The 14th Lujiazui Forum was successfully held on June 8 and 9. AXA Tianping was glad to be invited to attend the monumental financial industry event for the fourth consecutive year. Echoing this year’s theme “Global Financial Opening-up and Cooperation: New Drivers of Economic Recovery,” AXA Tianping CEO Kevin Chor spoke with major publications including National Business Daily, International Finance News, and China News Service. On June 2, 2023 the “Insurance Innovation Conference” was hosted by China Banking & Insurance News in Shanghai. AXA was delighted to be attend the event and to have received the “Golden Word-of-mouth” Medical Insurance of the Year award for the Comprehensive IP+OP product.

The “Golden Word-of-mouth” awards are jointly launched by China Banking & Insurance News, China Insurance and Social Security Research Center, and Fosur Tech, with the aim to provide an objective and extensive grading for insurance businesses, acting as an accessible and approachable platform for customers to understand with the insurance market. As a well-known mid-range medical insurance product, AXA’s Comprehensive IP+OP product has won numerous awards for its comprehensive coverage and essential health services, winning the love and recognition of thousands of customers.

Scott Yin, Chief Pricing Officer & Chief Actuary of AXA Tianping, attended a roundtable during the conference and discussed with industry leaders the latest trends and development of insurance innovation. He highlighted the profound changes brought by technological innovations such as big data, artificial intelligence and cloud computing to insurance product design, which could lead to reshaping of the industry. During the discussion, Scott also mentioned that the focus of future innovation will be on targeted segments and little achievements will accumulate to larger breakthroughs, while customer insight is proven to be crucial.

本月我们将为大家讲述正直之星-成都作业中心简单案件室主任吴明波,团结之星-定价核保部资深经理朱玉杰。

In the AXA Star contest, altogether 22 AXA colleagues from headquarters and branches are entitled to awards of AXA Stars in Transformation, Customer First, Integrity, Courage, and One AXA. This special column was set up for them so we can all know their stories in living the AXA values and making their contribution to the company’s growth.

This month we will introduce stories of our Integrity Star – Mingbo Wu, Director of Simple Cases Office, Chengdu Operation Center; and One AXA Star-Yujie Zhu, Senior Manager of Pricing & Underwriting Department.

正直之星吴明波的故事:

吴明波从事理赔工作19年,从事过查勘定损、大案、核损、核赔等理赔相关岗位,2010年加入安盛天平负责川分的理赔管理,2019年到成都作业中心负责审核管理工作至今。工作中,他利用专业技能,依法合规,坚持“不惜赔、不滥赔”,把好赔案最后一关;也做到内控风险,外防欺诈,牵头2022理赔内部审计工作,追回赔款5.4 万余元。他坚持正直是最基本、最重要的品质,是事业长青的基础,作为一名理赔条线的老员工,他一直坚守这一信条,并通过言传身教影响周围的同事。

Q:获得安盛之星是什么样的感受?

很开心能获得2022年度安盛正直之星!这是我进入公司以来最重要的荣誉,是公司领导和同事对我工作的认可,我感觉自己身上的责任更加重大。“正直”是我们工作和生活最重要的品质之一,特别是理赔工作,正直是最基本、最重要的品质,也是我们基业长青的基础,作为老员工,我将继续做好自己,以身作则,通过言传身教影响周围的同事,希望再接再厉!

Q:平时生活中有哪些保持自信、健康、快乐的习惯或者爱好?

平时工作和生活都保持积极向上的心态,因为良好的心态是幸福的源泉。任何事情都有两面性,不好的事情要看到它积极的一面。干一件事情要朝最好的结果去准备,要从最坏的结果去接受,这样一个人的心态就能平和。

喜欢跑步,每周坚持跑步2-3次,因为跑步能带来健康和锻炼个人意志,同时跑到一定程度能分泌一种叫内啡肽的物质使人愉悦。

Q:可以分享最近在看的一本书、一部电影或一部剧吗?

