AXA Tianping Attends “Green Building Goes Global: Sailing from Lingang” 2025 Shanghai International Green Building Forum

2025年7月22日,“绿建出海•临港启航”2025上海绿色建筑国际论坛-临港分论坛在上海临港新片区滴水湖畔成功举办。安盛天平财产保险有限公司(以下简称:安盛天平)首席市场营销官兼总经理办公室主任戴思远女士应邀出席。本次论坛旨在系统性总结区域绿色发展成果,并围绕临港新片区作为“企业走出去发展壮大的重要跳板”的战略定位,聚焦政策背景、制度标准、专业服务等关键议题,探讨如何助力国内建筑企业把握出海机遇,提升国际化竞争力,推动行业高质量发展。

论坛由临港新片区管委会、上海市绿色建筑协会指导,临港集团、上海市绿色建筑协会临港新片区工作委员会主办,临港新片区“走出去”综合服务平台、临港新片区经济公司承办。上海市住建委、临港新片区党工委、上海市绿色建筑协会等相关领导及近300位来自政府部门、企事业单位、国内外专业机构的代表出席了活动。

论坛期间举行了临港新片区“走出去”工程建设联盟成立仪式,旨在整合资源,搭建服务平台,支持工程建设领域企业“走出去”。作为15家创始成员单位之一,安盛天平与上海市绿色建筑协会、上海国际经济技术合作协会、中国建筑第八工程局有限公司、中铁上海设计院集团有限公司、上海临港经济发展(集团)有限公司、英国建筑研究院(BRE)、美国建筑师协会(AIA)等国内外知名机构和企业共同登台,正式宣告联盟成立。

在随后的主旨演讲环节,多位行业专家和企业代表围绕绿色建筑出海相关议题进行了分享。戴思远女士在题为《筑牢绿色屏障 保险护航出海》的演讲中介绍了安盛集团的雄厚实力,以及出海企业最为关心的全球服务网络、本地运营经验,服务中国企业出海的经典案例等。安盛天平作为链接集团智慧、服务中国客户的桥梁纽带,将充分发挥保险保障专长,从有效甄别风险、共享全球网络、供给在地服务等多个维度提供全价值链、全周期风险保障,支持中国绿色建筑企业出海搏击,确保项目顺利实施。

On July 22, 2025, the “Green Building Global Expansion • Launching from Lingang” 2025 Shanghai International Green Building Forum—Lingang Sub-Forum was successfully held by the DishuiLake in the Shanghai Lingang New Area. Ms. Dai Siyuan, Chief Marketing Officer and Chief of Staff to the CEO at AXA Tianping Property & Casualty Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “AXA Tianping”), was invited to attend. The forum aimed to systematically summarize regional green development achievements and, centered on Lingang’s strategic positioning as “a vital springboard for enterprises to expand globally,” focused on key issues such as policy background, institutional standards, and professional services. It explored ways to support domestic construction companies in seizing international opportunities, enhancing global competitiveness, and promoting high-quality industry development.

The forum was guided by the Lingang New Area Administrative Committee and the Shanghai Green Building Association, hosted by Lingang Group and the Lingang Working Committee of the Shanghai Green Building Association, and organized by the Lingang New Area “Going Global” Integrated Service Platform and Lingang New Area Economic Development Co., Ltd. Nearly 300 representatives from government departments, enterprises, public institutions, and domestic and international professional organizations attended, including leaders from the Shanghai Housing and Urban-Rural Development Commission, the Lingang New Area Party Working Committee, and the Shanghai Green Building Association.  

During the forum, the launch ceremony of the Lingang New Area “Going Global” Engineering Construction Alliance was held. The alliance aims to integrate resources and build a service platform to support enterprises in the engineering construction sector expanding overseas. As one of the 15 founding members, AXA Tianping took the stage alongside renowned domestic and international institutions and enterprises, including the Shanghai Green Building Association, Shanghai International Economic and Technological Cooperation Association, China Construction Eighth Engineering Bureau Corp., Ltd., China Railway Shanghai Design Institute Group Co., Ltd., Shanghai Lingang Economic Development (Group) Co., Ltd., the Building Research Establishment (BRE) of the UK, and the American Institute of Architects (AIA), officially announcing the establishment of the alliance.  

In the subsequent keynote speech session, multiple industry experts and enterprise representatives shared insights on topics related to the global expansion of green building. In her speech titled “Building a Green Barrier: Insurance Escorting Global Expansion,” Ms. Dai Siyuan introduced AXA Group’sophistication and expertise , including its global service network, local operational experience, and classic cases of serving Chinese enterprises expanding abroad—all of great interest to internationalizing companies. As a bridge connecting the Group’s expertise with Chinese clients, AXA Tianping will fully leverage its insurance expertise to provide comprehensive, full-cycle risk protection across the entire value chain. This includes effective risk identification, sharing of global networks, and supply of on-the-ground services, supporting Chinese green building enterprises in expanding globally and ensuring the smooth implementation of projects.
