对于金融机构，特别是保险公司来说，风险无处不在。在平时的工作中，对于大大小小或明显或隐约的潜在风险事件，我们有一支专属的团队负责管理。这个月的栏目中，我邀请了裘海燕和他的团队，通过一条风趣幽默、创意十足的短片，向我们展示风险管理的风采。通过快问快答的方式，他们向我们介绍了关于风险的很多重要问题——什么是风险管理，公司有哪些风险，哪个部门风险最多，等等。

Risks are everywhere for financial institutions, especially for insurers. We have a lovely team managing potential risks you may or may not aware every day. So this month I have invited the Richard’s team to introduce themselves through a very fun and creative video. By taking quickfire questions, they will walk you through those most critical questions about risk – what risk management is, what risks exit inside our company, which team is at the highest risk, etc.