近期读了以色列历史学家尤瓦尔.赫拉利的人类简史三部曲的最后部《今日简史》,这本书是在作者前两部著作《人类简史》和《未来简史》的基础上对人类命运走向做了一些预测和分析,反思当下全球人类所面临的发展问题,包括人工智能的发展对劳动市场以至人类社会的影响。

Integrity Star – Mingbo Wu’s story:

Responsible for claims management for 19 years, Mingnbo Wu has experience in multiple areas including survey and loss determination, major cases, loss adjustment, and claim handling. Wu joined AXA Tianping’s Sichuan branch in 2010, responsible for claims management. Since 2019 he has been working on underwriting management at the Chengdu operation centre. In his work, he commits to ensuring compliance and fairness for claims. Wu also dedicates his time to managing internal risks and preventing external fraud. He led the 2022 internal audit of 2022 insurance claims and recovered more than RMB54,000 worth of claims. He insists that integrity is the most fundamental quality and the foundation for a well-established career. As a veteran claim professional, he has always upheld and acted in line with these beliefs and led by example.

Q: How do you feel about receiving the AXA Star award?

I am really happy to have received the 2022 AXA Star award! This is the most important honour that I have received since joining the company. It is a recognition by my mentors and colleagues. It gave me an even bigger sense of responsibility. “Integrity” is an important quality for our work and life; especially in claims settlement, integrity is fundamental, and the foundation for a well-established career. As a veteran employee, I will continue to do my best and lead by example. Let’s keep up the good work!

Q: What helps you stay confident, healthy, and happy?

It is key to maintain a positive mindset, as a good mentality is where happiness lies. There are always two sides to the same coin for everything – one must learn to see the positive side even in the worst scenario. We must prepare for the best and accept the worst in everything that we do. Only that way can we be calm.

I like running and I run 2-3 times every week. Running can boost one’s health, train one’s willpower, and release endorphins, so it is really a great activity.

Q: Any books or TV series you would like to share?

Recently, I read the final book from the trilogy “Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind” named “21 Lessons for the 21st Century” by the Israeli historian Yuval Noah Harari. This book is based on Harari’s previous two works in the trilogy, predicting and analysing the course that human destiny takes. Harari reflects on the current issues that all humans face, such as the impacts of AI development on the labour market and society in general.

团结之星朱玉杰的故事:

2014年加入安盛天平,主要从事车险定价、核保及业务管理工作。 工作中责任心强,善于团结同事,遇事冷静沉着,喜欢换位思考。作为公司车险定价核保团队成员,除了运用各种定价技术对车险风险进行管控,也会综合考虑公司整体业务发展及不同渠道、不同机构的健康稳定发展,与公司各部门、外部渠道进行深入沟通交流,制定共同目标,团结一切可以团结的力量保障车险的健康稳定发展。他也出色达成多个指标:使新能源车实际赔付率由2021年同期的91%下降至目前的87%;制定相应的定价策略,保障新能源车业务的稳定健康发展,2022同比增速近100%。

Q:获得安盛之星是什么样的感受?

个人的成长离不开公司良好的氛围,企业文化会潜移默化的对员工进行熏陶,公司领导的表率也是提升员工能力和品质的助推器,获得安盛之星称号其实就是对个人某个品质的认可,很高兴能能把自己好的品质在工作中展现,后续会继续向其他人学习更多更好的品质。

Q:平时生活中有哪些保持自信、健康、快乐的习惯或者爱好?

平时生活中保持自信、健康、快乐的习惯或者爱好:平时生活中很喜欢换位思考,能设身处地为别人着想,所以与人相处的过程中很快乐、开心。

Q:可以分享最近在看的一本书、一部电影或一部剧吗?

