在2023年度安盛之星的评选中,共有25位总部和机构同事脱颖而出,他们分别荣获客户之星、团结之星、勇敢之星、正直之星和转型之星。月刊将为这些同事专门开设“安盛之星”专栏,帮助大家进一步了解安盛人践行安盛价值观的故事。

本月我们将为大家分享客户之星——共享服务中心保单管理岗杨堃,团结之星——商业险事业部业务管理岗朱琳,转型之星——精算部精算师罗妍的故事。

25 employees from headquarters and branches have stood out at the end of the AXA Star Nomination, being awarded for embedding AXA values throughout their daily work. A special column has been created for us to know them better.

This month, we are delighted to share with you the stories of Ken YANG, the Star of Customers First; Jolin ZHU, Star of Integrity, and Emma LUO, Star of Transformation.

客户之星——杨堃

杨堃日常主要协助落实健康团险EB业务,并及时提供业务投保指引问题解答,定期与机构开展EB培训答疑会,全力配合公司向健康险转型的战略发展目标。

在2023年总部渠道零售险个人保全处理过程中,实际全年投诉件为0,赢得了客户的一致信任与好评。同年4月,对我司EMMA 3.0线上退保功能正式上线及后续项目的优化支持。积极参与意健险个险及零售险团险保全变更申请书修订,还能有效针对零售险续保功能验收支持及后续续保操作流程优化和续保功能的完善。

杨堃他坚信每一位员工的态度和品行都是公司价值观的具现化,在与公司客户联系期间,向客户传递公司“客户至上”的价值观理念,致力于提升客户的使用体验的沟通满意度,始终是其自身不变的追求。

Q1: 获得安盛之星是什么样的感受?

首先是惊喜,再者是激动,紧随而来的的是对领导、同事的感激之情,感谢各位一路的相伴支持,持续鼓舞、激励着我前行。此次荣获此殊荣,不仅是自身过往工作的一种审视和肯定,更是对未来发展的坚定和期许。相信在安盛这个大家庭中,大家都能互相扶持,贡献各自的光和热,面对市场的挑战乘风破浪,迎难而上。

Q2: 平时生活中有哪些保持自信、健康、快乐的习惯或者爱好?

除了平时和他人的活动与分享,我投入了不少的时间用于去了解自身,去知会自身的需求,洞悉自己的缺陷和不足,尝试和自我沟通:随身备一本小册子,记录自己有感而发;聆听音乐,去寻找使灵魂共鸣的曲风;通过视听去品鉴一部作品,置身于其中,尝试以主人公的视角去思考和理解。无论通过何种方式,不仅仅是以一个旁观者而是以第一人称去探寻,总能使我获得新的感受和体验。

Q3: 请分享最近在看的一本书、一部电影或一部剧。

《昭和64年》。其实距离品鉴完这部电影已经有一段时间了,但每每与他人分享时我都会拿出来。不少人会被影片的时长劝退,认为其叙事过于拖沓;而与我来看,整部影片用了大量的时间,由撕票这个主线,通过故事的穿插、人物心理的刻画,深刻描绘了处于昭和末年和平成之前这段黑暗时光各职业人物的挣扎和救赎,是时代背景的写实画,而故事只不过是一个载体。如果你也有兴趣,推荐各位去品鉴。

Customer First: Ken YANG

Ken YANG assists in implementing EB business of group health insurance, promptly answers questions about business insurance guidelines, regularly holds EB training and Q&A sessions with the organization, and fully cooperates with the company’s strategic development goal of transforming to health insurance.

In the process of handling individual insurance maintenance for retail in the headquarters in 2023, the actual number of complaints throughout the year was zero, winning unanimous trust and praise from customers. In April of the same year, our company officially launched the online surrender function of EMMA 3.0 and provided optimized support for subsequent projects. Actively participated in the revision of the application for maintenance changes of individual insurance and retail insurance group insurance, and effectively supported the acceptance of retail insurance renewal functions, optimized subsequent renewal operation processes, and improved renewal functions.

Ken YANG firmly believes that the attitude and character of every employee is the embodiment of the company’s values. He always transmits the value of “customer first” and strives to improve customer satisfaction and experience, which is his unchanged pursuit.

