从对话安盛亚洲人力资源总监颜碧瑶的视频中,大家应该对安盛在亚洲的人力资源策略或多或少有所了解。在中国,我们如何本地化人力资源策略并付诸实践呢?在这个月的团队视频中,我邀请到了安盛天平的人力资源团队,向大家介绍自己的同时,也阐释了如何通过引领安盛天平的人才引进和提升员工体验,从而助力业务转型。

在以往的认知里,我们或许认为人力资源就是做招聘、福利、持之以恒的员工教育等等。其实,他们还负责企业文化建设,包括招聘什么样的人才,工资几何,制定员工福利,以及优化工作架构。这些因素很大程度决定了我们是否享受现在的工作。也希望大家在工作中都是满意、开心的!

This month team vlog, I’ve invited the HR team to introduce themselves and their insights in driving AXA Tianping’s talent recruitment and employee experiences amid the business transformation.

You may think that HR professionals do all the hiring, benefits, continuing education, etc. However, they are also responsible for creating the culture, who we choose to hire, how we compensate people, what benefits we offer, and how work is structured, all of it factors into whether or not we enjoy where we work. And hope we all enjoy our work here!
