AXA Tianping ushers in new year with strong start at Q1 Townhall

1月31日,2023年一季度全员大会在瑞明职场召开。此次会议举行于春节假期后的第一周,借此机会我与现场参会的安盛天平管理团队向总公司各部门,以及在线的全国各分支机构和中心的同事们致以新春的问候与祝福,希望与各位在辞旧迎新之际,共商新一年的发展大计。

首先回顾一下公司在2022年所取得的成绩。面对疫情的反复和市场的不确定性,我们的各项转型工作都获取了前所未有的成果和突破,体现了我们正坚定地走在“高质量、多元化发展,并不断提升盈利能力”的正确战略道路上。

2022年,安盛业务在渠道同类产品占比显著提升:在明亚,安盛整体及同类财险公司排名均为第1;在大童,整体第4,同类财险公司第1;在泛华整体第6,同类财险公司第4;在华康,整体第4,同类财险公司第2。

正如首席财务官Pierre LAUR提到,2022年虽有疫情挑战,但势头良好。2023年的目标是所有业务条线均实现正增长,车险受新能源业务驱动,目标重回正增长,并持续注重利润优化;零售业务稳步增长,维持驾乘意外险高叠加率,以实现强劲盈利目标;商业险和健康险受机构转型驱动,目标增速将继续高于市场平均水平。

展望2023,我们年度整体业务增长目标为7%。在业务方面,我们将继续保持健康险、商业险和车险在国内市场的竞争优势。通过留出更多资源发力新能源车险业务,安盛将进一步夯实业务品质的精细化管理;抓好业务节奏,弹性投放资源,以及推动新能源业务有效落地。商业险将注重产品策略和业务模式,加强销售管理,提升三级机构业务能力,继续机构分级经营。

安盛也同时会提升运营效率,提升和监管规制的建设,继续完善优化消费者保护的机制。公司将严格遵循银保监会及其他政府机构发布的网络及数据安全、个人信息保护、消费者权益保护等方面的相关制度,及时建立健全内控合规自评机制,加强对内控合规方面的监督。

最后,在安盛天平,保护消费者权益是每一位员工的责任,在去年建立消保专员管理体制,落实“一把手”工程,设立消保事务委员会,印发消保管理办法等举措的基础上,今年将建设消保/投诉管理系统,全面梳理完善投诉管理体系,组织开展覆盖全司的消费者权益保护活动。

追求实现高质量的发展,实现盈利性的增长是我们始终追求的目标。2023年,让我们齐力同心,万众一心,使命必达!

On January 31, the 2023 First Quarter General Meeting was held at the Ruiming office. This meeting was held in the first week after the Spring Festival holidays. Together with the management team, we would like to take this opportunity to extend our festival greetings to all HQ departments and to our colleagues in all branches and centers across the country. As we embrace “out with the old, in with the new”, we hope to share our development plans for the new year with all of you.

Let’s start by looking back at what we have achieved in 2022. Despite market uncertainties and COVID, our transformation work has achieved unprecedented results and breakthroughs have been achieved across various transformation tasks, which shows that we are firmly on the correct strategic path of “high-quality, diversified development and continuous improvement of profitability”.

In 2022, the market shares of AXA products among our channels increased significantly. With Minya, AXA ranks No. 1 overall and among P&C peers; with Datong, we rank No. 4 overall and the first among P&C peers; with Fanhua, we rank No. 6 overall and among P&C peers; with Huakang, we rank No. 4 overall and second among P&C peers.

As mentioned by Chief Financial Officer Pierre LAUR, despite challenges of brought by the pandemic in 2022, we maintained good momentum. The goal for 2023 is to achieve positive growth in all business lines. Driven by our NEV product line, we aim to return auto insurance to positive growth and continue to focus on profit optimization. Retail business grows steadily and maintains high synergy with driving accident insurance to achieve strong profit targets. Commercial insurance and health insurance are driven by our organization-wide transformation, with a target growth rate maintained at higher than market average.

Looking ahead to 2023, our annual overall business growth target is 7%. We will continue to maintain our competitive advantages in health, commercial and motor insurance in the domestic market. By setting aside more resources for the NEV insurance business, AXA will further refine its management model, adopt a disciplined growth approach, flexibly invest resources in the business and promote the effective implementation of the NEV insurance line. Commercial insurance will focus on developing product strategies and business models. We will strengthen sales management, improve the business capabilities of sub-branches and continue to operate at different levels.

At the same time, AXA will continue to improve operational efficiency and complaint management system and improve consumer rights protections . The company will strictly follow the relevant regulations on network and data security, personal information protection, and consumer rights protection issued by the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission and other government agencies, while establishing and improving our internal control compliance self-assessment mechanism in a timely manner, and strengthening internal compliance supervision.

At AXA Tianping, protecting consumer rights and interests is the responsibility of every employee. In 2022, we established a consumer protection commissioner management system, we have designated responsibilities, established a consumer protection affairs committee, and issued of consumer protection management measures. This year we will build a consumer protection and complaint management system, comprehensively sort out and improve our complaint management mechanism, and organize consumer rights protection activities across the entire company.

Here at AXA Tianping, we have always pursued high-quality development and profitable growth. In 2023, let us keep working together, unite as one, and achieve our mission!
