开展保险公益服务,践行责任担当。安盛天平将服务触角延伸至基层末梢,在全国范围内掀起“保险服务进社区入乡村”的热潮,组织机构志愿团队及人员,为需要帮助的地区和人群提供公益性保险保障和服务,面对面传递保障温度。
宁波:公益集市暖人心
7月6日,宁波分公司联合同业机构深入江北区安山村,为群众解答保险疑问,普及防范非法集资、反诈骗等知识;同时爱心义卖福利院手工艺品及公司捐赠物资,所得善款惠及公益事业。分会场同样精彩:小灵峰健步道上,流动宣传员沿途普及知识,送水点化身微型宣传站;安山村菜场入口,党员先锋身着红马甲,主动为村民发放资料、答疑解惑,将金融安全知识融入日常生活场景。

陕西:红色基因融服务
陕西分公司于7月2日双线并进。在榆林开源社区,“消保驿站”成为居民身边的金融知识课堂,重点提升风险防范意识。在邓宝珊将军纪念馆,宣传团队巧妙结合红色精神传承与保险使命宣讲,向参观者及工作人员阐述保险服务国计民生的责任担当,深化公众对行业价值的认同。

云南:社区联动筑防线

内蒙古:校园科普入乡村

广西分公司于7月6日组织员工前往红色教育基地开展红色健步走,传承精神、彰显担当。7月8日,钦州中支员工参与无偿献血,以热血传递爱心。同时,分公司及下辖机构在活动期间深入基层,密集开展“五进入”宣传活动共计9场次,将保险服务与知识送到农村、社区和企业,切实传递保险温度。

Reaching Out to Communities and Rural Areas to Fortify the Frontline of Risk Prevention
AXA Tianping extended its services to the grassroots level, sparking a nationwide wave of “Insurance Services Entering Communities and Villages.” Volunteer teams were organized to provide public welfare insurance protection and services to regions and populations in need, conveying the warmth of security face-to-face.
Ningbo: Charity Bazaar Warms Hearts
On July 6, the Ningbo Branch, alongside industry peers, visited Anshan Village in Jiangbei District. They addressed public insurance queries and disseminated knowledge on preventing illegal fundraising and fraud. Concurrently, a charity sale featured handicrafts from welfare institutions and company-donated materials, with proceeds benefiting public welfare causes. Sub-venues were equally vibrant: along Xiaolingfeng Hiking Trail, mobile promoters shared knowledge, transforming water stations into mini publicity points; at the Anshan Village market entrance, Party member pioneers in red vests proactively distributed materials and answered questions for villagers, integrating financial safety knowledge into daily life.
Shaanxi: Integrating Red Spirit into Service
On July 2, the Shaanxi Branch operated on dual fronts. At Yulin Kaiyuan Community, a “Consumer Protection Station” became a neighborhood financial literacy hub, focusing on enhancing risk prevention awareness. At the General Deng Baoshan Memorial Hall, the publicity team skillfully combined the inheritance of the “red spirit” with explaining insurance’s mission, articulating the industry’s responsibility in serving national welfare and people’s livelihoods to visitors and staff, deepening public recognition of the industry’s value.

On July 8, the Yunnan Branch partnered with Jinjiang Road Community and multiple collaborators for the “Fortifying Risk Defenses” public welfare event. The Hebei Branch, coordinating with its tier-three agencies, conducted “Insurance Publicity Enters Communities” activities. Over 1,200 inquiries were received, and more than 750 pieces of promotional material were distributed during the campaign.
Inner Mongolia: Campus Science Reaches Villages
The Inner Mongolia Branch conducted public welfare campaigns at Inner Mongolia University of Technology and Shaliang Village. On July 1, Guangdong Branch entered Guangzhou Dongming Liyuan School with a novel “Insurance Knowledge + Summer Safety” class. Henan Branch utilized the stunning naked-eye 3D screen at Zhengzhou Wanda Plaza to powerfully visualize the annual theme, shaping a trustworthy industry image. Consultation desks within the plaza offered face-to-face financial knowledge for pedestrians and merchants, emphasizing the “Three Appropriatenesses” principle of insurance to guide rational consumption.
Shandong: Cultural Empowerment Showcases Responsibility
During the publicity week, Shandong Branch organized employees to passionately perform red-themed poetry recitals, using cultural power to transmit spirit and demonstrate commitment. Agency outlets fostered a strong atmosphere, while widespread knowledge dissemination occurred through “Five Entries” activities. On July 6, Guangxi Branch organized employees for a red-themed walk at an educational base, inheriting spirit and demonstrating commitment. On July 8, Qinzhou Sub-branch employees participated in voluntary blood donation, conveying love through their blood. Jiangsu Branch, partnering with Bank of China Insurance Jiangsu Branch, hosted an “Insurance Carnival” at Xinlihua Center. The venue featured history exhibits, knowledge booths (consumer protection/fraud prevention), and interactive quiz sections. Staff actively disseminated knowledge and explained skills, rewarding participants with gifts. The vibrant atmosphere effectively raised public insurance awareness, vividly interpreting “Insurance Makes Life Better,” and promised continued social responsibility fulfillment.
Shenzhen: Dual Channels Deliver Warmth
Shenzhen Branch innovated with a “Public Welfare Walk + Commercial District Promotion” dual model: In the morning, staff gathered at Central Park in uniform for a public welfare walk promoting healthy lifestyles and insurance concepts along the route; In the afternoon, they set up booths in the Hanguo Center commercial district (Funan Community), focusing on three themes: “Insurance Makes Life Better,” “Prevent Illegal Fundraising,” and “Financial Rights Protection,” distributing promotional items and practical daily supplies, attracting enthusiastic resident interaction and effectively enhancing risk prevention awareness.
Practicing Green Public Welfare: Walking Together Towards a Better Future
AXA Tianping actively encouraged collective and individual activities like walking, urging employees to donate steps for learning financial/insurance knowledge and sharing event highlights. Many branches coincidentally chose public welfare walks to convey health concepts and insurance’s great love. Ningbo employees became mobile promotion points on Sunhu Park trails; Guangdong Party members promoted after a walk on Huangpu Changzhou Island Greenway, combining red education at Huangpu Military Academy; Guangxi Branch Party branch organized a red-themed walk; Henan Party members led a red heritage walk on “July 1st,” inviting public participation; Shandong Branch officially launched its public welfare walk on July 5th.

Guangxi Qinzhou Sub-branch organized employee blood donation on July 8th.