Q1: How does it feel knowing that you’ve been awarded as AXA Star?

First came the surprise, then excitement, followed by gratitude to my line manager and my colleagues. I feel grateful for their support in me, for continuously encouraging and motivating me to move forward. Winning this honor is not only a review and recognition of my past work, but also a firm belief and expectation for future development. I believe that in the big family of AXA, we can support each other, contribute our own light and heat, and face the challenges of the market bravely, rising to the challenge.

Q2: What are your habits to keep confident, healthy and positive?

Besides going extrovert and engaging in activities, I also spend a lot of time getting to know myself, understanding my weaknesses and deficiencies, and to communicate with myself. I always carry a small notebook to track my thoughts and feelings; I listen to music to find melodies that resonate with my soul; I appreciate a work through visual and auditory means, immersing myself in it and trying to think and understand from the perspective of the protagonist. Regardless of the methods used, not just as an observer but as a first-person explorer, I can always gain new feelings and experiences.

Q3: Please share with us a book, a movie or a theatre piece.

《Showa 64》. It’s actually been some time since I finished watching this movie, but I always bring it up when sharing with others. Many people are discouraged by its length, thinking that the narrative is too dragged out. However, from my perspective, the entire film spends a considerable amount of time, focusing on the main plot of kidnapping and murder, and through the intertwining of stories and the portrayal of characters’ psyches, it deeply depicts the struggles and redemption of people from various professions during the dark period between the end of the Showa era and the beginning of the Heisei era. It is a realistic portrayal of the backdrop of the times, and the story is merely a vehicle. If you’re interested, I recommend that you give it a try.

团结之星——朱琳

朱琳主要负责部门预算要求,逐月进行追踪,并对整体实施指标把控,将目标细化,使预算顺利达成。日常参与战略项目的支持,此外,积极协调部门事务的管理,秉持着团结部门一致,才能做到共同发展这一理念。

日常主动推进管理部门的业务,使其体系逐步完善;根据目标严格追踪管理坏账的清收并实施有效把控;做好各类战略项目的工作;妥善协调部门内外事宜,包括安排部门团建活动,提高部门间的凝聚力;自主善于通过多样性的合作、出色的决策、创新的想法和可持续的成功来寻求集体成功。

Q1: 获得安盛之星是什么样的感受?

能在安盛天平获得这一份殊荣非常荣幸及感恩所有,感谢领导和同事们对我的支持和信任,激励我在今后的工作中对自己更高标准更努力,在公司及部门的战略要求下,更大限度发挥自我价值。 

Q2: 平时生活中有哪些保持自信、健康、快乐的习惯或者爱好?

周末在没有屋顶的地方大口吸氧,在自然中汲取能量,最佳状态迎接新一周的工作与生活。

 Q3: 请分享最近在看的一本书、一部电影或一部剧。

最近看了一部电影《人生遥控器》,主人公每天都有着忙碌的工作与生活的琐事,偶然得到了一个万能遥控器可以跳过自己不喜欢应付的时间,结果人生刷刷地快进到了终点,回头望才发现错过了许多最稀疏平常但却是最珍贵的时刻。享受每一个瞬间才是体会人生的意义,用心去感受工作与生活的每一刻。

Integrity: Jolin ZHU

Jolin ZHU is responsible for tracking departmental budget on a monthly basis, controlling the overall implementation indicators, refining the goals, and ensuring its smooth achievement. She routinely supports strategic projects, actively coordinates the management of departmental affairs, and holds the belief that only by maintaining unity within the department can common development be achieved.

On a daily basis, she actively promotes the operations of the management department to gradually improve its system; strictly tracks and manages the recovery of bad debts based on objectives and implements effective control; performs well in various strategic projects; properly coordinates matters both within and outside the department, including arranging team-building activities to enhance cohesion among departments; and is adept at seeking collective success through diverse cooperation, excellent decision-making, innovative ideas, and sustainable success.

Q1: How does it feel knowing that you’ve been awarded as AXA Star?

I am very grateful for this award, especially for the support and the trust coming from my line manager and my colleagues, which will act as a motivation to me to reach to higher standards. Under the strategic requirements of the company and the department, I will give full play to a greater extent.