最近看了一部电影《深海》,最大的感触是每个人都是其他人的英雄,都有高光时刻。南河虽然是逗人乐的小丑,但是在危急时刻却能舍己为人,拯救了小女孩,最终失去了自己的生命。

ONE AXA Star-Yujie Zhu’s story:

Zhu joined AXA Tianping in 2014, focusing on auto insurance pricing, underwriting, and operation management. In his work, he demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility as a team player. He is calm upon challenges, and able to think outside the box. As a member of the company’s auto insurance pricing & underwriting team, Wu not only utilises multiple pricing techniques to manage auto insurance risk, but he also considers the overall business development of the company and different channels, as well as the sustainable growth of different branches. Wu works with different departments and external channels for effective communication and interaction, setting common goals among the teams and driving the sustainable development of the auto insurance business. His efforts are outstanding as proven by the 4% YoY reduction in actual payout ratio of NEV to 87% in 2022. He also set out pricing strategies to ensure the stable and healthy development of NEV business, resulting in a YoY growth rate of nearly 100% in 2022.

Q: How do you feel about receiving the AXA Star award?  

One could not have advanced in their career without a good workplace environment. Office culture subconsciously influences employees; the leadership also determines the ability and quality of employees. Receiving this award is a recognition of quality work. I am committed to have put my best foot forward, and will continue to learn from others.

Q: What helps you stay confident, healthy, and happy?

I like to think outside the box in daily life and step in other people’s shoes, which has led me to happy interactions with others.

Q: Any books or TV series you would like to share?

Recently I watched a movie called “Deep Sea”. My biggest takeaway is that everyone could be a hero to someone else and have their own moments to shine. For example, although the protagonist Nanhe is a funny clown, he is willig to sacrifice his life to save a little girl.

6月5日至9日,一年一度的安盛集团年度员工志愿者盛事“安盛筑爱在行动”志愿者活动周在全球范围内如火如荼地展开。围绕 “关注弱势群体”的主题,安盛天平积极响应集团号召,持续传递“环境、社会与公司治理(ESG)”的可持续发展理念,号召员工踊跃投入公益志愿者活动,为需要帮助的困境儿童伸出援手。

活动当周,公司发起微信捐步挑战赛,鼓励员工通过一站式数字化服务平台“安盛安美”小程序捐赠运动步数。这份热情也感染了包括客户、渠道伙伴等在内的众多爱心人士。截至6月9号下午5点,共计5163名爱心人士参与活动,捐赠爱心步数突破3400万步,公司配捐的4万人民币将全部用于为四川省凉山彝族自治州的困境儿童提供爱心健康包,以实际行动助力乡村振兴,赋能乡村教育均衡发展,支持困境儿童的健康成长。

6月10日,7名安盛志愿者还前赴四川省凉山彝族自治州爱佑儿童之家,对帮扶的困境儿童进行了爱心探访,为孩子带来了难忘的生日惊喜和组织了热闹的拔河比赛,还送去了爱心健康包,向孩子们传授了身心健康常识,帮助他们积极展望、自信面对精彩人生。

7月初开始,安盛全球健康险团队将接过爱接力棒,携手渠道伙伴和客户,继续为困境中的孩子们提供支持和帮助。后续,我们还将通过“安盛安美”平台邀请更多渠道伙伴与客户共襄盛举,持续扩大我们的公益影响力。我们希望,能够用爱与温暖为困境中的孩子们提供帮助和支持,以实际行动弥合发展不均衡的状态,为人类的未来带去自信与希望!

The annual AXA employee volunteering event “AXA Week for Good” took place globally during 5-9 June. Focusing on the theme of “Caring the vulnerables”, AXA Tianping responded to the Group’s call by promoting “Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG)”, encouraging employees to participate in volunteering activities, and lending a helping hand to children in need.

During the event week, the company launched a WeChat donation challenge, encouraging employees to contribute by counting their steps through the AXA Emma one-stop digital service platform mini-programme. Our customers and channel partners were also mobilised. As at 5 pm on 9 June, a total of 5,163 people participated in the event, and the number of steps exceeded 34 million. The company matched with a donation of RMB40,000 which are used to provide health kits for children in need in Sichuan’s Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, aiding rural revitalisation, empowering rural education, and supporting the healthy growth of children in need.

On June 10th, seven AXA volunteers visited the Aiyou Children’s Home in the Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan Province, bringing birthday surprises and organising lively tug-of-war competitions for the children. They also delivered the health kits, shared mental and physical health knowledge, helping the children embrace their future with confidence.

