 A Successful Emerging Customer 360 Seminar

3月23日,为期一天的EC 360研讨会在安盛天平瑞明职场顺利召开。

本次研讨会由健康险事业部EC团队组织,并荣幸地邀请了集团Emerging Customer新兴客群条线亚洲及非洲区负责人Michal Matul亲临现场,全程主持研讨会。

安盛天平CEO 左伟豪为此次研讨会致开场辞,他强调了新兴客群的重要战略意义,也肯定了2022年安盛天平在EC业务上取得的骄人成绩,希望与会同事通过此次难得的机会对新兴客群业务加深认识和理解,并结合实际工作,为中国EC业务的进一步发展添砖加瓦。

包括首席市场营销与公共事务官黄长青在内的来自健康险事业部、零售险、商业险、渠道、精算、理赔、IT、运营和公共事务等各部门20余名同事参加了此次研讨会。

Michal先生介绍了新兴客群的业务范畴和业绩表现,并分享了其他市场上的精彩案例,引发了大家热烈的讨论。新兴客群项目致力于提高中低收入人群的保险意识,为他们提供可触及、可负担的普惠保险及服务,让更多的人能够受益于保险。在中国,城市定制型保险即惠民保就是最典型的代表产品之一。

与会同事纷纷表示,通过这次培训和互动,进一步了解了新兴客群业务在集团的战略地位,以及在中国市场上的发展现状和潜力。这将有助于今后更有的放矢地推动新兴客群业务在健康险、零售险、商业险等领域的进一步拓展,为公司在普惠保险板块的业务发展做出更大的贡献。

On March 23rd, the one-day EC 360 seminar was successfully held at AXATP Office.

The seminar was organized by the EC team of the Health Insurance Business Dept., and was honored to invite Michal Matul, the Asia and Africa Region Head of Group Emerging Customer, to attend and host the seminar throughout.

Kevin Chor, CEO of AXATP delivered the opening speech for the seminar, emphasizing the strategic significance of emerging customer segments, and acknowledging the impressive achievements of AXATP in the EC business in 2022. He hoped that colleagues attending the seminar could deepen their understanding of the emerging customer business and contribute to the further development of the Chinese EC business by combining it with their work.

Eva Huang, Chief Marketing and Public Affairs Officer together with more than 20 colleagues from various departments, including the Health Insurance Business Unit, Retail Insurance, Commercial Insurance, Channels, Actuarial, Claims, IT, Operations and Public Affairs, attended the seminar.

Mr. Michal introduced the business scope and performance of Emerging Customer, and shared exciting cases from other markets, which sparked a lively discussion. Emerging Customer is committed to raising insurance awareness for low-to-middle-income people and providing accessible and affordable insurance and services, so that more people can benefit from insurance. In China, the customized municipal insurance, Huiminbao, is one of the typical representative products.

Colleagues who attended the seminar expressed that through this training and interaction, they have further understood the strategic position of the emerging customer business in AXA Group, as well as its development and potential in the Chinese market. This will help to promote the further development of the emerging customer business in the fields of Health, Retail, Commercial insurance, etc. in a more targeted manner in the future, and make greater contributions to the company’s business development in the inclusive insurance sector.
