2023年11月13日，总公司大数据应用部主办的第四届Data Open Day数据开放日活动在公司内拉开序幕，这是继安盛天平在第六届中国国际进口博览会期间举办“携手向未来，安盛可持续发展论坛”的延续。
本次活动聚焦“数据赋能发展 共建永续生态 Data Empowers Development, Build Sustainable Ecology”，总公司、机构同事通过线下、线上方式积极参与活动。
线下活动包括AI答题挑战赛、数据可持续发展专题分享会。数据可持续发展专题分享会邀请到了德勤管理咨询数据科学卓越中心总监王鹏博士，就时下最热的“大模型”话题，给公司同事带来了一场主题为“生成式AI应用探索”的精彩分享，现场同事积极参与问答互动。通过了解大模型的概念及现有市场上不同行业的应用，希望可以推动大模型在安盛天平业务上应用，助力业务赋能发展。今年线上活动进行了升级，通过企业微信有奖翻牌游戏，以寓教于乐的方式将ESG理念、数据治理、数据可持续发展、AI发展应用等知识传递给全司的同事们，取得了良好的体验与效果。
2023年安盛天平参与了复旦科技园发展研究院主编的《金融与数字化转型人才研究报告》蓝皮书的评审，并在数据开放日期间进行了发布。这标志着我司正式开启了与高校之间的校企合作，通过跨界合作破除行业壁垒，不断推进数据的可持续发展。在更大的格局上，将数据治理与金融人才创新所面临的挑战，转化为发展的机遇，为全行业的可持续健康发展注入强劲动能。
11月17日，为期一周的2023数据开放日活动圆满落幕，让我们一起期待2024年。
On November 13th, 2023, the 4th Data Open Day hosted by the Big Data Application Department of the head office, kicked off within the company, which sustains the momentum of AXA Tianping’s “Joint Hands towards the Future, AXA Sustainable Development Forum” held during the 6th China International Import Expo.
With a focus on “Data Empowers Development, Build Sustainable Ecology”, the event attracted colleagues from the head office and institutions to actively participate offline and online.
Colleagues attended an AI quiz and a data sustainable development-themed sharing session offline, where the latter invited Dr. Wang Peng, Director of the Data Science Center of Excellence of Deloitte Management Consulting, to share his opinions on the heated topic of “Large Model” theming on “Exploration of Generative AI Applications”, encouraging active Q&A interactions. By understanding the concept of large models and their applications in different industries on the current market, we hope to promote the application of large models in AXA Tianping’s business to empower business development. This year, we upgraded the online activities through setting up a prize-winning card flipping game via the corporate WeChat platform, familiarizing our colleagues with ESG concepts, data governance, data sustainable development, and AI development application, among others, achieving good experience and effects.
In 2023, AXA Tianping took part in the review of the Blue Book “Financial and Digital Transformation Talent Research Report” edited by the Fudan Science Park Development Institute, which was released during the Data Open Day, embarking on the journey of cooperation with universities, aiming to break through industry barriers through cross-border cooperation and continuously advance the sustainable development of data. On a larger scale, it transforms data governance and financial talent innovation challenges into development opportunities, injecting strong momentum into the sustainable and healthy development of the industry.
On November 17th, the week-long 2023 Data Open Day successfully concluded. Let’s look forward to the 2024 event and stay tuned.
