2024年10月14日,深圳市委金融办副主任、市地方金融管理局副局长朱江,深圳市福田区副区长袁英带领相关处室负责人,来到安盛大中华区总部香港办公室开展座谈。安盛大中华区行政总裁尹玄慧女士对朱局长一行到访表示热烈欢迎,并携团队成员接待,安盛天平总经理办公室主任兼首席转型官戴思远陪同出席。

袁英则详细介绍了福田区的招商引资优势——作为深圳的中心城区和金融中心,福田区拥有良好的金融生态环境和政策优势,欢迎安盛集团在福田开展新能源车险研发业务,并在健康保险、医疗服务、养老服务等领域开展合作。

On October 14, 2024, Mr. Zhu Jiang, Deputy Director of the Shenzhen Municipal Financial Office and Deputy Director of the Shenzhen Local Financial Regulatory Bureau, and Ms. Yuan Ying, Deputy District Mayor of Futian District, led a delegation to visit the AXA Greater China headquarters in Hong Kong for a meeting. Ms. Jenny Yin, Chief Executive Officer of AXA Greater China, warmly welcomed the delegation and was accompanied by Ms. Siyuan Dai, General Manager of the CEO Office and Chief Transformation Officer of AXA Tianping
This meeting reflected the Shenzhen municipal government’s high regard for AXA Group’s business operations and development in China, especially in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA). Mr. Zhu expressed that Shenzhen, as a frontier of reform and opening-up, is dedicated to building a global financial center and warmly welcomes AXA Group’s participation. He also mentioned that Shenzhen, as an important export base and foreign investment window, has a strong demand for insurance services. He hopes that AXA Group can actively participate in the financial innovation and insurance industry development in Shenzhen, contributing to the construction of the GBA area.
Ms. Yuan provided a detailed introduction to the advantages of investment promotion in Futian District – as the central urban district and financial center of Shenzhen, Futian District boasts a favorable financial ecological environment and policy advantages. She welcomed AXA Group to carry out new energy vehicle insurance research and development business in Futian and explore cooperation in health insurance, medical services, and elderly care sectors.
AXA remains confident in the development of the Chinese market and the GBA area, demonstrating a firm strategic resolve. Ms. Yin stated that the integration process of the GBA provides valuable development opportunities for financial institutions, including AXA. AXA Group will leverage its professional advantages in risk management to actively participate in the construction of the GBA area and serve the growing insurance protection needs of the local population.
She also expressed her deep impression of the pilot demonstration and policy advantages of the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone. AXA will continue to study and strengthen communication and interaction to explore convenient and efficient cross-border linkage models to better support the development of its GBA business.
The meeting resulted in multiple consensus on the strategic layout and industry development of the GBA in the future, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation. With AXA Group’s global perspective and professional strength, combined with Shenzhen’s geographical advantages and policy support, the two parties are expected to deepen cooperation in areas such as cross-border reinsurance, catastrophe risk management, elderly health insurance, and green insurance, jointly promoting the healthy development of China’s insurance industry and contributing to the construction of the GBA.
