在2023年度安盛之星的评选中,共有25位总部和机构同事脱颖而出,他们分别荣获客户之星、团结之星、勇敢之星、正直之星和转型之星。月刊将为这些同事专门开设“安盛之星”专栏,帮助大家进一步了解安盛人践行安盛价值观的故事。
本月我们将为大家分享正直之星——聊城中支理赔客服部经理助理徐怀武,转型之星——直销在线中心销售管理部业务分析岗白丹,客户之星——直销在线中心销售三部电销坐席匡定正的故事。
25 employees from headquarters and branches have stood out at the end of the AXA Star Nomination, being awarded for embedding AXA values throughout their daily work. A special column has been created for us to know them better.
This month, we are delighted to introduce the Integrity Star—Xu Huaifu, Assistant Manager of the Claims Customer Service Department at AXA Liao City Branch; the Transformation Star—Bai Dan, Business Analyst at the Sales Management Department of the Direct Online Center; and the Customer Star—Kuang Dingzheng, Telesales Operator at the Direct Online Center Sales Department 3.
正直之星——徐怀武
徐怀武现任聊城中支理赔客服部经理助理,自2013年6月加入公司以来,已服务超过十年。在这段时间里,他从查勘工作起步,逐步成长为大案处理专家,并最终担任管理岗位。在理赔管理工作中,始终坚持正直的人生信条,对团队和个人都严格要求,坚决杜绝任何形式的不正当行为,如“吃、拿、卡、要”,确保不违反公司规定和个人良心。作为领导者,他认为以身作则是保持团队纯洁性的最佳途径,并身体力行坚守这一原则——做一个正直而纯粹的人,在理赔岗位上尽职尽责。
在2023年,徐怀武带领聊城中支理赔团队取得了显著成绩:
- 理赔整体排名位居分公司第一;
- 综合减损率达到27%,同样位居分公司第一;
- 车险反欺诈减损率为8.1%,排名分公司第二;
- 非车险反欺诈减损率为29.2%,排名分公司第三;
- 人伤降残减损率为15.17%,排名分公司第二。
Q1:获得安盛之星是什么样的感受?
能够获得正直之星这个称号,我感到非常开心、快乐和激动。同时,心中也充满着感恩:感恩公司,这样一个拥有着良好的企业文化和工作氛围的卓越平台,感恩各级领导的培养和关爱,更感恩身边的一起加油奋斗的伙伴,这份奖励是我们共同努力的结果
Q2:平时生活中有哪些保持自信、健康、快乐的习惯或者爱好?
平时,我会在清晨围着公园跑步,强健的体魄是我们能够努力工作的基础。周末闲暇时光,有时也会去爬山或者去旅游,领略祖国的大好河山,舒展心情,为好心态充充电。
Q3: 请分享最近在看的一本书、一部电影或一部剧。
最近正在看刘震云的《一句顶一万句》。这本书通过描写人世间百态丛生、恩恩怨怨、伦理情感,让人看到了百年人生的宽广与深邃。一句话,有时可以顶一万句,它能够传递情感、建立联系,也能够引发冲突和误解。这让我明白了在与人交往中,要慎重选择言辞,尊重他人的感受,才能建立良好的人际关系,同时也让我认识到了沟通的重要性,以及如何去倾听和理解他人
Integrity Star – Xu Huaifu
Xu Huaifu currently serves as the Assistant Manager of the Claims Customer Service Department at AXA Liao City Branch. Having joined the company in June 2013, he has dedicated over a decade of service. Starting from the field investigation work, he has gradually grown into an expert in handling major cases and now holds a management position. In his claims management role, he consistently adheres to his principle of integrity, holding both the team and individuals to high standards and firmly rejecting any form of misconduct, such as accepting bribes or engaging in improper practices, to ensure compliance with company regulations and personal conscience.
As a leader, he believes that leading by example is the best way to maintain the purity of the team and he practices this principle himself – being an upright and pure person, fulfilling his duties diligently in the claims position.
In 2023, Xu Huaifu led the AXA Liao City Branch Claims team to achieve remarkable results:
- Ranked first in the branch for overall claims performance
- Achieved a comprehensive loss reduction rate of 27%, ranking first in the branch
- Achieved a motor insurance anti-fraud loss reduction rate of 8.1%, ranking second in the branch
- Achieved a non-motor insurance anti-fraud loss reduction rate of 29.2%, ranking third in the branch
- Achieved a human injury and disability reduction rate of 15.17%, ranking second in the branch.
Q1: How does it feel to be awarded AXA Star?
