近日,在首席执行官左伟豪的率领下,安盛天平财产保险有限公司高管团队、优秀分支机构负责人及战略合作伙伴代表等一行赴法国巴黎参访安盛集团总部。此次行程得到集团领导高度重视,安盛集团副首席执行官乔治·斯坦斯菲尔德(George Stansfield)先生携全球高管团队盛情接待,双方就中国市场发展战略、全球业务协同等议题展开深度交流。

6月6日下午,隆重的欢迎仪式在安盛集团总部举行。乔治·斯坦斯菲尔德先生携首席战略官兼投资者关系主管阿努·文卡塔拉曼(Anu Venkataraman)、安盛普惠首席执行官花沐晨(Garance Wattez-Richard)等核心管理层亲切会见了安盛天平“荣耀之旅”代表团。

在座谈研讨环节,安盛天平定价核保部总经理张晓凤就”全球化企业的持续增长策略”提问。乔治先生分享道:”成功的跨国运营必须把握三个关键:首先,坚持本土化策略,安盛在中国市场的成就正源于对本土团队的充分授权;其次,保持战略定力与灵活性的平衡,每五年重新审视业务布局;最后,尊重市场差异性,在法国成功的模式未必适用于中国或其他地区,我们充分信任中国当地的管理团队。”
针对销售企划部总经理曲志军关于”全球市场准入标准”的提问,乔治先生回顾了安盛在亚洲的发展史:”自上世纪90年代进入中国以来,我们始终将亚洲视为战略重心。如今选择市场时,更注重人口结构、市场成熟度与资本效率的平衡。”
当天下午,安盛全球医疗首席执行官Xavier Lestrade,以及曾任安盛天平首席财务官的现任安盛健康风险总监&AXA SA副风险总监莫泊华(Benoit Moreau)会见了中国团队。

Recently, led by CEO Kevin CHOR, a delegation from AXA Tianping Property & Casualty Insurance Co., Ltd., including senior executives, heads of outstanding branches, and strategic partner representatives, visited the AXA Group headquarters in Paris, France. The visit received high-level attention from Group leadership. Mr. George Stansfield, Deputy CEO of AXA Group, warmly welcomed the delegation alongside the global senior management team. Both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as development strategies for the Chinese market and global business synergy.
Warm Hospitality: Group Leadership Extends High-Level Welcome
On the afternoon of June 6th, a grand welcoming ceremony was held at the AXA Group headquarters. Mr. George Stansfield, accompanied by core management members including Anu Venkataraman, Chief Strategy Officer & Head of Investor Relations, and Garance Wattez-Richard, CEO of AXA Partners, warmly received the AXA Tianping “Pride Journey” delegation.
In his welcoming remarks, Mr. Stansfield stated: “China is one of the core markets in AXA Group’s global strategy. AXA has been deeply rooted in China for 26 years. Led by our wholly-owned subsidiary AXA Tianping, we have established a comprehensive partnership with PICC Group and built a solid foundation for development. Just a month ago, I visited Shanghai with Mr. Frédéric de Courtois, another Deputy CEO of the Group. The professional capabilities demonstrated by the AXA Tianping management team were truly impressive.”
Strategic Dialogue: The Art of Localized Operation Under a Global Vision
During the discussion session, Zhang Xiaofeng, General Manager of Pricing & Underwriting at AXA Tianping, raised a question regarding “sustained growth strategies for global enterprises.” Mr. Stansfield shared: “Successful multinational operations hinge on three key elements: First, adhere to a localization strategy. AXA’s achievements in China stem precisely from fully empowering the local team. Second, maintain a balance between strategic steadfastness and flexibility, re-evaluating business layouts every five years. Third, respect market differences. Models successful in France may not necessarily apply to China or other regions; we place full trust in the local Chinese management team.”
Responding to a question from Qu Zhijun, General Manager of Sales & Planning, regarding “global market access standards,” Mr. Stansfield reflected on AXA’s history in Asia: “Since entering China in the 1990s, we have consistently viewed Asia as a strategic priority. Today, when selecting markets, we place greater emphasis on balancing demographics, market maturity, and capital efficiency.”
That afternoon, Xavier Lestrade, Global CEO of AXA Health, and Benoit Moreau, Global Health Risk Director & Deputy Risk Director of AXA SA (and former CFO of AXA Tianping), also met with the Chinese delegation.
Mr. Xavier Lestrade commented: “Health insurance has become AXA’s fastest-growing global business segment. Particularly impressive is the sustained growth in mainland China and Hong Kong, which have been the fastest-growing markets globally for three consecutive years. AXA’s decades-long commitment in China reflects our long-term dedication to this strategically vital market. Regarding product pricing, AXA adheres to the principle of ‘putting customer interests first.’ As George emphasized, our value proposition lies not only in the products themselves but also in the long-term protection and service commitments we provide to our customers. The Chinese health insurance market still holds immense untapped potential. Moving forward, the Group will enhance collaboration between the Global Health Insurance Division and the Chinese market to write a new chapter for AXA in this land of opportunity.”
Cultural Immersion: Experiencing the Heritage and Innovation of a Century-Old Financial Group
During the visit, the “Pride Journey” delegation toured the historic AXA headquarters building, which boasts over 200 years of history. This landmark building, adjacent to the Élysée Palace, perfectly blends the historical heritage of the French financial empire with the innovative vitality of a modern enterprise. The headquarters specially arranged for a building history expert to narrate the legendary story of the Hôtel de la Vaupalière, allowing the guests to deeply appreciate AXA Group’s corporate DNA of “steady operation and long-term development.”
The visit proved highly productive. The AXA Tianping management team gained a deeper understanding of the Group’s “Glocalization” strategy, while channel partners, through their on-site experience, further solidified their confidence in a long-term partnership with AXA.
