2025年11月19日,在由《中国银行保险报》主办的“2025金诺·金融文化与品牌建设大会”上,安盛天平财产保险有限公司的“凉山净水公益项目”从众多参选项目中脱颖而出,荣膺2025金诺·金融品牌年度社会公益项目。

本次大会在深圳举办,主题围绕“筑牢文化基石 建设金融强国”展开,旨在展示金融业在服务国家战略,践行社会责任方面的优秀实践。安盛天平此次获奖,体现了业界对公司持续投身社会公益、践行企业责任的充分肯定。

爱心起源:关注水健康,回应真实需求

“凉山净水公益项目”源于安盛集团年度员工志愿者盛事——“安盛筑爱在行动”。2024年,安盛天平将目光投向四川省凉山彝族自治州乃拖镇中心校,该校当时有17个教学班712名学生。

学校所处地区卫生条件较差,全校师生日常用水为未经处理的自来水,长期饮用对身体健康可能造成不良影响。面对这一现实问题,安盛天平决定携手公益伙伴爱佑慈善基金会,以涓滴爱心汇流成海,用公益脚步跨越千里,为凉山学子送去洁净水源。

创新公益:捐步转化爱心,员工广泛参与

2024年6月3日至7日,安盛天平创新性地通过安盛安美”平台发起“微信捐步挑战赛”,将员工爱心捐步转化为公司配捐的爱心善款。在短短五天时间内,包括员工在内累计有5223人次积极参与活动,捐赠的爱心步数高达3141万步。所筹善款全部用于为乃拖镇中心校安装反渗透纯净水设备。

这一创新公益模式不仅解决了学校的实际困难也让每位员工都能通过日常行动参与公益,真正体现了“人人皆可公益”的理念。

项目深化:从净水设备到全面关怀

2024年6月18日,反渗透纯净水设备完成安装。次日,全校师生便开始饮用处理后的纯净水源。这不仅是一台设备的安装,更是一整套健康饮水保障体系的建立。

除了安装净水设备,安盛天平还依托爱佑慈善基金会在当地设立的儿童之家,定期为孩子们开展科学用水主题科普教育,并配备了健康用水相关物资包,如烧水壶、保温杯、洗手液等,进一步培养孩子们的健康意识和卫生习惯。

2024年10月,安盛天平志愿者团队重返凉山进行回访。志愿者们为孩子们带来了生动的水健康知识讲座,并走访了当地学生家庭,深入了解孩子们的生活学习情况。

荣誉背后:公益基因的传承与创新

“凉山净水公益项目”的成功并非偶然。安盛天平已连续六年参与“安盛筑爱在行动”志愿者活动,并在全国25家分公司同步推动本地化公益行动。

2025年,安盛天平更携手兄弟公司工银安盛,共同奔赴凉山越西县开展联合公益行动,通过项目融合开创企业联合公益的新模式,共同践行安盛“守护生命之本,践行人类进步”的使命与承诺。

此次荣获金诺奖,不仅是对单一项目的肯定,更是对安盛天平长期坚持公益理念的认可。这一荣誉也体现了公司在将全球公益理念与本土实践相结合方面取得的成功。

On November 19, 2025, at the “2025 Golden Commitment · Financial Culture and Brand Building Conference” hosted by China Banking & Insurance News, the ” Sanitary Water for Liangshan Project” by AXA Tianping Property & Casualty Insurance Co., Ltd. stood out among numerous submissions and was honored with the 2025 Golden Commitment Award for Financial Brand Annual Social Welfare Project.

Held in Shenzhen, the conference revolved around the theme of “Building a Cultural Foundation, developing a Financial Power,” aiming to showcase outstanding practices within the financial industry in serving national strategies and fulfilling social responsibilities. This award for AXA Tianping reflects the industry’s full recognition of the company’s sustained commitment to public welfare and corporate responsibility.

Origin of the Initiative: Focusing on Water Health, Responding to Real Needs

The project was inspired by AXA Group’s annual employee volunteering campaign – “AXA Hearts in Action.” In 2024, AXA Tianping turned its attention to the Naituo Town Central School in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. At that time, the school had 17 classes with 712 students.

The sanitary conditions in the school’s area were substandard, with all teachers and students relying on untreated tap water for their daily needs. Prolonged consumption of such water posed potential health risks. Confronted with this reality, AXA Tianping collaborated with its charity partner, the Ayou Charity Foundation, to take action. Faced with this reality, AXA Tianping decided to join hands with its charity  partner, the Aiyou Charity Foundation to deliver sanitary water to the students in Liangshan.

Innovative approach: Converting Steps into Donations, Extensive Employee Participation

From June 3 to 7, 2024, AXA Tianping innovatively launched a “WeChat Step Donation Challenge” through the “Emma by AXA” platform, converting employees’ donated steps into corporate matching funds. Within just five days, a cumulative total of 5,223 participants, including employees, actively joined the event, donating an impressive 31.41 million steps. All funds raised were used to install a reverse osmosis water purification system for the Naituo Town Central School.

This innovative public welfare model not only addressed the school’s practical difficulties but also enabled every employee to participate in philanthropy through their daily actions, truly embodying the concept that everyone can be engaged.

Project Deepening: From Water Purification to Comprehensive Care

On June 18, 2024, the reverse osmosis water purification system was installed. The following day, all teachers and students began drinking the treated purified water. This was not merely the installation of a piece of equipment but the establishment of a comprehensive healthy drinking water guarantee system.

Beyond installing the purification system, leveraging the “Children’s Home” established locally by the Aiyou Charity Foundation, AXA Tianping regularly conducts science-themed educational sessions on water usage for the children. They also provided health and water-related supply kits, including kettles, thermal cups, and hand soap, further cultivating the children’s health awareness and hygiene habits.

In October 2024, an AXA Tianping volunteers teamed up to return to Liangshan for a follow-up visit. The volunteers delivered engaging lectures on water health knowledge to the children and visited local students’ families to gain a deeper understanding of their lives and learning conditions.

Behind the Honor: Inheritance and Innovation of a Public Welfare Ethos

The success of the Project is no accident. AXA Tianping has participated in the “AXA Hearts in Action” volunteering activities for six consecutive years and simultaneously promoted localized public welfare initiatives across its 25 nationwide branches.

In 2025, AXA Tianping further collaborated with its sister company, ICBC-AXA Life Insurance Co., Ltd., to jointly conduct volunteering activities in Yuexi County, Liangshan. This project integration pioneered a new model of corporate collaborative public welfare, jointly fulfilling AXA’s mission and commitment to “Act for Human Progress by Protecting What Matters.”

The Golden Commitment Award is not only an affirmation of this single project but also recognition of AXA Tianping’s long-term commitment to pay back to the community, reflecting the company’s success in integrating global sustainability guidelines with local practices.

Moving forward, AXA Tianping will continue to uphold its brand mission of ” Act for Human Progress by Protecting What Matters .” It will place equal emphasis on economic benefits and social responsibility, persistently focus on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues, and contribute the power of insurance to the high-quality development of the real economy.
