亲爱的安盛天平同事，
季节交替，暑去秋来，唯变化永恒。鲲鹏万里战略实施一年，我们走到了哪儿？又将继续走向何方？回首过去十二个月，我们探索了无数的可能，更好地服务个人和商业客户。我们继续成长、前进、演变，并始终在客户服务上精益求精，继续紧密团结，砥砺前行，跟这样的团队并肩作战，我感到由衷的自豪。
收获的季节来临，我们也迎来了一次转型战略的升级，以进一步应对公司内外存在的诸多挑战。在原来四大模块的基础上拓展为六大支柱，指导业务发展，践行价值主张。
另外，这个月，人力资源团队发起了多项员工活动，包括集团的健康活动、新入职员工培训，以及有滋有味情满中秋的活动。

To AXA Tianping Family,
As the seasons begin to change from summer to autumn in Shanghai, I am reminded again that change is inevitable. After a year of implementing the Soar to Success strategy, where are we and where are we going? Looking back, we’ve navigated numerous possibilities to better serve our individual and corporate clients. I’m proud of how we continue to grow and evolve, how we continue to prioritize exceptional customer service throughout our evolution, and how we communicate, inspire and unify through this transformation.
Our most recent change, the upgraded transformation strategies, is a testament to this, and an answer to the external and internal challenges. The four pillars will expand into six to be in line with the business development and value proposition.
Meanwhile, our HR team has launched a series of employee events including Healthy You, training sessions for new joiners, as well as the mid-autumn festival celebrations.
Among other stories, you will know more about the Risk Management team, the Internal Audit, our CSR initiatives to save the earth and vulnerable communities. You will also see my recent insight sharing at Shanghai Banking and Insurance Regulatory Bureau meeting, and my interview with Shanghai Insurance Monthly.
