New Hire Training kick off, get your AXA bright career started
2021年9月2日,来自总部各部门的二十二位新员工参加了首期升级改版后的新员工入职培训。升级改版后的新员工入职培训旨在帮助员工快速融入安盛,将安盛的优秀文化和愿景传递给新员工,同时使他们了解安盛天平的战略,业务,产品等,包含了鲲鹏万里战略、渠道业务、产品地图、以客户为中心、合规风控、绩效管理、整体薪酬福利等内容。
我们很高兴通过本次培训能和新员工们面对面的交流和分享公司的最新动态。同时,此次培训还特别邀请到了公司管理层首席渠道管理和销售官周连成、首席人力资源官周颖照、总精算师兼首席定价官殷兆男、首席风险官裘海燕和其他业务版块的专家担任讲师,共同参与和分享。现阶段是公司转型的关键期,我们面临的挑战和机遇并存,期望每一位优秀的新员工在挑战中都能发挥出自己的价值,抓住机遇与公司的转型共同成长。公司也希望能不断引进优秀的新员工,搭建更好的平台,成就员工的成长,实现公司的发展。

22 staffs attended headquarters’ 1st new hire training in Sept.2nd, 2021. Upon the upgrading, the new hire training is in a better position to support new staff to adapt into the company and spread AXA value and great ambition to them. The program itself is consisted of modules of company’s strategy of “Soar to success”, business and products, “Distribution introduction”, “Product map”, “Customer centricity”, “Risk management and Compliance”, “Performance management”, and “Total Reward” etc.
I am glad to talk with new staffs face-to-face and share some company strategy. In the meantime, some management team members including Chief sales and distribution officer Zhou Liancheng, Chief Human Resources Officer Danielle Zhou, Chief Actuary and pricing officer Scott Yin, Chief Risk officer Richard Qiu and other senior experts were also invited to introduce their business and share their insights. Now it’s the critical timing for company transformation while we are facing both challenges and opportunities. I hope that each new staff can create your own values, seize the opportunity and grow with the rhythm of company’s development. We will make continuous efforts to look for talents, build up good platform, cultivate staffs and drive business.
