2025年12月2日，由大数据应用部主办的第六届Data Open Day活动在公司总部启幕。本次活动以“数智融合 领航新征程 Data and AI Synergy Pioneering a New Era”为主题，通过线上线下相结合的方式，聚焦数字化与智能化技术的深度融合，探讨数据与人工智能协同驱动行业变革的创新路径，助力企业迈向智能化、高质量发展的新征程。
今年分别在瑞明和金桥举办了两场以“数据+AI”为主题的大咖分享会。在现场活动中，同事们积极参与数据AI答题活动，现场充满趣味性与益智性。首席运营官兼首席数据官余健光总莅临瑞明现场开场致词，回顾了去年的Data Open Day活动，引出了今年的活动主题。来自腾讯的分享嘉宾围绕AI技术如何重塑金融行业生态展开深度解读，揭示了AI在内部运营、资产管理和财富管理方面的突破性应用，分享了金融行业AI应用趋势及典型案例，并为保险公司应对AI浪潮提供了很好的建议。在金桥现场活动中，腾讯金融云分享嘉宾系统阐述了大数据团队通过打造集自助化、自动化、智能化于一体的数智化平台，显著提升了内部数据分析师的日常工作效率；深入解析了数智融合的创新实践路径，如何解决数据治理、安全防护与运维管理等核心难题，为行业数智化转型提供了可借鉴的实践范本。
线上活动同步开启。总公司和分公司同事通过企业微信“有奖趣味打卡”积累积分，赢取奖品，持续积累参与感和成就感；每日“点我抽取今日幸运签”则通过AI技术随机生成个性化寄语，为活动增添科技温度与惊喜感；同时，设置“有奖调研”环节，邀请大家分享对数智化发展的见解与建议。三大互动模块巧妙融合趣味性与实用性，强化了活动参与度。职场大屏实时动态呈现线上活动参与数据与排名信息，增强了活动的互动性与趣味性，提升了现场体验，收获广泛好评。
同时本次活动发布了大数据应用部门三项数据AI应用成果：AI指标异动分析、AI县域县域数据核对、AI监管数据治理。三项应用融合数据与AI技术，为监管工作注入智能动能，助力构建精准、高效、协同的数字化治理新范式。

On December 2, 2025, the sixth Data Open Day event, hosted by the Big Data Application, kicked off at the company’s headquarters. Centered on the theme of “Data and AI Synergy Pioneering a New Era”, this event adopted a hybrid online-offline format, focusing on the deep integration of digital and intelligent technologies, exploring innovative pathways for data and artificial intelligence to collaboratively prospel industry transformation and support enterprises in advancing toward intelligent, high-quality development in a new era.
This year, dual “Data + AI” thematic sharing sessions were held respectively at Ruiming and Jinqiao. During the on-site activities, colleagues actively participated in the data and AI quiz activities, blending enjoyment with intellectual stimulation to foster a vibrant learning atmosphere. Philip Yu, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Data Officer, attended Rimeng’s event, delivered an opening speech, and introduced this year’s theme by reviewing last year’s Data Open Day activities. A guest speaker from Tencent provided an in-depth analysis of how AI technology is reshaping the financial industry ecosystem, highlighting breakthrough applications of AI in internal operations, asset management, and wealth management. The presentation also included strategic insights on AI trends within finance and actionable recommendations for insurance companies navigating AI-driven transformation.
At the Jinqiao on-site event, the Tencent Financial Cloud sharing speaker systematically explained how the big data team has built a data intelligence platform integrating self-service, automation, and intelligence, significantly improving the daily work efficiency of internal data analysts. The speaker also deeply analyzed the innovative practice path of data intelligence integration, elaborating on how to address core challenges such as data governance, security protection, and operations and maintenance management, providing a practical blueprint for the industry’s data Intelligence transformation.
The online event was simultaneously launched, engaging colleagues from both headquarters and branches. Through the ” Fun Check-In” activity on WeCom, participants accumulated points to redeem prizes, which consistently heightened the sense of involvement and achievement. The daily “Draw Your Daily Lucky Message” feature leveraged AI technology to generate personalized messages, adding a touch of technological warmth and surprise to the event. The “Interactive Survey” session invited participants to share their insights and suggestions on data intelligence development. These three interactive modules skillfully combined entertainment with practicality, significantly boosting participation. The corporate dashboard displayed real-time data and rankings of the online activity, enhancing interactivity and fun, enriching the on-site experience, and receiving widespread praise.
Meanwhile, this event also launched three AI-powered data application achievements of the Big Data Application: AI-driven indicator anomaly analysis, AI-powered county-level data verification, and AI-enhanced regulatory data governance. These three applications integrate data and AI technologies, injecting intelligent momentum into regulatory work and enabling the construction of a new digital governance paradigm characterized by precision, efficiency, and collaboration.
