2022年对安盛天平来说是不平凡的一年。在全体员工的辛勤努力下,我们成功应对了新冠疫情带来的困难,并在转型过程中推动了各个业务条线的非凡进展。
我们在2022年转型方面继续努力践行在加强公司治理方面的承诺。2022年共完成150多项制度更新,其中包括分支机构费用管理政策。同时,我们也成功推进旨在提升效率的行动和项目,实现约1亿元的费用优化。在深化落实机构转型,优化机构布局与资源配置方面,截至2022年底,已有9家二级机构实现阶段性提升。在三级机构优化项目中,90%以上的机构达成了优化目标。公司人均产能提高了38%,保单成本优化8.6%,非车销售团队人数亦增长了50%。
在产品方面,健康险开启了员福业务,并在2022年达成3500万元保费。我们也持续提升健康险核心技术能力建设,将科技融入业务流程。CHEP项目所建立的健康险核心系统,是健康险业务达成同比增长71%的坚实助力。车险客群与车型提升试点,使直销渠道中高端客户数量增加了158%。此外,2022年商业险取得了前所未有的进展。通过与安盛信利的协作,我们加强了商业险条线的承保能力与市场竞争力。安盛安美3.0项目已启动,从整体视角审视客户数字化旅程。
2023年对安盛天平来说至关重要。我们将追求高质量发展,塑造盈利文化。2023年我们的转型目标是:
- 车险双轨并行发展。
- 对于健康和零售险,我们将在中高端健康险板块扩大优势。
- 商业险方面,战略机构进一步拓展至9家。
与此同时,我们也应当时刻遵循监管规定,恪守合规经营,促进公司的可持续健康发展。
2022 is an extraordinary year for AXA Tianping. With the hard work of all employees, we have successfully coped with the difficulties brought about by the new crown epidemic, and promoted the extraordinary progress of various business lines during the transformation process.
In 2022, we continued efforts to deliver on our commitment to strengthen corporate governance. In 2022, more than 150 system updates will be completed, including branch expense management policies. We also successfully promoted actions and projects aimed at improving efficiency, and realized a total cost optimization of about 100 million yuan. In terms of deepening the implementation of organizational transformation and optimizing organizational layout and resource allocation, by the end of 2022, nine secondary institutions have achieved phased upgrades. In the three-level institutional optimization project, more than 90% of institutions achieved optimization goals. The company’s per capita production capacity has increased by 38%, policy costs have been optimized by 8.6%, and the number of non-vehicle sales teams has also increased by 50%.
In terms of insurance lines, the employee welfare business has been launched in the health insurance line, with the premium reaching 35 million yuan in 2022. We continued to improve the core technical capabilities of the product line and integrated technology into business processes. The health insurance core system established by the CHEP project was also a solid boost for the health insurance business to achieve a year-on-year growth of 71%. On the other hand, the pilot program of auto insurance customer base and model upgrade increased the number of mid-to-high-end customers through the direct sales channel by 158%. Lastly, commercial insurance made unprecedented progress in 2022. Through cooperation with AXA XULI, we have strengthened the underwriting capacity and market competitiveness of commercial insurance lines. The AXA Amtex 3.0 project was launched to examine customers’ digital journey from a holistic perspective.
2023 is crucial for AXA Tianping. We will pursue high-quality development and shape a profitable culture. Our transformation goals in 2023 are:
- Dual-track parallel development of auto insurance.
- For health and retail insurance, we will expand our advantages in the mid-to-high-end health insurance segment.
- In terms of commercial insurance, the number of strategic institutions will be further expanded to 9.
At the same time, we should always abide by the regulatory requirements, abide by compliance operations, and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the company.
