across regions varies, and experiences are not necessarily universally applicable but can only be used as guides;The road to transformation is very bitter, as one must withstand external pressure silently before the project is proven successful;The road to transformation is melancholy, because even after you find success and receive recognition, only you know the effort it took to get here.But no matter how this transformation is, we must go down with unremitting bravery without retreat.

Q: What helps you stay healthy?

You can argue for your own ideas initially, but once you’ve reached a consensus, even if it wasn’t your desired choice, you have to do it thoroughly since that was the agreement. When the pressure gets big, I make myself a cup of tea and spend an afternoon by myself and the issues will slowly resolve themselves. When I go out to teach classes, everyone calls me Professor Qi, and this recognition from the retail team is a source of confidence for me.

Q: Any books or TV series you would like to share?

《Drawing Sword》,a TV series that provides insights on everyday management, internal communications, team culture building and various other tidibits.

在全体同仁的辛勤努力下,2022年公司各项转型工作都取得了前所未有的成果和突破——整体保费增速达2%,机构非车保费占比达到22%,实现了“双轮驱动”的稳健增长模式;机构通过提升基础管理和渠道经营能力,不断向精细化管理迈进;车险业务保持韧性,商业险、零售险和健康险增速高于市场平均水平。与此同时,公司在提升车险定价、核保能力,布局新能源车,发力员福业务,完善非车系统和技术能力,强化消保工作,践行ESG等多方面都取得了不错的成绩。

随着疫情防控政策的放开,2023年既是机遇也是挑战,我们有理由对在中国市场的可持续增长有更大的期许和信心。而在更加激烈的竞争格局下,只有不断提升自身实力,才能决胜长期发展。

立春前后,我踏上了一系列巡访之旅,从天府之国的成都,到首都北京,再到齐鲁大地的济南,行程涵盖监管机构拜访、合作伙伴会谈、直销中心、电服中心及各地分支机构,在地管理团队和一线伙伴亲切交流座谈,期待大家以更旺盛的斗志,更发奋的姿态和更充沛的干劲,追求高质量的发展,实现盈利性的增长。

Dear AXA colleagues,

With the return of spring, we at AXA Tianping have thrown ourselves into the year with renewed vitality and vigor. On January 31, our Q1 Townhall took place at the Ruiming office, where we took the opportunity to review our achievements in 2022 and look ahead to 2023. We unite as a company to achieve “high-quality, diversified development and continuous improvement of profitability”.

Thanks to the hard work of all colleagues, in 2022, the company has achieved unprecedented results and breakthroughs in various transformation tasks –
the growth rate of overall premiums reached 2% and the proportion of institutional non-motor insurance premiums reached 22%, demonstrating the steady growth of our “dual-engine” model. Additionally, we are constantly refining our management by improving channel operation capabilities; Our auto insurance business remains resilient, and the growth rates of commercial insurance, retail insurance and health insurance are higher than the market average. At the same time, the company has achieved good results in improving auto insurance pricing and underwriting capabilities, deploying new energy vehicles, developing employee welfare, improving non-vehicle systems and technical capabilities, strengthening consumer protection work, and practicing ESG.

With the liberalization of epidemic prevention and control policies, 2023 presents both opportunity and challenge. We have greater expectations and confidence in the sustainable growth in the Chinese market. Yet in a more competitive landscape, only by continuously improving our strengths can we win in the long run.

Earlier this spring, I embarked on a tour, from Chengdu, the land of abundance, to Beijing, the capital, and then to Jinan, the land of Qilu. The local management team and front-line partners had a cordial discussion. We look forward to our collective continued pursuit of high-quality development and achievements in profitable growth accompanied by a vigorous fighting spirit, can-do attitude and vivacious energy.
