亲爱的安盛天平同事,

2025年已悄然过半,此次机构年中工作会议在贵阳圆满召开,既是对上半年奋斗历程的回首,更是为下半年新征程的开启凝聚共识、明确方向。

回顾上半年,安盛天平取得了令人振奋的经营业绩。2025年上半年公司实现监管口径下净利润4100万,同比改善8300万。与此同时,公司治理能力持续提升,截至2024年四季度公司风险评级IRR为BBB,截至2025年二季度公司综合偿付能力充足率达到229.13%。

成绩属于过去,未来更需努力。本次会议务实高效,围绕“调结构、稳利润、促增长”三大目标,各业务条线、渠道及中后台部门从业绩达成、成本优化、数字化转型、风控合规、客户体验等多维度展开深入研讨,进一步统一思想、明确打法。尤其令人振奋的是,“星火转型”项目已累计收集60余项机构子项目,山东、江苏、广西等机构在新能源车险、健康险成本管控、二手车业务拓展等方面取得实质性突破,展现出全员拥抱变革、勇于创新的转型氛围,为全年目标的实现注入强劲动能。

下半年,安盛将持续优化业务结构,提升非车险占比,深化渠道分类与数字化运营,严守风险底线,推动精细化管理和降本增效。希望各机构、各部门紧紧围绕客户中心,强化总分协同与资源共享,将“星火转型”落到实处,共同夯实可持续增长的基础。

这一切都证明,安盛是一支能打仗、能打胜仗的队伍。任务艰巨、挑战仍在,只要保持战略定力,坚守转型信念,同心同德、扎实行动,必能圆满完成全年目标,推动安盛天平在高质量发展道路上续写新篇!

The first half of 2025 drew to a close with the successful Mid-Year Work Conference taken place in Guiyang. This pivotal gathering not only provided a platform to review on the efforts and achievements made in the first half of the year but also galvanized collective resolve, charting a strategic course for the endeavors ahead in the second half of the year.

Looking back on the first half of 2025, AXA Tianping delivered highly encouraging business results. The company achieved a net profit of RMB 41 million as per local regulatory standards, representing an improvement of RMB 83 million year-on-year. At the same time, corporate governance capabilities continued to strengthen: as of Q4 2024, the company’s IRR risk rating was upgraded to BBB, and by Q2 2025, the solvency ratio had risen to 229.13%.

As we transition from the past accomplishments to future challenges, this conference served as a catalyst for action, advancing our three strategic pillars: “structure optimization, profits stabalization, and growth acceleration.” Business lines, distributions, and operational units engaged in rigorous reviews of critical levers, including performance excellence, cost optimization, digital transformation, risk control and compliance, and customer experience. The Xinghuo Transformation particularly has galvanized grassroots innovation, collecting over 60 sub-proposals from branches. Branches in Shandong, Jiangsu, Guangxi, and others have made substantial breakthroughs in areas such as new energy auto insurance, health insurance cost control, and used car business expansion, demonstrating a company-wide culture embracing change and innovation, injecting strong momentum into achieving our annual goals.

In the second half of the year, AXA will intensify efforts in optimizing business portfolio, with a strategic focus on expanding non-motor offerings to diversify revenue streams and enhance resilience. We will advance distribution specialization and accelerate digital transformation to elevate operational efficiency and customer experience, while rigorously upholding risk management frameworks.

All of this proves that AXA is a team capable of fighting and winning battles. The tasks are arduous and challenges remain, but as long as we maintain strategic focus, adhere to our transformation beliefs, and work together with solid actions, we will undoubtedly achieve our annual goals and continue writing a new chapter of high-quality development for AXA Tianping!
