左总赴分支机构及中心巡视视察

一年之计在于春,2023年立春前后,公司首席执行官左伟豪先生从二月二号开启了一系列视察巡访之旅,从天府之国的成都,到首都北京,再到齐鲁大地的济南,行程涵盖监管机构拜访、合作伙伴会谈、直销中心、电服中心及各地分支机构视察等等,与在地管理团队和一线伙伴亲切交流、分享经验,共同展望未来发展前景。
第一站 成都
左总在首席理赔和客服官阳勇的陪同下拜访了四川银保监局,双方就安盛天平发展战略及经营管理情况,四川产险监管、行业信息等事项进行了沟通交流。之后,左总与四川分公司代理人团队、非车重点合作伙伴,交流了经营管理的心得,在听取了四川分公司的工作汇报后,他对2023年的重点工作领域及方向做出指示。四川分公司全体同仁备受鼓舞,坚定了贯彻总公司战略部署,加快非车业务发展的决心,并对稳步发展车险,优化成本,转型求盛充满信心。
在受邀出席的成都直销在线中心2022年度销售系列荣誉颁奖仪式上,左总对新一年提出期望:重视消保,为客户提供更优质的服务;全力突破,再创新高;关怀员工,提升员工感受度。
在视察指导成都电服/作业中心工作的过程中,左总听取了中心关于团队建设,新能源车险、健康险理赔作业,消保合规建设等重点项目的汇报,并就理赔客服工作提出两点希冀:如何通过优质服务向客户讲好理赔故事;如何通过良好的部门协作向业务线、机构端讲好理赔故事。

第二站 北京
在执行副总裁周连成、首席转型官李俊豪、总经理办公室负责人戴思远的陪同下,左总来到北京分公司视察,听取了分公司总经理唐乃秋的工作汇报。北京分公司2022年取得多项进步,全险种同比增速284%。左总来到了北分公司,肯定了整体的发展,并对2023年提出希望与要求,并表达对每一位员工应当承担的责任和未来发展的期许。

第三站 济南
左总一行来到泉城济南,山东分公司总经理毕玉泉及管理团队汇报了山东分公司的成长历程与发展规划,以及山分近年在车险和非车险的经营管理特点与得失,2023年度销售规划等内容。左总鼓励山东分公司继续实现高质量发展,并加快发展非车险业务。山分管理团队陪同左总走访了车险合作伙伴爱程团队,以及非车险合作伙伴山东圣安保险销售有限公司。双方就渠道业务发展、当前保险营销模式,未来业务布局等方面进行了深入交流。左总赞赏合作伙伴主动把握市场变动机遇、积极向客户提供贴心服务的经营策略,展现了先进的保险营销和管理理念。当天中午,左总一行专程参加山东落地中心的午间分享会,听取了中心负责人李乐的汇报与介绍。左总对中心提出三点期望:落实总部消保工作要求,进一步提升客户满意度;落实总部非车险转型发展策略,尝试新突破;鼓励创新,做有特色的中心项目。

此次巡回视察为分支机构/中心的高质量发展导航定向,也让一线同仁备受鼓舞。相信在总公司管理团队的领导下,各分支机构/中心一定能够坚决执行总公司的战略部署,以更旺盛的斗志,更发奋的姿态和更充沛的干劲,追求高质量的发展,实现盈利性的增长。
A good start in the spring brings good tidings for the year. At the beginning of spring in 2023, AXA Tianping Chief Executive Officer Kevin Chor began touring the country to visit sales centers and local branches. He visited Chendu, Beijing, Jinan and other places to meet and exchange experiences with local management and partners, and to chart the 2023 growth prospectus together.
First stop, Chengdu
Accompanied by Chief CS officer Yang Tong, Kevin visited the Sichuan Banking and Insurance Regulatory Bureau and AXA’s Sichuan branch to discuss AXA Tianping’s development strategy and goals. Afterwards, Kevin exchanged operation and management insights with the Sichuan branch managerns and non-vehicle line key partners. After listening to their work report, he gave instructions on the key work areas and directions for 2023. All colleagues in the Sichuan Branch were encouraged to strengthen their determination to implement HQ’s strategic plan and accelerate the development of the non-vehicle business, steadily develop auto insurance, optimize costs and transform for prosperity.
At the award ceremony of the 2022 annual sales series honor of Chengdu Direct Sales Center, Kevin raised expectations for the new year: prioritizing consumer insurance and providing better services to customers; making breakthroughs to reach new heights; and caring for employees.
In the process of inspecting and guiding the work of Chengdu E-Service/Operation Center, Kevin was given a report on team building, new energy auto insurance, health insurance claims operation, consumer insurance compliance construction and other key projects, putting forward two goals for customer service – to improve the storytelling of insurance through quality customer service and through department coordination.
Second stop, Beijing
Accompanied by EVP Liancheng Zhou and chief transformation office Li Junhao, Kevin came to the Beijing branch and heard about their number of improvements in 2022 from branch manager Tang Naiqiu. The brand achieved a YoY growth rate of 284% in total for all insurance lines. Kevin visited the branch and affirmed its achievements, put forward hopes and goals for 2023, and expressed his wishes for the team’s responsibilities and future development.
Last stop, Jinan
Having arrived in Jinan, Shangdong branch manager Bi Yuquan and his management team reported on the branch’s long-term development plans and their recent wins and losses in auto and non-auto insurance as well as retail plans for 2023. Kevin encouraged the Shandong branch to continue to strive for high-quality development and accelerate the development of non-motor insurance business.
The Shandong management team accompanied Kevin to visit their auto insurance partner Aicheng and their non-auto insurance partner Sheng An to conduct in-depth exchanges on channel development and the current insurance marketing model. Kevin praised the business strategy of actively seizing market opportunities amid changes and actively providing customers with considerate services, demonstrating advanced insurance marketing and management concepts. The delegation also stopped by the Shandong landing center where manager Li Le gave a report. Kevin hoped that the team would continue to realize the needs of HQ, to increase customer satisfaction and to realize the transformation of non-auto insurance through meaningful projects and products.
This tour helped inform the high-quality development of branches and service centers and encouraged front-line colleagues. Under the leadership of the management team at the head office, each branch and center will be able to resolutely implement the overall strategy, pursue high-quality development and achieve profitability with a vigorous spirit and attitude.