Beginning in early July, the AXA Global Health Insurance team will take over the baton of love, joining hands with channel partners and customers to continue providing support and assistance to children in need. In the future, we will also invite more channel partners and customers to join us through the AXA Emma platform and further our influence. We hope to provide help and support to children in need with love, bridging the wealth gap with actions, and bringing confidence and hope to our children!

First AXA x LFC Training Camp in China Successfully Held

劳动节前夕,安盛携手全球品牌合作伙伴利物浦足球俱乐部,在北京举办儿童足球训练营活动。此次活动是AXA安盛利物浦足球训练营在中国内地首次落地,标志着两家百年品牌进一步推动其在大中华地区的深度合作,共同致力于激励下一代追逐运动梦想,自信迎接挑战,从身体健康入手提升心理健康状态,从而实现身心全面发展。

60多名适龄儿童在利物浦足球俱乐部官方认证教练团队的指导下,认真训练、积极奔跑、挥洒汗水、享受足球。利物浦足球俱乐部传奇巨星约翰·巴恩斯也空降北京,与参训儿童同场互动,传授足球技巧,并分享他的健康生活之道。

此次活动还特别邀请了安盛天平的公益伙伴——爱佑慈善基金会旗下“爱佑安生”项目关怀的儿童,让他们共同感受足球运动的魅力,希望借此机会为孩子建立自信。这一点与安盛天平一直倡导的品牌主张 “守护热爱,自信前行”(Know You Can)不谋而合。除了邀请体验足球训练营活动之外,安盛天平还向“爱佑安生”项目帮扶的小朋友捐赠了书包等物品,把关怀和陪伴传递给更多需要帮助的儿童。

晚间举行的北京足球之夜同样精彩纷呈。约翰·巴恩斯与参加活动的小朋友及家长共进晚餐,在现场的还有著名英超足球评论员周枫先生,与大家一同观看精彩赛事,享受北京足球之夜。当晚,安盛与利物浦足球俱乐部互赠礼物,巴恩斯更借此难得机会与大小朋友们共同庆生,爱佑的小朋友也向巴恩斯准备了纪念品。

随着AXA安盛利物浦足球训练营北京站落下帷幕,香港站的启动也进入倒计时。在未来,安盛集团将继续与利物浦足球俱乐部紧密合作,推出更多有意义的活动,为更多有需要的社会群体提供关怀和帮助,为社会的发展持续贡献力量。

One day before Labour Day, AXA and their global brand partner Liverpool Football Club (LFC) organized a football training camp for kids in Beijing. This was the first AXA event of its kind in China, demonstrating the in-depth collaboration between two century-old brands in Greater China. The goal is to motivate and inspire the next generation to pursue their dreams and take on challenges with confidence, thus taking the first step towards holistic health by improving their mental and physical well-being.

Over 60 kids were trained by certified LFC coaches, enjoying their football moments. LFC legend John Barnes also came to Beijing to interact with the children, teaching them football techniques and sharing his ways of living a healthy life.

This event also invited AXA Tianping’s charity partner, the Aiyou Charity Foundation, and the children of the “Aiyou Ansheng” program to join and experience the fun of football, helping them develop confidence and echoing AXA Tianping’s brand promise of “Know You Can”. Besides hosting the football training camp, AXA Tianping also gifted items such as school bags to the children, showing love and companionship to children in need.

The Beijing Football Night event was equally brilliant. John Barnes had dinner with the kids and their parents, and famous Premier League football commentator Feng Zhou also joined and watched an exciting football match with everyone. AXA and LFC exchanged gifts, and John Barnes took the opportunity to celebrate birthdays with the children, while the children from the “Aiyou Ansheng” program also prepared a souvenir for John.

The Hong Kong training camp is just around the corner. In the future, AXA will continue to collaborate with LFC to host more meaningful events and give back to society.