Receiving the title of Integrity Star fills me with great joy, happiness, and excitement. At the same time, I am also deeply grateful: to the company for providing an excellent platform with a strong corporate culture and working environment; to the leaders at all levels for their cultivation and care; and to my colleagues for their hard work and dedication. This award is the result of our collective efforts.
Q2: What are your habits to keep confident, healthy and positive?
In the morning, I like to go for a run around the park. A strong body is the foundation for our hard work. During weekends, I sometimes go hiking or travel to appreciate the beautiful scenery of our country, relax my mind, and recharge my spirits.
Q3: Please share with us a book, a movie or a theatre piece.
I am currently reading “A Sentence is Worth Ten Thousand” by Liu Zhenyun. This book vividly portrays the complexities of human relationships, gratitude and resentment, and ethics and emotions, allowing readers to glimpse the breadth and depth of a century-long life. A sentence, sometimes, can be worth ten thousand words. It can convey emotions, build connections, and also cause conflicts and misunderstandings. This book has made me realize the importance of choosing words carefully, respecting others’ feelings, and how to listen and understand others in order to establish good interpersonal relationships.
转型之星——白丹
白丹现任直销在线中心销售管理部的业务分析师。2023年,面对车险市场的激烈竞争,新能源车项目成为业务发展战略的重点。白丹作为新能源车项目运营专项跟踪的核心成员,不仅提供了新能源车险和非车险的运营情况追踪,还深入分析了新能源车与燃油车在客群特征和产品特点上的差异,持续完善分析体系并进行优化,为运营决策提供了坚实的分析支持。同时,她建立了中心各项目的评价体系,从科学、健康、可持续发展等多个维度评估项目的生命力,助力销售团队及中心提升转型能力,推动业务向精细化和数据驱动的经营模式转变。
Q1: 获得安盛之星是什么样的感受?
对于本次获得转型之星我感到非常荣幸,我的成长离不开领导的悉心指导以及同事的帮助支持,这是属于团队的荣誉,只是我更加幸运;被认可的同时又感受到一份责任和鞭策,激励自己在今后的工作中继续发光发热,星星之火,也可以燎原。
Q2: 平时生活中有哪些保持自信、健康、快乐的习惯或者爱好?
工作之余爱好烘焙、布艺手工、旅行、溪流钓,也是一名手工博主。手作的意义在于思考和创造,并带来无可比拟的成就感;而户外则是发现和探索的过程,大自然本身就是一本巨大的百科全书。
Q3: 请分享最近在看的一本书、一部电影或一部剧。
最近在看李娟的书《我的阿勒泰》。文笔真诚,感情充沛,以充满生命力的笔触描绘出新疆阿勒泰地区的风土人情。荒凉的戈壁滩生活看似平凡而琐碎,让人沉浸其中并感到内心平静甚至震撼。
Transformation Star – Bai Dan
Bai Dan currently serves as a Business Analyst at the Sales Management Department of the Direct Online Center. In 2023, facing intense competition in the motor insurance market, the new energy vehicle project became a key focus of business development strategy. As a core member of the new energy vehicle project operation special tracking team, Bai Dan not only provided operational data tracking for new energy vehicle insurance and non-motor insurance but also deeply analyzed the differences in customer profiles and product features between new energy vehicles and fuel vehicles. She continuously improved and optimized the analysis system, providing solid analytical support for operational decision-making. Additionally, she established an evaluation system for various projects within the center, assessing project vitality from multiple dimensions including scientificity, health, and sustainable development. This helped the sales team and the center enhance their transformation capabilities and promote the shift towards a refined and data-driven business model.
Q1: How does it feel to be awarded AXA Star?
I feel very honored to receive the Transformation Star award. My growth is inseparable from the careful guidance of my leaders and the support of my colleagues. This is an honor for the team, and I am just fortunate enough to be recognized. While feeling a sense of responsibility and motivation, this award inspires me to continue shining and contributing in my future work. A spark can start a prairie fire.
Q2: What are your habits to keep confident, healthy and positive?
In my spare time, I enjoy baking, sewing, traveling, and stream fishing. I am also a handcrafting blogger. The meaning of handicraft lies in thinking and creation, and it brings unparalleled a sense of achievement. Outdoor activities are a process of discovery and exploration, and nature itself is an enormous encyclopedia.
Q3: Please share with us a book, a movie or a theatre piece.
I am currently reading “My Altay” by Li Juan. The writing is sincere and the emotions are rich, vividly depicting the customs and people of the Altay region in Xinjiang with a lifelike touch. The seemingly ordinary and trivial life in the desolate Gobi Desert immerses readers and brings a sense of calm and even awe to the heart.
