2026年7月28日，“蓉耀未来，菁英共赢”——安盛天平第四届菁才俱乐部高峰会在成都成功举办。本次峰会汇聚了90多名菁才俱乐部成员，涵盖机构菁才、直销菁才两大序列；同时邀请年度卓越三级机构、卓越销售管理部、卓越种子讲师及培训管理岗代表共同出席。安盛天平首席执行官左伟豪、副总经理兼首席渠道管理和销售官周连成、独立董事陈胜、总经理助理兼总精算师兼首席定价官殷兆男、总经理助理兼首席理赔和客服官阳勇、总经理助理兼首席商业险业务官曾翔、首席健康险业务官丁侃、首席市场营销官戴思远、首席人力资源官杜楠、首席战略官兼C区区域总经理毕玉泉、B区区域总经理张晓宇、A区区域总经理王辉、直销在线中心总经理曹红菊，各二级机构负责人及总分公司各级管理干部悉数到场，共同见证这一荣誉时刻。
大会在开场视频中启幕，视频全面回顾了菁才俱乐部的发展历程，正式拉开本次荣誉盛典的序幕。周连成先生作开场致辞，向全体菁才致以诚挚问候与殷切期许，鼓励大家从身边优秀伙伴的奋斗故事中汲取前进力量，把今天的相聚转化为再出发、再奋斗的内生动力，字里行间传递出公司对菁才队伍的高度信任与对对未来发展的坚定信心。
随后，现场嘉宾为94位脱颖而出的年度菁才逐一颁发荣誉奖项。全场掌声不断，嘉宾与获奖人员合影留念，共同定格奋斗者的高光瞬间，现场氛围庄重而热烈。
在颁奖典礼的最后，安盛天平首席执行官左伟豪先生将象征荣誉与责任的旗帜授予菁才俱乐部会长黄佳珮，以此嘱托会长赓续荣光、笃行不怠，并寄望菁才俱乐部作为公司销售菁英的先锋力量，与安盛天平同向偕行、共启新程。这面旗帜，亦是把全体成员对菁才俱乐部的信任与期许郑重交托，感召每一位成员并肩奋进、再创辉煌。
左总在闭幕致辞中明确了下一阶段工作方向，全体菁才及业务团队要持续深化“以客户为中心”的发展战略，严格落实“调结构、稳利润、促增长”的工作方针，把本次大会总部与各机构共同研讨确定的各项业务举措，细化落地、坚决执行，全力以赴确保年度经营目标圆满达成，稳步推动公司长期战略规划落地见效。

On July 28, 2026, under the theme “Shining Future in Chengdu, Winning Together with Elites,” the 4th AXA Tianping Top Talent Club Summit was successfully held in Chengdu. The summit brought together more than 90 members of the Top Talent Club, spanning two tracks: institutional Top Talents and direct-sales Top Talents. Representatives of the year’s Outstanding Tier-3 Institutions, Outstanding Sales Management Departments, Outstanding Seed Instructors and Training Management staff were also invited to attend. In attendance to witness this moment of honor were Mr. Kevin Chor, Chief Executive Officer of AXA Tianping; Mr. Zhou Liancheng, Deputy General Manager and Chief Distribution Management & Sales Officer; Mr. Chen Sheng, Independent Director; Mr. Scott Yin, Assistant General Manager, Chief Actuary and Chief Pricing Officer; Mr. Yang Yong, Assistant General Manager and Chief Claims & Customer Service Officer; Mr. Shaw Zeng, Assistant General Manager and Chief Commercial Insurance Officer; Mr. Fred Ding, Chief Health Insurance Officer; Ms Siyuan Dai, Chief Marketing Officer; Ms. Du Nan, Chief Human Resources Officer; Mr. Bi Yuquan, Chief Strategy Officer and Regional General Manager for Region C; Ms. Zhang Xiaoyu, Regional General Manager for Region B; Mr. Wang Hui, Regional General Manager for Region A; and Ms. Cao Hongju, General Manager of the Direct Sales Online Center. The heads of all secondary institutions and management staff from the head office and every branch were also present to witness this moment of honor.
The conference opened with a kickoff video that comprehensively reviewed the development journey of the Top Talent Club, officially inaugurating this gala of honors. Mr. Zhou Liancheng delivered the opening address, extending sincere greetings and heartfelt expectations to all Top Talents. He encouraged everyone to draw strength from the inspiring stories of the outstanding colleagues around them and to transform today’s gathering into an intrinsic drive to set out again and strive anew—words that conveyed the company’s profound trust in the Top Talent team and its firm confidence in future development.
Subsequently, the guests on site presented honor awards one by one to the 94 standout Top Talents of the year. Applause rang out throughout the venue; guests and award recipients took group photos together, capturing the highlight moments of these achievers in a solemn yet warmly enthusiastic atmosphere.
At the conclusion of the award ceremony, Mr. Kevin Chor, Chief Executive Officer of AXA Tianping, presented the flag—symbolizing both honor and responsibility—to Ms. Huang Jiapei, President of the Top Talent Club, charging her to carry forward its glory and persevere with unwavering diligence. He expressed the hope that the Top Talent Club, as the vanguard force of the company’s sales elites, would advance in the same direction as AXA Tianping and embark on a new journey together. This flag also represents the solemn entrustment of all members’ trust in and expectations for the Top Talent Club, inspiring every member to strive side by side and create even greater brilliance.
In his closing address, Mr. Kevin set out the work direction for the next phase. He emphasized that all Top Talents and business teams should continue to deepen the “customer-centric” development strategy, strictly implement the work guidelines of “adjusting the structure, stabilizing profits and promoting growth,” refine and firmly execute the business initiatives jointly discussed and determined by headquarters and the branches at this summit, spare no effort to ensure the full achievement of the annual operating targets, and steadily advance the implementation of the company’s long-term strategic plan.
This summit was both a gala of honor and recognition and a bond that united the team’s hearts and strength.