5月24日,安盛非车险论坛河北站在石家庄举办,安盛及河北地区保险经代领域高管齐聚一堂,围绕“同心同行,转型求盛”这一主题,详细探讨了包括健康险、商业险和旅行险等在内的非车险种的发展趋势和前景展望。

论坛期间,参会嘉宾还聆听了安盛天平各险种板块的全景介绍。而来自专业讲师的“90”后与“00”后的心理与管理讲座,则是从安盛所倡导的心理健康角度出发,通过对不同世代进行特征分析和行为画像,从而在激励机制、职场心态和管理方式等方面给出中肯建议,赢得了在座嘉宾的一致好评。

On 24 May, AXA’s Non-auto Insurance Forum Hebei was held in Shijiazhuang, where senior executives from AXA and insurance agencies and brokerages in Hebei gathered to discuss in detail the trends and prospects of non-auto insurance, including health, commercial and travel insurance, under the theme of “Together We Transform and Prosper”.

During the forum, the team gave an overview of AXA Tianping’s various insurance segments. Experts also gave a lecture on the mentality and management of the 1990s and 2000s generations. The presentation echoed AXA’s focus on mental health and shared some insightful advice on motivation, workplace mentality and management based on analysis of the characteristics and behavioural profiles of different generations. The lecture was very well received by the audience.

In recent years, AXA Tianping Hebei Branch has adhered to the philosophy of “empowering and supporting the channels “, winning the recognition and trust of hundreds of channel partners and achieving rapid growth in non-auto business for many years. At the same time, the company’s non-auto insurance after-sales service capability has continued to improve. On May 18, Kevin Chor and other senior executives were joined by a group of insurance brokers at the Corporate Customer Salon in Shanghai. They shared insights on key topics including corporate development strategies, channel partnership enhancement, and AXA’s corporate client service initiatives. The event had the theme of “Protecting Enterprises on Way to Success” and centred around AXA’s business focus this year. It prompted in-depth discussions on enterprise customer protection solutions that leverage our global resources and local market experience and network. By providing world-class customized protection services, AXA Tianping empowers corporate group insurance customers to grow steadily on their way to success.

Over 50 distinguished guests and channel partners attended the salon, including representatives from Aon-COFCO, Willis Insurance Brokers Co., and Yiming Youxin. The guests appreciated the comprehensive introduction of AXA’s strengths and strategies, which boosted their confidence in collaboration post-COVID to support the development of the real economy and shape the future.

During the event, AXA executives discussed a wide range of subjects, such as AXA’s brand history, mission and goals, product/service offerings, and ESG initiatives. They also reflected on AXA Tianping’s transformation, including the Shanghai branch’s non-auto business achievements, as well as insights on AXA’s employee benefits and protection plans, and the huge potential of the group insurance market in the post-COVID era. 2023年5月13日-15日,安盛天平管理层及核心项目团队于深圳举办“车险焕新,发展求盛”——安盛新能源车险全国培训及业务研讨会,旨在加强与会人士对新能源汽车行业的了解并推动相关车险业务的发展。此次业务研讨为期两天半,是后疫情时代安盛天平首次开展的大规模会议,内容丰富多元,大家在积极互动的氛围中收获颇丰,深入洞察客户需求变化。

在活动之始,安盛天平首席执行官左伟豪、执行副总裁兼首席渠道管理和销售官周连成以及太平再保险(中国)副总经理李立松表达了对本次研讨会的祝愿与期待,欢迎各方同事,为活动拉开帷幕。

在之后的专题论述部分,内外部讲师们针对与新能源汽车及保险相关的话题进行了专业精彩的分享。本次活动的讲师阵容鼎盛,包括资深工程师、新能源汽车与保险行业专家以及新能源汽车经理等,对新能源车辆的的技术与原理、市场宏观变化、机遇与挑战、汽车售后市场等进行了深入浅出的分享,与会人员认真聆听,在新知与思维的碰撞下受益良多。

随后的小组专题研讨热火朝天,各机构同仁对新能源车险现状的分析及未来的发展进行了踊跃发言与讨论,同时也对本次专题研讨的内容交流了心得,大家积极互动,坦诚沟通,分享看法,切磋进步,现场氛围热烈良好。

On May 13-15, 2023, AXA Tianping’s management and core team held a national NEV insurance training and business seminar in Shenzhen. The event aimed to enhance participants’ understanding of the NEV industry and promote the development of relevant businesses. The seminar marked the first large-scale conference organized by AXA post-COVID, providing valuable insights about evolving customer needs.