客户之星——匡定正
匡定正现任直销在线中心销售三部的电销坐席,他已在公司工作五年,始终坚守在OB业务的第一线。秉持“客户至上、真诚相待、举一反三”的业务理念,他为每一位客户提供诚挚、热情、专业的服务。五年来,匡定正紧跟公司的发展策略,为客户设计多元化的产品组合方案,确保客户的保险保障更加贴合他们的需求。
2023年,匡定正表现优异,取得了显著的成就和贡献:
- 全险种签单保费230万,全年零售客户转化率高达93.26%,健康险客户转化率68.35%;
- 2023年6月:车险业绩,以20.34万的签单保费位列直销在线中心OB车险保费业绩TOP1;
- 2023年11月:车险业绩,签单保费25.77万,位列OB车险保费业绩TOP1;OB成交件数83件,位列OB成交数TOP3;
- 非车险业绩:签单保费3.56万,位列OB非车业绩TOP1。

很荣幸能够获得今年的安盛之星,也很感恩公司的认可!更加想感谢一路走来同事和领导的帮助。来到安盛大家庭我成长了很多,明白每一件事都要脚踏实地去做,不是在空想,不是在虚张声势,而是在用实际的态度去做实际的工作!希望大家都能收获自己想要的,也衷心祝愿安盛越来越好!
Q2: 平时生活中有哪些保持自信、健康、快乐的习惯或者爱好?
有空我会出去散散步、晒晒太阳,放松一下,也喜欢把一些老片子找出来看,比如黄日华版《天龙八部》、《武林外传》等等,可以让我一直保持轻松愉悦的心情。
Q3: 请分享最近在看的一本书、一部电影或一部剧。
年初看了一部电影《年会不能停》,这部大鹏导演的作品好评如潮,超出我的预期。它不是那种恶俗的喜剧,而是非常有内涵的电影作品,再现了打工人的职场现状。它有弄巧成拙的故事设定与人物关系,幽默犀利的吐槽与反讽,引人共鸣的情绪与情感,全片不刻意煽情、不故作搞笑,加上大鹏电影特有的音乐加分,非常适合辛苦打拼的小伙伴们放松与宣泄,酣畅淋漓的笑一场。
Customer Star – Kuang Dingzheng
Kuang Dingzheng currently serves as a Telesales Operator at the Direct Online Center Sales Department 3. Having worked at the company for five years, he has always been dedicated to the front line of OB business. Upholding the business philosophy of “Customer First, Sincerity and Dedication, and Learning from Experience,” he provides sincere, enthusiastic, and professional service to every customer. Over the past five years, Kuang Dingzheng has closely followed the company’s development strategy and designed diversified product portfolio solutions for customers to ensure that their insurance protection meets their needs more closely.
In 2023, Kuang Dingzheng achieved remarkable results and made significant contributions:
- Signed premium of 2.3 million RMB across all insurance products, with a retail customer conversion rate of 93.26% and a health insurance customer conversion rate of 68.35%.
- In June 2023: Ranked first in motor insurance performance at the Direct Online Center with a signed premium of 203,400 RMB.
- In November 2023: Ranked first in motor insurance performance with a signed premium of 257,700 RMB and 83 OB transaction items, ranking third in OB transaction volume.
- In non-motor insurance performance: Ranked first with a signed premium of 35,600 RMB.
Q1: How does it feel to be awarded AXA Star?
I am very honored to be awarded the AXA Star this year and am very grateful for the company’s recognition! I would also like to thank my colleagues and leaders who have helped me along the way. I have grown a lot since joining the AXA family and understand that every task requires a down-to-earth approach, not just daydreaming or grandstanding, but actually doing the work with a practical attitude! I hope everyone can achieve their goals and sincerely wish AXA a better future!
Q2: What are your habits to keep confident, healthy and positive?
When I have time, I like to take a walk outside, bask in the sun, relax, and enjoy watching some old movies, such as “The Condor Heroes” starring Huang Rihua and “My Own Swordsman.” These movies keep me in a relaxed and pleasant mood.
Q3: Please share with us a book, a movie or a theatre piece.
At the beginning of the year, I watched the movie “Year-End Party Must Go On.” Directed by Da Peng, this film received high praise and exceeded my expectations. It is not a vulgar comedy but a movie with profound connotations that realistically portrays the workplace situation of office workers. It features a story setting and character relationships that are cleverly crafted and humorous, with sharp and insightful sarcasm that resonates with the audience. The movie does not deliberately manipulate emotions or force humor, and the unique music style of Da Peng’s films adds to the experience. It is very suitable for hardworking people to relax and vent, providing a cathartic and enjoyable viewing experience.
