绿树阴浓夏日长。这个八月，我们守望相助，践行着“守护生命之本”的使命，支援同事，守护客户，贡献社会。
由衷感谢河南分公司的同仁，感谢他们在灾后重建挑战重重之时、疫情反复之际，坚守岗位，不忘初心，充分诠释了安盛核心价值观—— 客户优先，正直领导，勇敢决策，团结一致。为此我准备了一段视频问候，向河南同事们表达我最真挚的感谢。

在“支持河南”小组（包括人力资源、信息技术、理赔、安全、公共事务等部门）的协助下，我们迅速采取了措施为分公司同仁提供切实的支持与保障，确保他们的人身安全与健康。这一系列强有力的举措包括：发放公司防疫物资包、鼓励多样化通勤并给予一定交通补助、将安盛安美专家免费问诊延期至9月底等等
在河南分公司总经理刘的然的带领下，分公司在8月18日组织了一次特别员工大会，将全公司的慰问和关怀传递到每位分公司同事。从事理赔查勘、客户服务、产品销售等职责的同事纷纷讲述了他们在灾情期间的心路历程，非常令人感动，他们这份专业、专注和坚守的精神深深感染了我。

CEO Message
To AXA Tianping Family,
In August we continued to live the global Purpose to protect what matters most to our employees, customers and wider community.
My heartful thanks to our Henan colleagues who remain steadfast despite flood recovery challenges and COVID-19 resurgence. They truly live the AXA values of Customer First, Integrity, Courage and One AXA. I’ve also prepared a short video to extend my appreciation to Henan colleagues.
Together with the emergency management team including HR, IT, Security and Communications, we’ve put in place a series of measures to support Henan colleagues and make their health and safety well taken care of. Measures include Covid care package, commuting compensation and extended free telehealth consultation service via Emma by AXA till the end of September.
Led by the General Manager Diran, the Henan branch has organized a special townhall summoning frontline colleagues from claims, customer service and sales, to ensure they all feel supported during the difficult period. I am deeply moved and inspired by their stories of backing each other with dedication and devotion.
Among other exciting and encouraging news, you will read about several product launches including two integrated health insurances, Shandong Public Private Partnership Inclusive Insurance, and Commercial Climate Index Insurance Product. You will also know about the Actuarial education cooperation with School of Finance & Trade, Shanghai International Studies University.
