在渠道中心销售管理部的主导和推动下，2022营销人员荣誉体系及AXA 菁才俱乐部已正式推出，助力实现“转型求盛ONE AXA”的目标。
AXA菁才俱乐部将面向全体机构营销人员设置一星级至七星级会员权益，并提供丰富的荣誉和奖励，在星级制度下，每个季度会有四位菁英领袖脱颖而出，获得专属表彰；还有参加年度高峰会资格以及俱乐部会长的最高荣誉奖励。安盛摘星人的精彩表现，我们拭目以待！
Led by the Sales and Distribution Hub, the AXA Tianping honor system for sales colleagues has been officially established in the form of AXA Talent Club. This will further help us to achieve the ONE AXA – Transformation objective.
The AXA Talent Club sets seven star-levels for all branch sales with corresponding honors and rewards. Furthermore, the club will provide special offers to the top four sales each quarter, as well as annual summit exposure and exclusive honors.