At the launch of the event, Kevin Chor, CEO of AXA Tianping, Richard Zhou, Executive Vice President and Chief Distribution Officer, and Li Lisong, Deputy General Manager of Taiping Reinsurance (China), welcomed everyone and kickstarted the seminar.

During the seminar, internal and external speakers, including senior engineers, NEV and insurance experts, and a NEV brand representative, shared their insights on NEV and insurance. They had inspiring discussions about the macro changes in the market, technology, and fundamentals of NEVs, opportunities and challenges, and the after-sales services market.

The seminar was followed by a lively group discussion, during which attendees from various branches shared their views and understanding of the NEV insurance market and its outlook.

After the interactive discussion, all participants visited the BYD headquarters, learning more about the latest NEV developments from the industry leader.

At the end of the event, Scott Yin, Chief Pricing Officer & Chief Actuary of AXA Tianping, and Yong Yang, Assistant General Manager and Chief Claims Officer of AXA Tianping, concluded the event by recognizing the teams who enjoyed the seminar the most. There is no doubt that with this productive session, AXA Tianping will continue to advance its auto insurance business with even greater capabilities.

Dear AXA colleagues,

April is the best season of the year. These days are warm and cool, and particularly enjoyable when one is intercepted with a spring breeze.  

In this first spring after the three-year COVID-19 pandemic, we welcomed Gordon Watson, AXA Asia & Africa CEO, and Françoise Gilles, AXA Asia Chief Strategy Developing Officer for a visit. The company’s management team reported on our 2022 performance and our 2023 development plan. Detailed discussions on specific operations including solvency management, branch and channel transformation and ESG were carried out.

Gordon fully recognized the achievements of AXA Tianping in the past few years, especially its efforts and resilience in response to the impact of the pandemic and market uncertainty. Gordon expressed that as the world’s leading insurance group, AXA has unparalleled technical and professional capabilities. Combined with China’s vast market demand, the future of development will be bright. The Group is willing to provide the resources needed for development, and encourages AXA Tianping to make full use of resources and advantages to further understand customer needs, create products and services that meet and exceed customer expectations, and win market opportunities with differentiated advantages.

April showers bring May flowers. The confidence in China’s market development is also increasing day by day. On April 11, the AXA Health Insurance Forum was successfully held in Jinan. With the theme of “Make it better”, the roadshow centers on the business focus of this year: the employee welfare protection plan.  In-depth discussions were carried out, giving full play to AXA’s comprehensive advantages in health protection and corporate services. During the forum, there was also a lighting ceremony for the first roadshow of the AXA Employee Welfare Protection Plan, which symbolized how AXA empowers and increases efficiency for corporate customers, provides rich, diverse, flexible and customized health protection solutions, and relieves the worries of enterprises, all towards the steady development of the real economy.

To promote AXA’s company values, discover and commend outstanding teams and individuals who have made noteworthy contributions to the company’s business transformation and development, the company carried out selection activities for the CEO Award (CEO Award) and AXA Star (AXA Star) at the end of 2022 . After receiving recommendations by your departments, voted in by employees and finally reviewed by the management, 9 teams won the CEO Award and 23 employees were awarded the AXA Star. Congratulations too all!

This month, Emma by AXA 3.0 was launched, a WeChat mini program that condenses AXA Tianping’s local practice and group resource advantages into one convenient online platform. As of the end of March, 100% of our institutional colleagues have completed the registration. I hope that more of our partners will register and experience Emma by AXA, and enjoy the convenient experience it brings.

