In ESG, AXA was awarded the “ESG Communication Gold Award of 2022 Golden Flag Award”. AXA Tianping was also selected as one of the “Top 25 Brand Innovators of the 2022 Golden Flag Award”, while Eva Huang, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer of AXA Tianping, was awarded the honorary title of “Top 100 Outstanding Branding Professionals of 2022 Golden Flag Awards “. The Golden Flag Award recognizes excellent communications case studies and brand role models in the field of brand public relations marketing, and this award highlights how AXA has become an industry benchmark. Communicating our ESG values is part of AXA’s long-term commitment to the Chinese market. In terms of product innovation, AXA Tianping’s Comprehensive IP+OP was selected as a “Top Ten Recommended Commercial Health Insurance Products” in Insurance Today’s annual selection for Insurance and Health Care Services. As a high-quality mid-to-high-end medical insurance product, AXA Tianping Comprehensive IP+OP has comprehensive medical insurance coverage, covering five areas of inpatient medical care, major disease hospitalization, outpatient and emergency medical care, critical illness insurance premiums, and out-of-hospital special medicines for malignant tumors. AXA Tianping has always been customer-centered, and this product excellently responds to the different needs of customers’ budgets, provides considerate and practical health services, and brings customers faster, more efficient and accurate treatment paths and service experiences.
In the retail side, during the 2022 China Advertising Marketing Awards (CAMA), AXA Tianping won the title of Sustainable Innovation Brand of the Year. At the same time, Eva Huang, Chief Marketing & Communications Officer of AXA Tianping, was also recognized as an annual brand leader. This award recognizes AXA’s in-depth understanding of our Chinese customers. Through collecting consumer insights, AXA lays a very solid long-term foundation for the brand in China. At the awards ceremony on December 3, the organizing committee stated that under the leadership of Eva Huang, AXA “constantly improves its advertising and marketing efficiency, positively driving AXA’s holistic performance. They are a role model for the new era of marketing”.
In terms of human resources, AXA Tianping was given four awards: Aon China Best ESG Employer (Social), Kincentric China Best Employer, ‘The Best Workplace to Work’ hosted by Pudong New Area Government, and ZHILIAN China Best Employer in Shanghai.
