亲爱的安盛天平同事,

二月份的最后一天,安盛亚洲和非洲市场第一次员工沟通大会顺利召开,很多同事都观看了这场跨越两个大洲的直播,见证了“以客户为中心”和“新业务增长”方面的优异表现。

在中国,2022年开门红时间过半,我们在充满希望的春天里迎来了良好的开局。公司业务整体趋势向好,无论是保费达成还是成本表现,全险种均高于预期。在开门红竞赛中,渠道及分支机构在积极拓展业务的同时,不断强调合规意识,树立了业绩第一,合规至上的高标准、严要求。流水不争先,争的是滔滔不绝。业绩进步的背后是总分层面的经验积累,是团队力量的加快壮大,是渠道合作韧性持续提升,是机构良性发展向纵深推进,是后台系统等保障高效有力。

3.0时代的发展新格局正迈出新气象,迈出新成效。在本期月刊中,商业险团队将在回顾2021年成绩的基础上,展望2022年的战略方向与业务重点,分享他们整合内外部资源,完善团队体系,探索新思路,实现新突破,取得新业绩,敏锐把握业务切入点和突破口,实现“一子落而满盘活”的制胜之策。

阳春三月,不负春光。伴随着植树节和世界森林日的到来,安盛天平也即将迎来ESG元年的启动。ESG是环境(Environmental)、社会(Social)和治理(Governance)的综合表现。“守护生命之本,践行人类进步”是安盛全球奉行的品牌承诺与理念,也是实现可持续发展战略的首要出发点。脚踏实地,韧者笃行,过往我们在组织员工志愿者活动、参与社会公益事业、倡导业务可持续运营、完善公司制度建设等方面积累了丰富经验,让我们对响应集团ESG倡议,探寻可持续发展,负责任经营,人与自然和谐共生的绿色发展道路充满信心。

春雷乍响谓之惊,万物复苏是为蛰。期待与各位伙伴一起努力,在挑战中育先机、于变局中开新局。

Dear colleagues,

The first AXA Asian & African townhall, joined by AXAers across two continents who celebrated AXA’s “Customers First” and “Business Growth” was successfully held.

Meanwhile, here in China, we have embraced a prosperous Spring, ushering in a quite optimistic Rosy Start: Our business and premium are growing far beyond our expectation, and our distributions and branches have set high bars of following compliance requirements with active business expansion. What a benign competition, generated thanks to our accumulated expertise, continuing team building, ever-growing distribution cooperation and strong backend support across HQ and branches.

Entering AXA Tianping 3.0 Era, we anticipate brand-new breakthrough and milestones. In this month’s issue, our commercial team is to share its 2022 strategy with us, focusing on resources integration, taskforce relocation to win new market based on the 2021 business review.

Going in Spring for the mild, warm sunshine and welcoming the upcoming Arbor Day and World Forest Day, we are soon to activate the company’s ESG integration, referring to the implementation of Environmental factors, Social factors andGovernance when measuring the sustainability and ethical impact of a business and a company. This has been reflected through our brand purpose, our business operation as well as company activities already: we have organized employee volunteering acts, called for the society to join our philanthropic efforts, encourage sustainable development and optimize and strengthen our governance and compliance. We are confident to embark on the journey of green operation and sustainable development in response to Group’s sustainability strategy and ESG roadmap.