在安盛之星评选中,共有23位总部和机构同事摘取2022年度安盛之星,并分别获团结之星、勇敢之星、正直之星和转型之星。月刊将为这些同事专门开设”安盛之星的故事”专栏,帮助大家进一步了解安盛人践行安盛价值观的故事。

本月我们将为大家讲述客户之星-共享服务中心运营管理部陈维,团结之星-理赔管理部数据及绩效管理室主任赵寒菁。

To promote AXA’s company values, accelerate AXA Tianping’s transformation, and to establish role models, AXA launched the AXA Star Contest at the end of 2022. After going through department recommendation, employees voting, and the review by management, 23 outstanding employees from the AXA headquarter and institutions were awarded the AXA Star in the 2nd AXA Star Contest.

In the AXA Star contest , altogether 23 AXA colleagues from headquarters and branches are entitled to awards of AXA Stars in Transformation , Customer First , Integrity , Courage , and One AXA . This special column was set up for them so we can all know their stories in living the AXA values and making their contribution to the company ‘ s growth .

This month we will introduce stories of our Customer First Star – Chen Wei of Shared Service Center Operations Management Department and ONE AXA Star – Zhao Hanjing, Director of Data and Performance Management Office of Claims Management Department.

客户之星陈维的故事:

陈维自2010年毕业后就加入安盛,目前在总部负责安盛天平全司的车险增值服务管理工作,同时指导25家机构和电话中心的增值服务运营,已坚守车险行业13年。2017年,她主导搭建了安盛车主商城,已累计为近100万的安盛客户提供了130万次增值服务。 

Q:获得安盛之星是什么样的感受?

非常感谢公司将安盛客户之星的荣誉授予我,很激动很开心。这是公司对我工作的认可,更是对我们所有获奖者的一份激励和关怀。感激领导给予的栽培,感恩每一位给我投票,帮助我关心我的同事。拿到这个奖对我未来的工作也是一种鞭策。衷心希望每一届的安盛之星评选都可以发现更多安盛人的闪光点。

Q:平时生活中有哪些保持自信、健康、快乐的习惯或者爱好?

我以前看过一篇文章,其中关于保持开心的观点我很认可,文章说如果乐趣(playfulness)、与其他人的连接(connection)、对某件事的投入(flow)三者同时被满足时,我们就会感到开心,也会生活得更加健康。所以,我很注重在生活中,让自己每天做的事情都尽可能与这三点有关联。比如:1、每周我有2-3次的锻炼,在这期间不会去看手机,减少干扰来增加自己对运动的投入;2、每天中午与同事一起午餐,定期和朋友一起聚会,通过更多的互动来增进联系;3、寻找机会来增加乐趣,周末和朋友逛个街,定期的家庭旅行,感受到周围人的惬意和放松,都可以让我很快乐;4、希望大家和我一样能重视快乐这件事,因为重视才会不断去寻找让自己开心的点。

Q:可以分享最近在看的一本书、一部电影或一部剧吗?

今年被朋友安利了部电影《浅田家》。这是2020年一部根据真人真事改编的电影,起初是奔着妻夫木聪的颜去看的,主要讲的是男主如何面对人生低谷重新振作,成为专业摄影师的故事。突如其来的海啸让他重新思考人生意义,成为灾后重建的义工,寻找一本本失去主人的相簿。这种温馨治愈的影片有笑点有泪点,值得大家看一看。

Customer First Star – Chen Wei’s Story:

Chen Wei joined AXA Tianping after graduating in 2010, and is currently managing AXA Tianping’s motor insurance value-added services at HQ and directing the value-added service operations across 25 agencies and call centres. Chen has been active in China’s motor insurance industry for 13 years. Since leading the establishment of the AXA car owner shop 2017, the platform has provided 1.3 million counts of value-added services to nearly 1 million AXA customers.

Q: How do you feel about winning the AXA Star Award?

I feel honored and grateful to the company for giving me the AXA Star Award. This is not only a recognition of my work, but also a piece of encouragement and care for all of us. I am grateful to every leader who cultivated me and every colleague who helped, cared about, and voted for me. Winning this award also motivates my future work. I sincerely hope that more AXA employees’ strengths can be recognized through each year’s AXA Star Award.