Q2: What are your habits to keep confident, healthy and positive?

I love to take a breather at the rooftop during the weekend to take energy from the nature as a work balance.

Q3: Please share with us a book, a movie or a theatre piece.

Recently, I watched a movie called “Click”, where the main character has quite a busy work life. By chance, he got a universal remote control that can skip the time he doesn’t like to deal with. As a result, his life fast-forwarded to the end in a flash. Looking back, he found that he had missed many of the most ordinary but most precious moments. Enjoying every moment is the meaning of experiencing life and feeling every moment of work and life with heart.

转型之星——罗妍

罗妍负责每年的车险定价模型升级项目,担任项目经理一职,除了技术建模外还负责项目规划和管理,特别是与IT、核保定价及机构等多方的沟通工作,确保模型在IT系统的正确实施,以及业务的有效落地。

在2023年参与新能源车战略转型项目,对新能源车模型进行迭代升级,为新能源车业务筛选和成本管控提供更有力的工具。同年,搭建电销续保率模型和价格敏感度的模型,目前该模型已于2023年9月在十几家机构上线试点并于2024年2月在全国范围内上线推广,以支持机构提高续保保费充足度从而改善赔付成本。日常积极推动定价工具的转型和应用,如引入集团先进定价软件Akur8,逐步改进现有技术定价流程,提升建模的效率和准确度。

Q1: 获得安盛之星是什么样的感受?

获得安盛转型之星是我的骄傲和荣幸,感谢公司和领导对我的认可,也感谢团队对我的支持。未来也会更加有信心,努力让技术更多转化为生产力,帮助业务降本增效。

Q2: 平时生活中有哪些保持自信、健康、快乐的习惯或者爱好?

平时喜欢在滨江骑行,一边听歌一边享受运动的乐趣,同时可以遇见美丽的景色和呼吸新鲜的空气,让自己保持健康和快乐。

 Q3: 请分享最近在看的一本书、一部电影或一部剧。

最近在看《乡土中国》,费老简短的文字对中国人的秉性、文化、思想、社会等不同领域关系做了一次深层次的研究,很多社会现象背后的原因都能在这本书里找到答案,深刻的历史注定我们和西方文化有很多不同。如果想更好的了解中国的国情和文化,推荐大家阅读这本书。

Transformation: Emma LUO

Emma LUO is responsible for upgrading motor pricing model on an annual basis as the project manager. In addition to technical modeling, she is also responsible for project planning and management, especially regarding cross-functional communications with IT, underwriting pricing and branches to ensure the precise implementation and the effective landing of the business.

In 2023, she participated in the NEV strategic transformation project, carried out iterative upgrading of its model, and provided more powerful tools for the screening and cost control of the new energy vehicle business. In the same year, she built the model of telesales renewal rate and price sensitivity. At present, this model has been launched for trial in more than a dozen branches since September 2023 and has been launched for nationwide promotion in February 2024 to support branches in improving the sufficiency of renewal premiums and thereby improving the compensation cost. In addition, she actively promoted the transformation and application of pricing tools on a daily basis, such as introducing the group’s advanced pricing software Akur8, gradually improving the existing technical pricing process, and enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of modeling.

Q1: How does it feel knowing that you’ve been awarded as AXA Star?

Pride, for most of the part. I am grateful for getting this recognition, and for getting the support from the team. I will also summon more confidence and strive to make technology more transformed into productivity to help the business reduce costs and increase efficiency.

Q2: What are your habits to keep confident, healthy and positive?

Usually I like cycling by the riverside, enjoying the fun of doing sports while listening to the music. At the same time, I can encounter beautiful scenery and breathe fresh air, keeping myself healthy and happy.

Q3: Please share with us a book, a movie or a theatre piece.

Recently, I have been reading “Rural China”. The concise words of Mr. Fei have conducted an in-depth study on the relationships in different fields such as the nature, culture, ideology, and society of the Chinese people. The reasons behind many social phenomena can all be found in this book. The profound history has doomed that we have many differences from Western culture. If you want to better understand China’s national conditions and culture, I recommend everyone to read this book.
