3月2日,在中国银保传媒主办的“第二届中国保险业数字化转型峰会”上,由安盛天平运营团队提供的《安盛保开放平台实践》荣获“年度数字化转型优秀案例”。该项目以安盛云平台服务架构为基础,融合了多项线上业务功能,以API接口形式向合作者全面开放。这个平台旨在打造以客户为中心的新型服务模式,并改善渠道接入服务质量。公司希望在未来通过互联网思维和技术手段,进一步对外扩展风控、理赔、健康等服务能力,以提供精细化运营策略和科技赋能解决方案。同时,安盛天平也会不断融合内外部优质平台资源,延伸出更多业务使用场景,为新业务开拓保驾护航。

On March 2, during the 2nd China Insurance Digital Transformation Summit, the“Anshengbao Open Platform Practice” provided by AXA Tianping IT team won the “Excellent Case of Digital Transformation of the Year”. Based on the service architecture of AXA Cloud platform, the project integrates a number of online business functions and is fully open to partners in the form of API interface. The platform aims to create a new customer-centric service model and promote the channel business to a better direction of development. In the future, the company hopes to expand its service capabilities in risk control, claims settlement and healthcare, provide refined operation strategy and technology enabling solutions, and continue to integrate high-quality internal and external platform resources operation.