Q: What helps you stay healthy, positive, and confident?

I read an article some time ago about how to maintain happiness which I really agreed with. The article said that if the three conditions of playfulness, connection and flow are all met at the same time, we will feel happy and live healthier lives. I have been trying to live by these rules. For example, I) I have two to three workouts per week, during which I keep myself away from the phone and fully devote myself to exercise; II) I have lunch with my colleagues every day and gather with my friends regularly, increasing connection with people through having more interactions; III) I seek opportunities to have fun, such as going shopping with friends and having regular family trips, through which I maintain positive energy when enjoying the pleasing and relaxing atmosphere with people surrounding me;  IV) I hope that everyone can value happiness as I do, because only after attaching importance to happiness will it make you keep looking for things that please you.

Q: Any books, movies, or TV series you would like to share?

I watched the movie《The Asada Family 》this year following my friends’ recommendation. This movie is based on a true story in 2020. At first I went to the movie because I like Satoshi Tsumabuki. The movie is mainly about how the main character regained strength after facing challenges and became a professional photographer, and how an unexpected tsunami made him rethink the meaning of life, motivating him to become a volunteer for post-disaster reconstruction and to look for an owner of a lost photo album. This warm and healing film sparked laughter and tears, and is very worth watching.

团结之星赵寒菁的故事:

赵寒菁2009年加入公司,参与理赔转型、理赔人力资源管理咨询、互联网业务发展等多个战略项目。目前从事理赔条线的数据分析、绩效管理和理赔费用管控工作。她出色完成多项任务:新能源车险项目 phase 8顺利结项;健康险理赔分析报表上线;服务质量指数数据项目1期上线,正在完善数据应用,以便及时监控服务质量指数的数据表现;理赔减损各类指标表现优于去年同期;反欺诈减损率高于年度目标,50%的减损由系统预警,自建模型2022年实现减损1129万等。

Q:获得安盛之星是什么样的感受?

保持睡眠充足,常常与朋友聊天分享情绪。

Q:可以分享最近在看的一本书、一部电影或一部剧吗?

《对“伪心理学”说不》(How to think straight about psychology)。如果你平时也对性格测试、星座、血型等娱乐化心理学很感兴趣,也像我一样常常感觉好像“对”好像又“不对”,推荐这本书,有趣,破除一些生活中的“误解”,科学认识“心理学”。

One AXA Star– Zhao Hanqing’s Story:

Zhao Hanqing joined AXA in 2009 and has been involved in various strategic projects, such as claims transformation, human resources management consulting, and internet business development. Zhao is currently engaged in data analysis, performance management and claims expense control. She has excelled in many tasks such as successfully completing phase 8 of the new energy vehicle project; launching the health insurance claims analysis report; launching phase 1 of the service quality index data online; and is currently in the process of improving the data applications, to improve the timeliness of monitoring the service quality index. With Zhao’s effort, various claims loss reduction indexes have performed better than last year; anti-fraud loss reduction has been higher than the annual target; 50 % of impairments were warned by the system; and 11.29 million RMB of impairment was addressed by 2022 by self-built models.

Q: How do you feel about winning the AXA Star Award?

I am grateful to the company for creating this evaluation mechanism of AXA Star Award, giving everyone who works hard an opportunity to shine. It is a pleasure and a motivation to see my individual progress and value created recognized. I am grateful for the trust and recognition of my leaders and colleagues in receiving the honor of “AXA Star Award”, and I will continue to practice AXA’s values of “Customer First”, “Integrity Leadership”, “Courageous Decision Making”, and “Unity” in my work, be responsible in every small and big task, serve internal and external customers better, and work together with all of my dear colleagues on the company’s high quality development path and make a torch out of a little spark.

Q: What helps you stay healthy?

Getting enough sleep and often chatting with friends to share feelings.

Q: Any books or TV series you would like to share?

“How to think straight about psychology”. If you are interested in personality tests, horoscopes, blood types and other entertaining psychology tests, I recommend you read this interesting book. It can help dispel some misconceptions on psychology and approach it from a scientific perspective.
