AXA Tianping Concludes Its 14th Series of Events for “July 8 National Insurance Public Awareness Day”

面向普通市民,山东分公司在商圈、社区开展一对一宣讲,拆解带病投保、虚假理赔等保险欺诈套路,明示法律后果,累计发放宣传物料千余份;

Recently, AXA Tianping successfully concluded its 14th series of events marking the “July 8 National Insurance Public Awareness Day.” This year’s campaign was centered around the theme “Striving Ahead in the 15th Five-Year Plan: Insurance Empowers Confidence,” leveraging the offline branches of 25 offices nationwide and an integrated online communication network. By seamlessly integrating red‑education initiatives, creative cultural outreach, and grassroots financial literacy programs, the initiative reached over 2.26 million members of the public, effectively bringing insurance services closer to communities.

Lightweight public‑interest engagement breaks new ground, bringing insurance knowledge into everyday life.

During the campaign, AXA Tianping’s headquarters, in collaboration with 10 branch offices, simultaneously launched the “A Little Red Flower” insurance‑knowledge charity quiz initiative, co‑organized by the China Insurance Industry Association and Tencent Charity. Unlike traditional one‑way educational sessions, this event breaks down key insurance concepts into engaging questions; users earn points by answering correctly, which can then be redeemed for charitable supplies, fostering a dual sense of participation—learning about insurance while contributing to causes. Data shows that the campaign attracted over 6 million participants, effectively dismantling the professional barriers surrounding insurance knowledge and helping embed the concept of risk protection into everyday life.

Integrating red education into publicity and education initiatives to solidify our original aspiration of service.

In conjunction with the July 1st anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, AXA Tianping has deeply integrated Party building with financial education and outreach. The Guangdong branch visited the former site of the Peasant Movement Institute in Guangzhou to host a mass‑participation flash mob event titled “Stay True to Our Original Aspiration—Insurance by Your Side.” Through singing revolutionary songs and reciting poetry, the initiative raised public awareness about fraud prevention and insurance policies that benefit the people. Meanwhile, the Anhui branch organized employees to visit the Hefei Memorial Hall of the Yangtze River Crossing Campaign for on‑site study tours, encouraging the team to translate the spirit of red struggle into concrete actions—strictly upholding risk‑management red lines and enhancing customer service—thereby strengthening the core value of “insurance serves its purpose.”

Precision-driven outreach to the grassroots level: “Insurance into Five Spheres” delivers tangible results.

Addressing the key risk concerns of different demographic groups, AXA Tianping continues to advance its “Insurance into Five Spheres” special initiative, ensuring that services reach their intended audiences with precision:

Targeting the general public, the Shandong branch has conducted one-on-one outreach sessions in commercial districts and residential communities, exposing common insurance fraud schemes such as insuring while already ill or filing fraudulent claims, and clearly outlining the legal consequences. To date, it has distributed over a thousand pieces of promotional materials.

Focusing on sanitation workers and other frontline laborers, the Chongqing branch has launched targeted outreach to raise awareness about accidental injury insurance coverage, addressing high‑frequency risks such as order‑boosting scams, fraudulent recruitment schemes, and low‑price insurance traps, thereby safeguarding the rights and interests of grassroots workers.

Focusing on the “elderly and young” as well as rural communities, the Henan branch has been dismantling new types of scams—such as AI face-swapping and high-interest rebate schemes—at parks and senior activity centers. Meanwhile, the Shaanxi branch has reached out to rural marketplaces, using real‑world local fraud cases to help villagers address challenges related to insurance enrollment, claims processing, and rights protection. In Ningbo, Suzhou, and other regions, local branches have established a strong presence in communities, delivering immersive public‑education programs on key livelihood issues—including family protection, children’s insurance, and anti‑fraud measures for seniors—thereby building a comprehensive, grassroots‑level financial security barrier.

In addition, AXA Tianping has actively collaborated with industry partners to amplify its outreach: the Sichuan branch joined forces with 12 peer companies to host an “Anti-Fraud Heroes’ Forum,” using engaging interactive activities to educate local communities about fraud prevention; meanwhile, the Zhejiang branch organized a public‑interest walking event along the banks of the Beijing–Hangzhou Grand Canal, setting up financial‑literacy display boards and interactive QR codes along the route. By integrating consumer rights protection and anti‑fraud awareness into outdoor recreational settings, the initiative conveys the warmth of insurance in a youthful, modern way.

Standing at the new starting point of the 15th Five-Year Plan, AXA Tianping will continue to leverage AXA Group’s global expertise and its 27 years of local service experience, institutionalizing and sustaining financial literacy initiatives and public‑benefit services. It aims not only to serve as a reliable risk‑payer but also to become a trusted companion on customers’ journeys toward a better life. By harnessing the power of professional insurance, AXA Tianping will safeguard the real economy and enhance people’s well‑being, thereby contributing to the high‑quality development of the insurance industry.
